Could you roll for me, Sherwood Sherwood ? Bonus to strike should be +12, and I'd like to use a bonus point on it as well.
 
From seemingly out of nowhere, a blur leaps through the air towards the nearest Skelebot, a blur that turns out to be Eron! The camouflage cloaks do a good job of hiding you when you are nearly stationary, but at the speed that the Crazy is moving, it does little to disguise him. Not that it matters to the crazy man, because as he comes down on the hapless robot, he cleaves it nearly in two from the force of his blow. Sparks fly as it staggers, then as Eron pulls his blade free, the remains of the thing fall to the deck and lie there, twitching a bit before it goes completely inert. There is now only one Skelebot right in front of him that is not currently wrapped up in a Magic Net or destroyed.

The other Skelebots are still scattered about the room, but that won't last long as they begin to run towards the doors leading to the reactor room, weapons in hand.

Time for initiative rolls! I know Purr Purr wants me to roll for him; do Silanon Silanon or @Psychie want me to roll for you, too?
Sherwood Sherwood Uh, what about Snowfall's surprise action? As seriously cool as Eron's is, this post seems to present itself as if Snowfall hasn't acted?
 
Your action was the casting of the Wind Wall after he hit the lockdown button, putting the barrier up between the reactor and the remaining bots.
 
Yeah. And while there is definitely mention of the lockdown button, there doesn't seem to be any concerning the Wall of Wind. The way the IC-text reads, there are no results of Snowfall casting anything. Unless I'm missing something in IC?
 
I apologize for not being more verbose. The Wind Wall was cast, but at this moment there are not any Skelebots trying to run up through it yet. It will be a very real barrier to the bots as they run in closer and try to engage you.
 
Are there any documents flying around, though? Do we at least mess up their paperwork if it's downhill from here?
 
lol There are few actual papers, but there are small objects that are being flung about in the hurricane force wind.

Huh! I never thought of it that way, but yeah, any wind that can lift and toss about objects weighting 3,000-4,000 pounds is no tornado!

Also, bud? I believe you mentioned the wall is six feet high (you mentioned they could throw grenades over it, but they lacked grenades)? My copy of Book of Magic says, "six feet (1.8m) high per level of the spell caster; actual size can be adjusted by the mage." Just so you don't think I'm blowing hot air.

Ah, I missed the 'per level of the caster' part of that. My mistake. Sorry.
 
And here I was looking forward to see the bots try pole vaulting to get across...
 
I just read it again, and I see what I did wrong. I saw the 10 feet wide per level of the caster, but overlooked that it also applied to the 6ft height per level. Oops. Again, sorry. At least there wasn't any actions that messed with that.
 
No worries! Just pointing it out for the sake of accuracy and to keep us all on the same page. =)

Short question - how long does it take for Eron to draw his second blade, now that stealth is unnecessary? Would he still be able to strike? And if so, with both or only with the one he has out already?

You can draw a second blade as a free action and still be able to attack. You can use both blades at once on either the same target or different ones, assuming you have two targets in melee range of one another.
 
Unless Sherwood is running things differently, this is called a Paired Weapons Strike, and using it costs Eron his Automatic Parry for that Action.

What sez our now-happy-at-home Sherwood?

Would you mind doing the rolls, Sherwood Sherwood ? Worked out well thus far... it should be:
+14 to strike
6d6+6 regular damage from Shining Mirror, plus 1d4x10+10 fire damage
6d6 regular damage from Valere's blade, plus 1d4x10+10 acid damage
I'd be happy to do the math, it's just that I prefer the real dice =)

With Snowfall's Wind Wall up, it will make it nearly impossible for any of the Skelebots to get close to where Terra and her Automation are currently working on placing the explosives, at least with melee weapons. Ranged attacks with their rail guns will be at a negative modifier, assuming that they can even detect Terra as she is camouflaged.

Sherwood Sherwood Skellies 5 and 7-10? How are they arranged? I get that they're not likely to get to Terra and her Infiltrator (whose name I have forgotten. Psychie?). But what are they doing?

9 - Skelebot 11-15 out of sight/running up
4 - Skelebot 16-20 out of sight/running up

Skelebot 5 was the one that Eron just wiped out with a massive damage sword strike, so you don't need to worry about it.

#7-10 are in a loose box formation that are advancing towards a good firing position on Eron, since he's the only target currently visible to the bots.
