Thanks for the offer! Daisy, being a dog girl (does that make her a "bitch"?) better be able to smell more than that! Mystic China states that a Dog Boy has a shot at sensing a Fox Spirit even in their Positive Chi form (invisible, intangible "cloud" form). Now if that's not cool, I don't know what is!

After all this, I want to play more Rifts! 8D
Lol I have no idea what that means.

D. Rex D. Rex Hey, D.? Just so you know, I.S.P. are the points Psionicists use to activate their abilities while magic-users use P.P.E.. Both can be used to activate Techno-Wizard items (which we have a few in the party).

Daisy is a Dog Boy R.C.C.. Dog Boys are genetically-created creatures made by the Coalition States (evilish Nazi-like pro-human-only army all over North America) to sniff out D-Bees (Dimensional Beings - anything not from Earth, or from Earth but containing supernatural powers). If Daisy were a typical Dog Boy, she sure as heck would not have a Glitter Boy (as the Coalition does not make them and the Glitter Boy "society" as it were is not on the side of the Coalition States). Instead, she'd probably be part of a pack of Dog Boys led by a CS (Coalition States) Psi-Stalker to hunt down D-Bees. Like us. To kill or enslave us. Or both.

So not only is Daisy a "rogue" Dog Boy (as far as I can tell, given her background), but that she's a Glitter Boy pilot distances herself even further from her genetic CS roots. That she is hanging around our group firmly puts her against the CS.

Furthermore, Dog Boys (like Psi-Stalkers) have the uncanny ability to find D-Bees, magic items, psionic realms, and all kinds of supernatural things just by sniffing them out and sensing them with their own psionic abilities. This makes them pretty cool to have in the party! =)

Another fun place to go is to run around Europe, the New German Republic, and the Gargoyle lands.

Yeah! Where would you like to take us, Sherwood? You're the one running the game. Perhaps we can all chat about it here and come to a conclusion that excites most-everyone?

I've never played in a Phase World or the Three Galaxies settings . . . Maybe I could become a Cosmic Knight! Just kidding.

Good idea. What kind of game path appeals to the party? Some Vampire hunting in Mexico? A European adventure to the NGR or possibly England? A space adventure up in orbit?

Cosmo Knights are awesome! D. Rex, Cosmo Knights are very powerful heroes that literally through space kicking butt wherever they go. Their power level is (I think) beyond our party's ability to withstand, but their adventures are like no other!

Yeah, Cosmo Knights are just a bit overpowered.

I could easily pull some of the hijinks that I did in a old Rifts game and send you to do some Vampire killin'.

I was mostly kidding about the Cosmo Knight. Mostly.

Terra would be happy to do some slicing and dicing on some vampire butt! Of course, it is not just that one fun choice; what else might we do?

There is also the option to stay in the neighborhood you are in now and do some fun bashing on the Coalition.

There are space options available that would not be in deep space. In the Rifts world, there is the Moon and Mars, both of which are inhabited, and Mars is even somewhat Terraformed. Plus, if you guys do decide on a outer space adventure, you could always get some rocket packs for the kids. It is up to you guys.

I've never fought against the vampires and I think my character is well-suited for Vampire combat, but... I don't think Daisy is and the same might go for Sir Dru? I sense frustration in that direction, but I can't pinpoint why.

My big itch to scratch is to see what Rykon wants to play (and help him if I can).

Space sounds like fun too (because I've never been up there in Rifts), but... (there's that word again) I'd really like a place where all of our characters can have a good time without anyone being gimped. Hmm....

Well, there are Anti-Vampire rounds available for the Glitter Boy, not to mention the effectiveness of Daisy's Rune Weapon. She would be quite effective against the fang gang.

Vaneheart has promised posts, but there has been a remarkable lack in the follow-up from him. D': I can see the whole group doing well in a vampire based game.

Oh, I didn't know that, Psychie! =) And what about loot? Does the fang gang (I love that term! I haven't heard that one before!) have goodies our characters would be excited about? I mean, it's nice to do the good thing of course, but who doesn't like cool loot?

Re: Vaneheart. That's true. I don't remember the last time he posted as Sir Dru. I can see the Vamp Kingdoms being up Sir Dru's alley, though.

I'll tell you who I really miss a bunch is sirlabe. He and Bobo the Bear-man were just a hoot! 8D

O.K.. So how about motivation? Would this be another run for Lord Brazamal? Do some of these goons have one of Daisy's pups secretly locked up or something? What besides the norm would get us down into (where are they again?) Texas/New Mexico is it?

Well, the old campaign I ran had a good epic level quest to keep a Vampire Intelligence from casting a spell that would be a real 'end of the world' event. Remember all the Aztec human sacrifices that they did? In this story arc, the whole lot of PPE being harvested by those deaths was not lost, but banked to be able to cast this spell.

Oh! That's right, they're in Mexico not New Mexico! I don't know a great deal about Rifts vampires (I own the book, but I've never delved into it).

Besides end-o'-the-world (one just wants to make a rift from the Vampire Kingdoms straight to the Mechanoid homeworld, ya know?), why else would a team like ours go down there?

*I keep imagining a whole load of vampires all over Tiny, Baby, and Junior, biting away and yelling to their intelligence in frustration* "Curse it! I don't think there's any blood in these damned things!!"
