Background: Alex grew up in a pretty well off family. They weren't rich but they could afford a big house and nice cars. Being the spoiled brat he is Alex decided to test his parents limits at the age of 13. He became worse and more extreme all the time. He was arrested twice by the time he was 15. One for assault and battery the other for drug use. Alex really doesn't care about school but cares about his sports: Judo and Karate. He is a second dan karate black belt. He uses his skills for the worst and starts lot's of fights. He usually wins as he doesn't back down and uses his endless knowledge on human weak spots (His favourite being the Solar Plexus)


Personality: Alex is a nasty and mean person. He is scary and intimidating to almost everyone and loves to make people squirm. Although deep down he is actually kind and caring towards people he likes.

Background: His father owned a auto-shop when he was younger, so he learned a lot about cars from him and his employees. When his father died from cancer when he was only fifteen, causing his mother to have a nervous breakdown and was unfit to work. He had a small-paying job at the auto-shop at the time, but he soon found himself having to jack cars and sell parts for money. He often takes late shifts, so he now has a tendency to fall asleep in class, and has trouble paying attention in some classes.

Personality: He's very prideful and narcissistic, finding himself to be a confident ladies-man. He's hot-tempered, and always ready to get into a fight, which gets him into more trouble than he'd like to admit. He loves anything to do with cars, and could probably give you better advice than any mechanic. In sharp contrast, he can be a big softie towards the girl he likes, and is definitely the jealous type.

Background: Libbi was born and raised in a normal family , but she had 5 brothers and 2 sisters so there was never much attention to go round. When she was 12 she started getting involved in gangs and was arrested once for Assault and twice for shoplifting and burglary. It was her parents idea for her to attend this school.


Personality: Libbi tends to act first ask questions later , she is Loyal and loud and isn't scared to speak her mind. Generally relaxed and easy going , Libbi flares up fast if someone offends or attacks her so she usually gets involved in fights and arguments even though she tries to stay out of them. Usually well behaved compared to her other students but she usually gets into trouble for fighting and talking back to students and teachers.

Personality: Can come across as a bit of a snob , kind hearted and quiet and thoughtful. Can be quite serious. Patient when tutoring the others.

She was brought up in a fairly rough area of town and had to learn to be street savvy and still get good grades to make herself and her father proud. She never used to get the best grades in her freshman year of high school, but knuckled down pretty early on, discovering her gift for History and English.


Personality:


"I'm a no nonsense kind of girl. I just do what I have to."


Marina has always been a straightforward and genuine person. Even though she has been lumped in with all the 'perfect model students', she sees herself as a rebel at heart and much prefers the company of 'real' people. She is something of a social chameleon, adapting her behaviour to match whoever is around her. She can be sophisticated and wild at the same time and isn't ashamed. She is a pretty big flirt and is an overall fun-loving, ambitious and hardworking girl.

Personality: She's kind of shy and reserved, and is a definite introvert. She's nervous around new people, and is usually passed off as 'the quiet girl'. Whenever she gets annoyed by someone, usually by them trying to get her to 'come out of her shell', she will simply walk off to a more quiet area. However, if someone proves to be interested in the same things she is, she gets excited, and uncharacteristically talkative.

Appearance:

Background: Travis grew up into a family of boys, him being the youngest. While his older brothers would go around and use their parents money for good, he'd blow it on things he'd never use. Travis is apart of the Jones family, a family of a business man of a dad and a lawyer of a mom. He was destined for greatness, but that's not what he wanted for his life. At the ripe age of 14, Travis knew that if he didn't want to become boring people like his parents, he'd have to act out. This led to his first arrest. Travis was arrested for vandalizing private property. Luckily, his parents were able to get him out of trouble, but that didn't keep him from getting punished by his mom and dad. By that point, though, Travis didn't care. He'd taken up smoking and drinking, was already invited to lots of parties, and had girls throwing themselves at him. After years of reckless behavior, his parents decided enough was enough. On his 18th birthday, Travis' parents enrolled him in the Redwood Academy for Troubled and Gifted Youth.

Personality: Travis is your average bad boy. He doesn't give a shit about what anyone says or does, especially not any authority. He's arrogant and egotistical and has a big head. He's used to girls throwing themselves at him, so it doesn't faze him. Travis is also an asshole (no surprise there) who to get what he wants. He pretty much an overall bad person, that no gifted should hang around with (he has a lot of troubled friends though).

Background: People always joke that she's a part of the Russians gangster, because of her Russian lineage. Myra didn't deny it, so the rumor kept on going around. She comes from a tough family, her parents rather abusive and used to beat her if they are angry with her. Myra eventually gave up on trying to love and trust her parents, and for them to do the same to her, and started becoming a troubled child. She's actually befriended the Russians gangster, and almost joined them if she did not suddenly enrolled to Redwood Academy.


Personality: Chaotic, rebellious girl who oftenly cuss in Russian when she is very angry. A friendly naive girl who wanted to befriend anyone and trust anyone oftenly gets in trouble for this. Myra is also brutally honest to anyone, which occasionally ended up in a fight. A kind girl, who is very loyal to her friend.

Personality: Rather quiet and shy, he doesn't draw much attention to himself. When he does speak it's with a hushed voice and limited eye contact. Though he's friendly enough, anxiety prevents Florian from being a social butterfly.

After being brought home by policemen one too many times, Mae's parents threatened to shun her entirely unless she agreed to enter this program.


Personality: Opinionated, nonchalant, rather unemotional unless she's pissed off. Mae would rather scare you away from the jump and not waste her precious time trying to make friends.
