Other Random question of the day

I really am not a fan of the Dark Soul series nor do I like the God of War series.

ummm Animal Crossing? Even though I spent many hours in the game I couldn't get into it as much as everyone else around me seems to be.

Sabrina, because of the two it's the title I at least heard of.

Sabrina. If we are talking about the original Nick sitcom with Melissa Joan Hart, and not the bizarre Netflix take on what was a teen humor comic originally...

Because some do? I mean, I don't know about you, but I was in a very large high school, my graduating class was over 400 people, and I had a few friends, and knew even more, who had the bodies of power lifters. Guys, usually those from the upper middle class families who could support their diets, who drank muscle milk in their water bottles everyday, took weight lifting class and hit the weights before and after school [School had a massive weight lifting section, Olympic swimming pool that they sold tickets/memberships to use during the summer, etc] and they were some thicc lads. Like I was a big guy in high school, defensive lineman, hit the weights every day even during off season and more then a few of them made me look small.

Granted, most of that in anime is just comedic or dramatic exaggeration. Anime tends to be very... overt [See characters screaming their motivations and state of mind constantly, not always, but it's a common thing]. So they use the physique and appearance of characters to give an insight as to their character archetype [Sometimes this is purposely done to subvert it like with Mob Psycho's Body Improvement Club where they have the physiques of brutes and bullies {for anime tropes} but are the most wholesome and nicest guys to have ever walked the school's halls]. I mean.. come on, how many of us who watch a lot of anime or read a lot of manga can look at a character and instantly know if they are the 'dark, brooding' one or the 'cold, detached prince' or the 'wild, but good natured fighter', etc? Giving them that body is just another way of doing this exact thing.

Random question of the day:

Do you think that it's canon for GlaDos to be subjected to working at the Inventory in the Poker Night games since there won't be a Portal 3?

No, since that would have to also mean that Portal, Borderlands, Sam and Max, Evil Dead, Venture Bros, and Tales of Monkey Island (and also Half-Life, since it's confirmed to be in the same universe as Portal) all take place in the same universe at roughly the same time. It's nice to dream, though.

Random question of the day:

Why do anime portray teenagers in middle school/high school as having the body of a professional power lifter?
Because it's anime. These are the same people who made a story about people going 'bonkers' about food. It's entertainment and targeted for younger audiences. No one wants to see regular characters fighting monsters. Most of the time it's not supposed to be realistic.
