Realistic or Modern Put It Into Speed Drive

Eddie gasped and gave a laugh "Listen I'm only 33!" He said before flicking her nose gently "I'm not an old man!" He said pouting some.

Trish smiled some when she noticed Jon watching her a bit. She grabbed a beer and made her way over offering it to him "Hey there handsome, whats your name?" She asked sweetly

She flinched as he flicked at her nose, squeezing her eyes shut and holding her breath for a moment until she was able to gather herself enough to remember it was Eddie she was with right now. “Sorry.” She mumbled, resting her head against his shoulder.

He chuckled and took the drink. “Don’t play dumb with me sweetheart. You know better than that already.” He told her, eyeing her up and down, nodding towards the back rooms and waited til she made to follow before heading back ther

Eddie frowned and cussed himself out internally "No no...I'm sorry, I wasn't thinking." He said quietly before kissing her forehead gently "Lets get some sleep, I'll go to the store in the morning and get you some toiletries."

Trish gave a small laugh but smirked at him "Well alright then." She murmured before going to his apartment and stripping down to wait for him.

He smirked a little and headed straight back there with her. If he had only waited five mmm another minute he would have noticed maxs car pulling into the drive.

Carmen frowned and looked up at him. “I’m not tired.” She mumbled. “Well … I am but not sleepy.” She told him, playing with his fingers and inspecting his rings. “How long do I need to stay here for?”

Max took a shaky breath as she got to the clubhouse with Ima. She had gonna to the studio after leaving Jon's to finish up a few things and take a test. Ima had walked in on her crying in the bathroom and she had been nice enough to offer to be there for her while she talked with Jon.

Eddie sighed softly "I'm not sure....maybe a week or so? Depending on how I can handle him." He admits as he watched her "The club can't help because of his affiliation."

She frowned and shook her head. “Ed don’t… I don’t want you getting hurt by him.” She muttered,

Drew stepped over the moment he saw them walking in the door. “What are you doing here?” He questioned her. “You can’t be here anymore Maxine.” He told her. He didn’t care about her finding Jon sleeping with someone, he cared that she had no business being around the club but still insisted on just showing up unannounced

Max frowned deeply at Drew and gave a heavy sigh "I need to speak with Jon and it can't wait. I'll be gone once I've talked to him.'" She muttered trying to push past him but glared when he kept her back "Goddamn it Drew I need to see him!" She yelled

Eddie frowned softly and sighed heavily "I just want you safe. If he is still around he could still hurt you. I know you don't want to hide here forever."

She smiled and stretched up, kissing under his chin. “And I appreciate that. But he’s not a reasonable person and he will just hurt you to get you out of the way. He doesn’t love me. It’s not passion. He has to be in control and by leaving him I took away his control and he refuses to accept it still. I may talk to the police here. These guys won’t be in their back pocket.”

Drew glared at her a little longer and shook his head. “Fine. But make it quick. He went back to his room.”

Eddie gave a small nod and sighed softly "Make sure to go to Hale. He isn't in the club's pocket...and he doesn't particularly like them, but he is as honest as they come, and he takes crimes against women very seriously." He explained before biting his lip "Would you...would stay with me after here? I got a nice guest room, I just don't want you alone im that house right now."

Max rolled her eyes before making her way to Jon's apartment. She went to knock but stopped when she heard a loud female moan come from the other side of the door. She felt her heart drop instantly and knocked loudly "Open up!" She yelled praying it wouldn't be Jon on the other side, just someone else using his usual room.

She frowned and shook her head. “Ed once he’s gone I want to go home….. if he hasn’t completely destroyed the place that is.” She numbled.

Jon hadnt heard her at all, too focused on what he was doing. He never even heard the door open

Eddie gave a nod in agreement to her "Oh I know, I wasn't saying move in. I meant if he isn't gone and they ask you to go, you got a place with me if you want it." He explained while rubbing the back of his neck "Not sure if you've noticed, I got a hard time with words." He said before giving a nervous laugh.

Max opened the door and frowned deeply seeing Jon's bare backside going at it with some hang around "You piece of fucking shit!" She yelled before throwing one of his boots at him as he finally turned to see her. She shook her head a moment before storming off looking at Ima with saddened eyes and leaving towards her car without another word.

She smiled a little and shook her head. “Every day I learn how much of a dork you are.” She teased him, flinching when she heard the yelling but soon settled when it went away again and rest her head against his shoulder. “I’m gonna have to buy Charlie some flowers. Or a bottle of whiskey. Bad enough me not showing up. Worse still that I stopped you from working today as well.”

Jon turned to see her and just shook his head, continuing. They’d broken up. They’d made that quite clear with each other and he hadn’t done anything wrong. He finished up with the girl and chucked his clothes back on, lighting a cigarette and sighing some. “I better go see what that was about. Thank you though darlin’.” He winked at her, heading out towards his bike

Eddie chuckled some and gave her a small nod "I think you'd have better luck with the whiskey. Buy him flowers and he'll ask what he's supposed to do with those, then give em to Jess." He said with another laugh.

Max sat at home with Ima just trying to stay calm. It was a bit odd to her how not even 24 hours ago she couldn't stand the girl, but now she was here comforting her the best she could. She frowned deeply as she heard a bike pull up looking out the window "Oh now he wants to fucking talk." She muttered to herself before making her way to the door.

Jon set his kickstand down and headed up to her front door frowning as she was already opening it "Don't you dare look at me like that. You made it perfectly clear we are done. So tell me, what's so important?" He questioned her, finally stepping inside and groaning when he saw Ima there as well, "I feel like you're just tryna gang up on me now."

Carmen smiled and shook her head "Jess needs flowers every day anyway. I'm pretty sure Jess is the reason you remember to feed yourself sometimes." She pointed out. "That woman is a saint." She told him, finally starting to feel tired enough that she was getting sleepy

Max rolled her eyes at him and shook her head "Barely 6 fucking hours and you're already screwing some hang around! Did I fucking mean nothing?!" She yelled before takimg a deep breath to calm herself and not stress too much.

Eddie chuckled softly and nodded some "That she is." He murmured before yawning "Lets get some shut eye doll." He murmured before turning out the lights and starting to drift off with her.

He shook his head and went to sit down. “Don’t start that. What did you need cause clearly it was important enough for you to come up to the club house to tell me.” He muttered.

Max glared at him and took a shaky breath "I'm pregnant, you're going to be a dad." She spat out before looking at him seeing the shocked look on his face "Oh don't give me that face. Pills only stop so much and you never wrapped it up." She muttered

He stared at her for a minute before smiling. “Im not mad yknow…. Wish it was under better circumstances but I’m gonna be a dad? I’m excited.” He told her seriously. “Let me know how much my half of everything is and I’ll sort it.” He told her

Max felt a small weight lift off her shoulders "Alright I will, do you want to be at appointments?" She asked as she sat beside him. They talked for about thirty more minutes before he went to leave for the night. Ima went home shortly after Jon left and she made her way to bed for the night.

-2 months-
Carmen sighed quietly as she parked up outside of Eddie's house and got out the car. She'd been able to leave the club house three weeks after the initial incident but, as she had predicted, she ended up going home to her entire place trashed and the house needed renovations so she'd been living with Eddie while they were doing the work. She'd spent the whole day over there getting her belongings organised and thrown out anything that was completely ruined so she was feeling a little tetchy anyway as she took out her key and walked into the house, frowning when she heard a group of laughter and at least four different voices coming from the dining area attached to his kichen "Ed? I'm back!" She called, walking through and freezing when she saw a group of guys sat around the table with Eddie at the head and frowned "What's all this?"

Jon pulled up outside of Max's place, parking his bike and going up to the front door, knocking and waiting for her. Things had been rough to say the least and they weren't exactly on good terms but he was doing his best to change it after Jess had sat him down and ripped him a new one, apparently doing the same with Drew about how he'd been talking about Max. He was still excited for the baby and he was trying to make every appointment but he wanted to do things the proper way. Not marriage but at the very least trying to make things work with her and to get back together. So far she had turned down every one of his advances though and he was starting to struggle. He wanted his kid to grow up in a stable family home.

Eddie had been on cloud nine as of late. He'd never been this happy in a relationship before. The months had been rough on Carmen, and he was doimg everything he could to make things easier on her with the waste her ex had left behind. His head snapped up when he heard her voice having thought she'd be gone a little longer "Oh uh Carmen....hey...these are some friends of mine, we're uh...we're doing a campaign right now." He said as he rubbed the back of neck looking down at the DnD board game that was spread across his dining table. He'd been a Dungeon Master in school, and he'd recently picked it back up a few years ago. Though, he hoped she wouldn't find him too weird for it.

Max came to the door looking a bit worse for wear when she heard him knock. Currently her morning sickness had been kicking her ass as of late and she was miserable. Thankfully Jon had done as he promised and been there for the baby the best he could be and she was appreciative of that. However, she was not thrilled about his recent advances towards her. While she missed him desperately, she also did not want to go back into a relationship with him and be treated the same way. Plus he hadn't even apologized for how he'd treated her previously and she was just scared to let him in again.

She smiled and shook her head, stepping over and pecking his cheek. “Oh yeah? Alright, I’m gonna go take a shower, knock before you come down to the basement, I’m gonna put on my horror podcast.” She told him, waving at the group of guys sat around the table and headed upstairs, making sure she locked the bathroom door behind her. It had certainly given her ideas though.

He frowned a little and shook his head at her. “Go sit down I’ll make you some tea.” He told her gently, recognising the look on her face and he stepped inside, heading straight to her kitchen

Eddie gave her a big goofy grin and nodded "We shouldn't be much longer." He said before getting back to the game. He made his way to the basement knocking loud enough for her to hear smiling "Hey beautiful, guys are gone now. What do you want for dinner?" He asked happily.

Max didn't argue with him on it as she made her way to the living room. She get a small sigh and took the tea from him "Thank you." She said softly watching him some "You have a good evening?"

She smiled and paused the episode, reaching up for him from her spot on the couch, “I don’t know where you found those people but if that is your other friend group then I am counting myself very lucky. I got the hot one.” She giggled

Jon shrugged a little and sat down, undoing the laces on his boots. “Been fine. Drew’s been moping again though.” He muttered, “listen I wanted to talk. You’ve been avoiding me for days and now is as good a time as any.”

Eddie laughed a bit as he sat down with her and gave a small nod "Sorry I didn't tell you about them, I thought we'd be done by the time you got back. You don't think its weird? That I still play Dugeons and Dragons?" He asked watching her some.

Max frowned a bit and sighed "Why is Drew mopey? Him and Jess at it again?" She asked trying to divert to the conversation from the topic of them. She gave a heavy sigh though when he didn't let it slide "What would you like to talk about Jon? I don't think there is much to discuss."
