What I inferred from this is that Hildred’s feigning sentimentality for the magicals he’s had to kill by keeping their magidrives, and then saying the best he could do for the Rogues if they got caught was to lobotomize them if they were caught — essentially showing them a vulnerable, emotional angle of himself.

There's nothing wrong per se but I think it's a bit unexpected to have Repairer's cover blown immediately as opposed to having it discussed OOC first.

Lady Moldoma LostHaven honestly we can play this off as Zoe still being pretty panicked from the earlier battle. Just chill.

And it's not like anyone there fully trusts Repairer,so it's not an easy alliance either way. Which is to say that everyone who knows Repairer knows he's done bad things to the other soldiers,so a new accusation isn't news to them.

I assumed that Repairer had done some heinous shit to almost all of the particularly deviant magical girls when it came to mind-r***. That's kinda what his character profile implied his entire point in the dark site was for.

Considering dark site is meant to be this big and scary "The Organization" type villain, it seems like they'd pre-emptively try and mentally fry any resistance out of the magical girls that showed any signs of significant deviance, other than wingy because she's everyone's favorite special snowflake.

In Zoe's case, she not only would've been conscious and actively fighting back, but it would've been immensely painful for her in particular, since even if you're immune to the deeper effects of mind-control, that doesn't mean it doesn't hurt.

But I may have oversold just how screwed up or competent Dark-site is.

I wasn't trying to have Zoe engage him in combat. But unless the mask alters his voice she'd be able to recognize him, and would have no idea that he's not trying to as she says "Eat her friends brains" Since that'd probably have been the only experience they'd had together. Albeit, I assume it was a very long and frustratingly painful ordeal, though mainly just frustrating on Repairers end since in the end she'd be immune to any lasting effects of his powers.

So it wouldn't preclude any of the current magical soldiers involved from having a personal acquaintance with Repairer,but does mean it's generally unlikely.

Lady Moldoma Sib just arrived at the location she chose not more than an hour ago,in story time. So she hasn't had the time to gather useful stuff. There's not a lot there in the abandoned storefront aside from what you'd typically find in a hairdresser's or clothing store. I did mention that the top floor (of three) was a storage space. I'm going to say that there's probably some maintenance supplies for that row of stores in there. So if you can imagine a plumber,electrician,or construction worker carrying it around,I'd say it's in the top floor of the building they're currently in.
