Private for Razorstar + Syrrus

Danny nodded. "I know what I'll need, and the woman you tried to flirt your way out of a bill with told me a great place to find everything." He pulled Iron to a stop, seeing the sign that signaled that they had arrived. He hopped off of the horse, landing easily.

Magpie followed with a grumpy expression on his face. He wasn't too interested in what the stupid bar maid had told the prince. Why had she been so nice to him anyway? It made little sense, Daniel belonged to him after all.

Peering at the horse before following Daniel, close by to make sure he wouldn't get kidnapped by overly kind barmaids

Danny walked into the building, glancing around. He saw an incredible assortment of items, and he was amazed. He never went to markets or stores, so this was another new experience for him. He quickly found what he needed. Bandages and other things of the sort were all together, making it a tad easier to track them down. Danny counted the coins he had, trying to figure out how many to buy.

Magpie slide up against the prince, placing a hand on his shoulder and the other just below his ear. Whispering as sensually as he could, mainly to tease. "Why don't you just take them." It wasn't a question but more a statement. He was indeed curious as to why the young man didn't just live life like Magpie did, now when he had the chance. Items and trinkets became worth so much more when you never paid for them in the first Place.

Danny bristled slightly when Magpie touched him and whispered. For a moment, he was tempted to just take them like he said. But, he would be hurting someone else in the process, right? He cast a glance at the shopkeeper. He seemed fairly well off. Or, at least he wasn't starving like some of the people around them were. He bit his lip for a moment. He could afford some of the bandages, but not as many as he needed. He took a deep breath, stuffing them in his coin pouch.

Magpie couldn't help but to grin from ear to ear. He himself had already been putting items down his own pockets. His fingers were far too skilled for such easy work. "Good job." He whispered into the prince ear with a forked tongue. To corrupt a prince seemed awfully easy do, not that he minded of course, it was always fun to have a easy prey. He continued to walk through the market place, stealing jewelry and apples while flirting and getting slapped by women. They had more than they could carry already, would a dragon grab their ride they'd sure be in deep water. Not that it would stop Magpie from trying to gather more.

Danny strapped the pouch to his belt, blushing slightly and glancing around. His skin bristled and he felt like everyone was watching him. It was uncomfortable, to say the least. He trotted after Magpie, looking like a startled bird. "What if we get caught?" He whispered, standing on his toes to speak in Magpie's ear.

"Then I will snatch you up like the damsel you are and take you to safety in my strong arm!" Magpie chuckled as he took a large bite of a apple he had grabbed from the fruit stall. It tasted delicious and even better when he knew he hadn't paid for it. Pretending that Daniel was damsel sure made him feel even better about himself though and as they walked back towards that damned animal he even threw some coins towards a small orphan by the side of the road.

Danny raised an eyebrow at Magpie. "Did you steal that?" He asked, frowning in disapproval. He had just stolen things, but he didn't like the idea of stealing more than they had to. And he could have definitely afforded an apple.

"I was hungry." Magpie said, looking down upon the prince. "Besides, I gave the coins to a poor orphan, isn't that enough charity?" He shrugged, how could the prince judge him for taking one apple, a box of jewelry, carrots and an onion when he just had given a parentless child some money? It made very little sense to Magpie and he did of course not agree with it.

Shaking his head, Danny looked at his boots as he walked. "It's not the same as just doing the right thing in the first place." He said under his breath, kicking a rock as he walked. He hated to admit that Magpie had a point. Even out one bad deed with a good one and everything was alright, right?

Tossing what was left of his apple he grabbed the prince by the waist and helped him up on the horse, for no actual purpose. The reason why he felt like carrying the young man around was because he was so small. It made Magpie feel bigger and bigger meant better. He wasn't certain however if he would ride the stupid animal with Daniel or not, after a long while of thinking he decided that walking was the best and only thing to do. "Lets leave. It's getting dark and I rather not have to sleep in the woods."

Danny yelped as he was picked up unexpectedly, grabbing At Magpie instinctively. He blushed slightly, looking at the horse under him. Was he really that small? He nodded slightly at Magpie's comment and got Iron moving at a quick pace.

"You look a bit out of sorts over there, Highness." Magpie said as he walked alongside the big horse. He was tired of walking, true, but it was better than riding at least. "Do you need a kiss to feel better, cause I'm all out of sugar." He chuckled, as if he had made the best joke he had ever heard. He then decided to join the prince upon the horse, throwing himself up on the horse behind him, wrapping arms around his waist.

Rolling his eyes, Danny frowned. "No, I'm fine. It's just a tad unsettling to be picked up like a sack of flour." He said, forcing himself not to cringe away from the feeling of his arms around him. He wasn't used to being touched by anyone but his father, and his father only patted him on the head like an obedient dog. Most people didn't want to risk the anger of the prince by shaking his hand or reaching out to him. Not that he minded much.

Magpie would probably kiss the King just to see what happened. Mischief was his number one talent and the reason to why he existed in the first place. He fed on it and became stronger when mortals got corrupted by his power, just as well as the Queen of the woods feed on animals and nature-voodo-crap that he didn't care much about at all. He could just as well have burned down the forest. "Can't this thing move a little quicker? We have places to be." He frowned, peering at the horse's head. He held on to Daniel though, to make sure that he wouldn't fall off again.

Danny smiled slightly. "Definitely." He purred before nudging the horse. It quickly sped up to a full blown gallop, making the buildings they passed almost a blur. They were quickly out of the town. Danny turned to look at Magpie. "So, which way are we heading?"

Shouting in surprise, Magpie's grip around the Prince got a lot tighter and his hood flew off his head. Blasted animals and their inconvinience. He did however point with one finger. There in the horizon lay two tall mountains. "We need to travel through that mountain pass, a swamp will be laying at its roots."

Danny laughed at Magpie's reaction to the horse speeding up before steering Iron toward the pass. He wasn't sure how well the horse would do in the swamp, but there was one way to find out, right?

Right. And what if he put Iron in danger? He felt his stomach turn at the thought.

"Your horse is going to die." Magpie said, as if he had read the boys thoughts, which he hadn't but puzzling together as to why the prince looked so pale had been very easy indeed, he cared for the animal and they were going up against Dragons, it wasn't too hard to figure out what was going to happen. "Dragons likes to eat." He added, smirking from ear to ear.

Danny felt tears prick at his blue eyes. What had he dragged Iron into? He sniffed quietly, petting the horse's mane as he ran. The idea of Iron made him want to get off and let him go, just let his run free and find his way back home. But, they needed him. There was no way they were going to carry all of this and move even half as fast as they were now.

That sniff cut into Magpie's ear like sharp daggers. What was wrong with the boy?! And what was wrong with Magpie for caring. Sighing, the big thief leaned back and mumbled: "I'll protect the damn thing... I promise." He muttered and cursed under his breath, a horse was going to be his death for sure. He had never managed to kill a dragon, they were the gods children and he had no clue how to even damage them.

Danny blinked in surprise. Was that a hint of compassion he heard in his voice? Did he honestly care? It was a surprise, but it seemed that, yes, Magpie was being kind. Danny smiled a hint. "Thank you." He breathed breathed, slowing down as the ground more muddy. He would hate for Iron to fall and get hurt.

"I'm not going to carry the damn thing!" Magpie shouted with his hands in the air, clearly feeling insulted that the Prince refused to stop worrying so much. It annoyed him indeed, he had just said that he would save the animal from dragons, risking its own hide and now the kid was staring at the ground as if it was going to climb up and eat them. It then hit him... Grinning from ear to ear he leaned forward. "I could turn him into a demon..."

Danny bared his teeth. "If the ground gets too muddy and he falls and breaks an ankle, he may as well be dead, you're U ninny." He growled, before registering the demon thing. His horse? A demon? Was that really possible? "What would making him a demon do?" He asked, sounding much less hostile this time.
