She'll have to get slightly intoxicated for treatment (to calm her and they probably use liquor for pain management), where she will become loose lips volunteering all sorts of thoughts and opinions completely unsolicited to anyone and everyone in hearing range.

Nine doesn't really know Iksel yet, so she'd probably just think, "This could be a fascinating way to determine how well the dyes of this plant would bond to hair." She knows Angelica and likes her enough, so without knowing Iksel to make her favor him and know this will piss him off, she'll think Angelica is just being fun. =)

I don't even know how he would react. Unless there's mirrors probably takes him long enough to figure out why everyone is suddenly staring at him (and snickering). He might think Angelica is some kind of mind reader punishing him for his thoughts and be rightly terrified.

and alas that is why it cannot happen in the RP. The fourth wall must remain unbreached, and so I cannot make as many perfectly apropos jokes as I like, for my character knows not why they would be funny. The sacrifices I must make for realism. *tortured artistic weeping*
