Fandom Pokemon: Worlds Unfurled

Daaaamn, lifelnog commitment.
Actually sounds like something kind Paul here would want to do. Maybe he's decided to see the world in order to get to know what pokemon are like firsthand before going to school. Is that an option?

Also, I've got more question if ya don't mind. I'll PM Ya?
Absolutely it's an option, and a good one too. The more he knows before attending, the more likely he is to graduate and get his license. Those who go in cold have an average pass rate of around 32%.

And by all means pm me.

And with that, Harlow's Gym battle is complete!

I believe I promised ya'll a list of Pokemon that would become available for adoption once Team Rocket's attack concludes, yes?

Here ya go!

Oh, and as a disclaimer I have decided to take for myself Rufflet, as it's the cutest birdie EVAH!

If you guys want any Pokemon on this list (as I know a couple of you do), ya'll get ONE choice.

After the Team Rocket attack is over, the following Pokemon will become available for adoption.

The first list is Pokemon who belonged to other Trainers. The reason for this is because several dozen Trainers who will be hanging out in and around the Pokemon Center are going to lose their lives, and thus their Pokemon will be carefully given away to local Trainers in the area who swear to take proper care of them. The authorities will oversee the hand offs, and count them as official one-sided trades.

Some of the Team Rocket members will either abandon or try to kill their own Pokemon who proved “too weak to survive”, making those which do survive the purge adoptable.

You’ll see what I mean, and it’s not going to be pretty…

Pokemon Center Adoptable Pokemon

Zubat

Growlithe

Abra

Natu

Heracross

Phanpy

Trapinch

Feebas

Shinx

Chatot

Axew

Rufflet

Deino

Fletchling

Team Rocket Adoptable Pokemon

Murkrow

Houndour

Seedot

Ralts

Aron

Carvanha

Seviper

Cranidos

Roggenrola

Tirtouga

Archen

Tyrunt

Amaura

So we can only get one pokemon period right? Like if Paul adopts say Eevee 2, he can't get a pokemon from this?
If you attend the Eevee event and take an Eevee, you can still choose a Pokemon from that list.

Dangnabbit! Rufflet is a part of my team.. I'll have to find some other way to snatch one.

Is this list separate from the Eeves? Or if I get an Eevee I can't have one from here? Axew, Amaura, Aron,Fletchling.. Ahhhhg so many cuties.

I answered for Terra, but you can still choose one from the list even if you choose an Eevee.

Rufflet can be found in the wild in mountainous areas near forests. For example, there will be a location which is not part of the original Pokemon Lore which will be between Celadon and Saffron called Crescent Mountain. Reason being, it's shaped like a crescent moon because of a volcanic explosion eons ago. Somehow the mountain is still standing even with that crescent shape. Rufflets will be there in abundance.

Can we know anything about the pokemon in advance?

Like I mean physical status and such.

I'm assuming The Team Rocket pokemon are not going to exactly be friendly.

You will not know anything about the Pokemon in advance if you take one from the lists. Their personalities, known techniques, and such will be entirely up to you to create and for your character to deal with.

For example, the Rufflet I'm giving Sakura is going to be timid, the result of a mildly neglectful and abusive Trainer.

Oh man. Such a tough choice. You put like half of my favorite Pokemon there, and half the team I was planning for Harlow. Kyero pls. Whyyyyy.

Coolio.

So for those interesting, the Eevee event is basically a mini festival. The Breeding giveaway is the highlight, but there will be other things going on around it as well so you'll have to do a bit of searching to find it through all the hullabaloo.

Good luck!

Alrighty, that's my post out of Paul wandering about the Festival looking for the place

Should be fine, although I may have missed something.

You're good for now. I'll let you guys figure out how to find Cecilia and her Breeding Giveaway. Once you do, I'll post for Cecilia.

It's up to you guys. I'll let you guys discover her location and the event on your own time and keep tabs on this thread. Once you guys have found her, I'll start posting for her when you interact.

Hey Kyero! I got a question.

Would the move Splash [aka the failure of Magikarp] have any worth in this RP? How would a Magikarp fair out of water, and how would it use tackle and flail?

Hello everyone!

I just thought I'd introduce myself since I am going to be joining you guys on this journey^o^

I look forward to roleplaying with you all~

Out of water Magikarp is just as useless as you'd expect. Flopping around not doing much of anything. In the water, it can hold its own against low "level" Pokemon, so to speak. But it's still a weak combatant.
