Pokemon Seniti Region

Torik was no longer there. Instead, there was an ultra ball.

Torik was sitting on the edge of the roof of another building. "What do you think are the chances that we will meet again?" He said to Bandit. "I don't see why you decided to cover for her." he replied, refusing to answer the question. "I just gave her a warning. Maybe she will think twice before trying to stop me again."

Vanessa picked up the Ultraball and placed it in her bag. "Lets go Leopard," she said to her Liepard, before she began to walk down the street. "Where to now?" she thought to herself as she walked. "Anywhere," Leopard replied.

Seth rubbed his chin for a moment as he mused. While the battle in front of him was interesting, as was the Gardevoir and the group, he was reminded of something important. Lombardi the Pidgeotto had gotten into a rather rough tussle with a few of the local bird pokemon not too long ago. The screeching of the territorial Pidoves threatened to break down the group, but Lombardi remained resilient and smashed into the group. Naturally, such 'brave bird' antics landed a few self-inflicted injuries and bruises, even if he was victorious in beating them off.

The Pokemon center, so-called the largest in the world, was just nearby. Pokemon centers were a godsend to trainers, coordinators, and breeders alike. The nurses there were friendly and helpful, there were rooms reserved for trainers, and the computers there allowed people to quickly access their pokemon and personal information. They even brewed coffee! With a respectful doff of his hat to the group before him, Seth turned around and made his way there.

'Thinking of the bird-brain?' Cleopatria asked with an inquisitive tilt of her head.

"Lombardi? Yeah. Ken as well," Seth replied.

'I'm fine,' Ken muttered as he folded his arms and followed along. 'Just a minor headache.'

'You know you deserved it.'

(PyroWarriorZ: probably should have continued this earlier)

Matt walked up to Dane and saw his charmander attack the seedot. Wild pokemon don't usually go into the city, but small pokemon like seedots sometimes hide in the trees. "So, is that going to be your second pokemon?" He asked Dane.

"I'll give it a try!"

Dane activated the PokeComm as he noddec to Charmander as Charmander shot forth to try Scratch Seedot who had dodged the previous onslaught.

Seedot used Harden to take the attack and then used Bide to headbutt Charmander right back with enough force to send the angry little Pokemon flying back.

"Woah..."

Dane said shaking his head.

"This IS weird... So when do I catch this thing and how?"

He asked Matt, still a little confused.Charmander growled getting back up and launching Flamethrower again.

Matt watched the battle. "What kind of pokeball do you want to use?" He said, not looking away from the battle. "Or more importantly, what kind of pokeballs do you have?"

"I can use that FriendBall I bought!"

He said to Matt, but keeping focused on the battle.

Seedot dodged the Flamethrower and tried to run away but Charmander chased after trying to slash him with Scratch, come back here you chicken was all Charmander thought as he growled.

"Well, I think that the seedot has been weakened enough to use it." He said. "Legend has it that wild pokemon that faint are teleported away and healed by celebi, so you can't catch it if you knock it out."

"Ok, here goes nothing!"

Dane threw the FriendBall while the Seedot was distracted with dodging Charmanders attack also to get the poor thing away from him.

As the FriendBall hit Seedot glowed white brightly as he entered the Ball and it fell the ground. The Friend Ball began to wobble as the light flickered.

Dane crossed his fingers.

"Come on.... come on...."

The FriendBall then locked, sealing Dane's first ever Pokemon capture.

Charmander growled a whatever and scoffed as he went back up to Dane and pressed his own PokeBall to return himself.

Dane smiled at Dane.

"Well let's meet my new Pokemon! Come on out Seedot!"

He threw the Friend Ball as the energy shot out, but instead of a Seedot coming out a Nuzleaf appeared in it's place.

"Nuz!"

"Wait a minute, what happened to the Seedot I captured. I thought I captured a Seedot, who is this Pokemon?!"

Dane asked completely confused as he scratched his head.He remembered catching a small seed Pokemon, but now stood this Pokemon with a funny nose and a leaf on it's head. But he remembered catching the Seedot and seeing it go in the ball, did he do something wrong.

"Your seedot evolved into a nuzleaf. They usually do that after they have fought enough times." Matt said as if he was a pokemon professor. "Nuzleaf has one more evolution, but you'll have to train him first."

(Neat theory on the why trainers can't catch a pokemon that's been knocked out.)

JC gave a nodd as he looked at the pokemon center.

"We'll thanks for the battle but I'd best get my team fixed up," JC said as he headed off to the pokemon center. He gave a quick nod to Kaylie as a way to say bye then he was off.

Kaylie saw him go but she was to be grinning at what happened to the Blaziken. Serves him right. But then she remembered that Nex said they might be able to get a POKEcomm as the Pokemon Center. So she gave a nodd to say bye though she didn't really think it was nessisary since she was mainly a spectator here. She headed towards the Pokemon Center as well.

Soon both JC and Kaylie made it to the Pokemon Center. JC had noticed Kaylie also heading towards the Pokemon Center and let her catch up to him. So the two of them entered and headed to the counter where a Nurse Joy stood.

"Excuse us," JC said, "But do you know where we can purchase a POKEcomm?"

Nex waved at them as they left. "I think that the only way you didn't lose was because he didn't have a POKEcomm." Sage said to Nex. "Maybe... what I don't understand is why his combusken is so powerful." "Maybe he trained his more." "Maybe... either way, I might have to keep an eye on him." "I think you're just paranoid." "I think you're getting overconfident."

(Thesmashbro I figured you would be playing the Nurse Joy since I don't know where they could get a POKEcomm)

(Thesmashbro I ment I don't know where you get the POKEcomm's... do they just sell them there? how what's the cost?)

(JCKane: just have him ask nurse joy and say it costs 7500 poke, which I think is the equivalent of $75)

(Allright. I wasn't sure how much they cost nor where you got them. But allright.)

The nurse smiled at them in the usual Nurse Joy way. "You can buy them here," She told them, "7500 poke."

JC looked at Kaylie and smiled at her knowing that it was well within his price range. Kaylie didn't bother looking at him. So they paid the lady and she gave them both a small box that contained both the POKEcomm and the instructions for it. So the two of them headed over to one of the tables in there and opened them.

(Is the POKEcomm just that single device or do they need to attach something to their pokemon?)

(ok.)

JC and Kaylie took out their knew POKEcomms. Kaylie automatically put her's in her ear turning it on not messing with the intructions since she had allready read them. Once she had it she stood up.

"Allright JC let's battle," She said.

"Don't you wanna heal your pokemon first?" JC asked as he had been looking at the instructions, "I mean I did knock out two of your."

Kaylie sighed, he was right.

"Fine, Give me yours so I can get them healed too," Kaylie said, "Then we battle afterwords."

JC agreed as he pulled out Blaze's pokeball. He didn't need to give her Barker since he was completely healed as it was. Kaylie took the pokeball then headed off to get them healed. As she did JC continued reading the intructions of the POKEcomm.

Seth watched as the two trainers, the one with the red ensemble and the one with the green, waltzed into the Pokemon center. The way they seemed so normal together instead of awkward made it clear that they were traveling together. Companions. Seth nodded and smiled at their passing before turning to his Blaziken. The feathered friend still looked rather miffed at being turned down by a Gardevoir, and a male, no less. His beak was red with embarrassment, but he tried to hide it from his trainer.

"Right. I don't want you to cause a scene in there right now," Seth started as he grabbed a vacant pokeball with a small flame emblem. "If that Gardevoir pops in, well, let's not think about that."

'Woah woah woah,' Ken squawked as he backed away, arms raised. 'C-come on man, it was just a simple misunderstanding! Don't laze me bro! Oh, wait, you just di-'

After enveloping his starter in a red light, Seth recalled him to his pokeball. Breathing a sigh of relief, the young man turned to enter the Pokemon center with his Purrloin on his shoulder. The group with the Gardevoir was spot on when they said this place was massive. Whitewashed walls and stellar tiled flooring greeted anyone who entered. Red benches and couches littered one side of the room, most likely asserting themselves as accomplices to a rest area/waiting room. On the other side of the room was a counter for a built-in pokemart, although it seemed to sell the more mundane things instead of valuables all trainers wanted. No, just simple things like toiletries, food, medicine, and other supplies.

The Nurse at the main counter seemed to be very happy to serve, and who was Seth to deny her from doing her duties?

"Hello, and welcome to the pokemon center!"
she chirped with a smile. "How can I help you today?"

Seth simply smiled and offered two pokeballs, one with the fire emblem and the other with a feather emblem. He had been through this routine many times before.

"I've got two of my partners who could use a quick recharge, Ma'am," he said. "Could you help them?"

"Why, I certainly can. Just wait a moment and they'll be as good as new," Nurse Joy squeaked as she took the containers and turned to deposit them in a large healing machine.

Seth nodded in thanks and leaned against the counter to the side, simply waiting for the healing process to finish. Cleopatria nuzzled up against his ear and meowed happily before returning to her grooming.

Kaylie walked up to the counter but saw as there was all ready a guy there. The guy had a purloin on his shoulders. She had seen him outside watching the battle with JC and that Nex guy. So she stood there impatiently as the Nurse tended to his Pokemon. 'Should of healed my team when I got the POKEcomm,' She thought. Then she remembered that he was the owner of the Blaziken that tried to flirt with the Gardevoir. though the end results was funny she was curious about something else. "Excuse me but you were the one who owned that Blaziken back there?" She asked him.
