When Max got hit by the shadow attack, I wanted him to actually turn, but he was knocked out before he could. Then of course there was April asking.

You can avoid it by saying "the standard affair" or something vague like that. I've kept my Pokemon's moveset very vague myself.

Speaking of which, Max hasn't gotten much screen time in general lately. I need him to do some interactions... maybe Genesis or Emlas. He hasn't interacted with either of them in a long time... later, of course. I doubt April is feeling chatty.
