Hmm, maybe a hood could be part of the outfit? Some charms of some sort? Corsets are also stereotypically witchy but idk if you want to go down that route. You could also incorporate the witch theme into some weapons too.

It definitely was going to be incorporated with the weapon, though the corset isn't a bad idea, maybe a softer corset would work.... Hmm...
