The idea in the works for my character is a Vocalist of sorts, a bilingual singer most likely.

Hmm well for character, I'm thinking due to the bullshit she's gone through she is a delinquent using what artistic talents she has to do banksy style graffiti as being quick on her feet to evade detection

She'd likely get along with your character, being rather rough around the edges as well, while not a delinquent per se, she falls into that style (if that makes sense.)

I meant something like a glaive that resembles a paintbrush.

Oh. You'd written a character description so I thought that was what you were using. I'm confused.
Also your character doesn't have to be Greek.

Also in terms of your character's Persona Alecto might work better.
Tisiphone punishes murder (usually of blood relatives) while Alecto punishes moral crimes.

Hmm, maybe a hood could be part of the outfit? Some charms of some sort? Corsets are also stereotypically witchy but idk if you want to go down that route. You could also incorporate the witch theme into some weapons too.
