Luke laughed even more as Cassie and Mara called him out on his enjoyment of the ride. He shot Isara a glare as she insulted the Athena girl again. "Speaking of waking up, where are we going to stay once we get there? It'll definitely be dark by the time we're there," he asked the group. "Maybe we could check into a motel but there could be monsters lurking anywhere," Luke noted with concern.


He smiled a little as Mara scooted closer to him and laid her head onto his shoulder. He breathed in her husky scent as he let her rest comfortably.

Vianca got bored of talking strategy. Even for an intellectual type it was getting... bland. She goes down the hill and over to the cabins, or at least she hoped it was the cabins, and she pokes her head into what she truly hopes is the Hades cabin. "ALEC." She almost yells his name. "GET UP."

Raven ~ Team Two

Raven made a strangled sound as everyone suddenly shifted, Cassie getting pulled away and herself getting pulled onto Luke. It was a tad awkward, but she appreciated it. It would have been worse with the other guy she didn't know, or really any of the other women.


"Just don't get handsy, Aphrodite boy." She said teasingly, knowing he wouldn't dare. Both because Mara would probably kill him, and Raven was gay anyway... Not much point for him. Glancing around to find Isara, she raised an eyebrow. "Are you coming? We should get going as soon as possible."

Mara changed positions slightly to become more comfortable, smiling a little up at him. "Won't anyone mortals be suspicious of a bunch of teenagers checking in a mote?" She questioned, raising an eyebrow. She continued to lean on him, smiling. "You got a favorite color, pretty boy?" She asked him, attempting to start conversation.

"Actually, I'm 18. Which means I'm technically an adult." Raven added to Mara. "They might still find it a tad weird, but they can't really question it too much." She glanced at all their backpacks, knowing they were also filled with drachma's and cash. Mortals wouldn't care if they were three feet tall and completely purple, so long as the Demigods paid up front.


"Wait, can I drink alcohol now? Or is the age minimum different in America?" She asked after a moment to no one in particular. She didn't exactly want to get drunk, but booze had always been an unreachable thing for her entire life. Though being at camp for a chunk of it -and in America no less- really messed with her sense of law, so she wasn't exactly sure the age limit there.

"I wouldn't dare," Luke smiled amusingly at Raven as he shifted a little to get comfortable. "I'm pretty sure it's 21, so you can't get crazy yet," he chuckled. "Unless we get a fake ID which I'm not opposed to at all. But it's probably not a good idea to get drunk while on a quest. A monster could creep up on us and we wouldn't even know until it's too late." Although he had to admit that he couldn't really imagine Raven getting drunk.


He looked over at Mara and replied, "It's okay we can just say that we're a group of friends taking a road trip down the coast of California or something. That's very plausible." Lowering his voice and leaning towards the Ares girl, he added, "Mmm I would say blue or green. Blue brings out my eyes, and my favorite shirt is green. What about you?"

Isara smiled bashfully, and shook her head. She looked at Raven a little sadly, "I don't think I'd be very welcome in there. Don't worry I have my ways of getting around. I will see you all there." She gave them a polite smile and vanished into mist. Let them pay the fare for themselves. No that's mean. Fine we will help Raven but the others on on their own for now.





Isara's body joined with thw mist of the cab and she was able to see and hear everything going on. Unknown to the rest of her companions, of course.

Mara frowned as she heard Luke say he wouldn't mind getting a fake ID to drink. She hated drinking. Her step father was a drunk, and anything that reminded her of him she didn't like. Plus it stole people's senses, and made them stupid and angry. She heard Luke whisper his favorite colors and the reasons, and she sighed and rolled her eye. "Blue because it goes well with your eyes?" She asked, smirking, although she did not disagree. "I like red," she answered. "Don't know why really. It just makes me feel alive," she said, shrugging, her thoughts wandering, remembering the bloodshed of her last day at home, her frown growing.

Alec was standing by the door of his cabin when someone called his name, he jumped and just about smacked his fucking head on the roof.He sighed and opened the door slowly, blushing a little as he realized it was Vianca "Hey Vi." He said, leaning against the door frame. He was about to go to come see her anyway... Saves him the trip.

Vianca smiles despite herself. "Alec, you slept in. The team assembled at the top of the hill. Are you ready to go?" She realizes she doesn't know how to get back to the hill. If he isn't ready, she isn't going anywhere until he is.

Alec blushed and frowned,"It has? I did?" He questioned, blushing more. By now he probably looked like a tomato with how red his face was right now. Alec grabbed his backpack and walked out the door, closing it behind him. "What hill?" He asked her, grabbing her hand gently.

"The one with the tree." Vianca is glad he is ready. She did not want to have to wait around for a while. "They are talking strategy and I got bored. So I came to get you again."

Alec nodded and walked over to the hill with Talia's tree on it, tugging Vianca along with him. "It's understandable." He said, He didn't like talking strategy either. He'll leave that to the people with the smarts.

Vianca shrugs. "Alec, slow down, the grass is uneven." She mutters, struggling to keep up with him. "We have an Athena girl with us now. And an aphrodite girl. So I think that makes it Hayley, Walter, Ryan, Samuel, you, me, Katy, and Alana."

Walter wasn't one to plan. He wasn't smart or anything, so he was use.ess in that field. Actually, he got bored while they planned where to go. He was just there. Present. He moved his head to the side to at least breathe from all of this. But then he saw Vianca and Alec coming and he waved.

Alec smiled and turned around, picking Vianca up before running to the top of the hill, almost running straight into Walter. He blushed a little then smiled at a waving Walter, "Hey man! How you been?" He asked while setting Vicana down on her feet carefully, making sure she had her balance while wrapping his arm around her shoulder.

Vianca almost wants to shove Alec's arm off of her after he picks her up. He should have just slowed down. But instead she just mutters something about being blind not legless and stays by his side. When she hears Walter she smiles a little. "Hello Walter." She greets him warmly.

Alec looked at Vianca and pouted a little, noticing that she seemed a little ticked off about the who picking her up thing. But all well, he was only helping in his own way. There was no need to be grumpy about it. He shrugged a little and looked over at Walter, biting his bottom lip gently. He really, really, liked the way he looked in normal clothes. He looked like he was ready to kick ass whereas Alec looked like he just rolled out of bed and threw on a jacket and a pair of skinny jeans. (Which is pretty much what he did.)

Luke sensed Mara's dislike when he talked about drinking and made a mental note in his head to not talk about it around her. "Red is pretty symbolic," he pointed out. "It represents both blood and love, which is practically the complete opposite of each other," he noted. "So which one makes you feel alive, Mara? Blood..." he said softly then let his pale blue eyes meet her amber one. "Or love?" he finished, his voice barely a whisper as he gazed into her eyes.

Cassie watched as the daughter of Hecate dissolved into smoke, saying that she would meet them there. She suddenly had the strange feeling of being watched, but when Cassie turned, no one was there other than Alex. She shivered, pushing the thought aside. They were just sitting there doing nothing (there wasn't much you could do in the back of a taxi), and Cassie's sleepless night was catching up with her. She yawned slightly, covering her mouth with her hands, and closed her eyes, leaning over toward Luke, but there was no intimacy in the gesture; it was more of a friendly gesture of trust.

Both Cassie and Mara would feel a small painful tug as a strand of their hair would be taken from their pretty head. To the three sister a soft voice whispered "to San Francisco." The three witches cackled and floored it. The taxi cab speed at over 100 and climbing through the forest the cab zooming around trees sliding the kids from left to right.

Katy looked up when she saw Ryan and Vianca coming back toward them and she smiled enthusiastically. "Alright I have an idea. We are going to start West and head to California to find Hyperion. I was thinking we could possibly use Pegasi to travel at least part of the way." She looked to each of them and hoped they would agree to the plan. Unfortunately she was not quite well versed in the demigod to know of the various modes of transport available to them but she had seen the pegasi grazing in the field of camp.

Mara smirked, letting her amber eye meet his pale blue eyes, humming softly in consideration. "Depends. I don't have much experience with Love," she admitted, with a shrug. "But so far it seems pretty interesting," she said, voice barely above a whisper, with a blink that looked like it might have been a wink had she still had two eyes. She felt a sorto f yank in her hair, and blinked, looking around her. She shrugged, a little confused.

Luke noticed Cassie's sleepy head starting to lean towards him and he smiled subtlely, letting her rest on his shoulder. He turned back to Mara and his heart started to pound. "Well considering you're with the Son of Love himself, it'll definitely be interesting," he replied, his voice barely a whisper.


He let himself be tossed around the car with the others as the sisters began to take them to San Francisco, but he didn't voice a single complaint.

The Grimm's Sisters Taxi

The scenery around them became a blur as they zoomed across the unmarked roads of the Grimm Sisters. The three hags laughed and argued as one of them turned around, "oh deary you can't know love without heartache." One of the other sisters spoke up, " I was in love once, he was so handsome." The third one interjected, "oh no I had the eye and he was as ugly as a goat!"


The one driving glared and let go of the wheel grabbing for her sister. "Nonsense he was handsome! Now give me the eye I'm driving!" The eye popped from the third witches socked and flew hich in the air before the middle sister took and looked at the group of children. "Oh my, one of you will die, the other, loose a heart. I see such terror ans calamity in your future, what grim fated indeed." The eye was ripped from the second sisters skull and groaned. "Oh you with your grim descriptons." The first sister said as she poped the eye in her skull. She looked at the kids, "see they will find true love when lips touch, you are too grim!" The second sister pushed her first ans rhey began to fight.


The third sister pulled the eye out of tHe scuffle and looked at Luke. "My, my, aren't you a handsome young man?"


Meanwhile the meter began to run from the hundreds to the thousands. Do you guys have enough to pay?
