Haha! Oh right, speaking of Thanksgiving, I believe my family (instead of all the delicious stuffing, turkey, and all good stuff that I eat in college and nowhere near my place) will just be ordering asian food to go. LOL Or my mom will be cooking, I have no idea. We just bum around at home though, lol. My friends are having huge and fun family gatherings so there's also that too. And dang, ;D @Kodiak , that sounds fabulous. Lol I'm super hungry now. Prob should go grab lunch after class (yes I'm in class. :< Shh). 


And oh shoot! I hope I didn't confuse anyone. I meant end the bidding war (and move onto our new victim who I will pull from a hat). The auction will continue! Until all victims are done. Lol sorry guys. Hopefully that cleared things up. LOL Omg, becoming friends over ghost. "I guess you're not so bad. At least crazy enough to be hunting ghosts." Hah!


Speaking of which, those role plays seemed awesome! I love superheroes or really fantastic based role plays. Lol I'll definitely keep an eye out. And I hear ya, I'm not sure what makes a good GM so I'm just winging it. LOL I'm just hoping by having a host project, things will live longer. >.<
 
The superhero idea reminds me of camp half-blood. All the other ideas sound hella neat.


Regarding the RP, I'll get a reply in this week (I know I said that before and I'm terribly sorry for not keeping word) Also, is Zak still alive cause if not I'll have Vivi move elsewhere.
 
@Aster Thanks! It's interesting that you say that about the superhero idea. It's been so long since I've read the Percy Jackson books (and I only made it through three), but I do remember the camp was pretty fun! I think I'm leaning the most toward the first two ideas, if I start anything at all. Who knows? 


I've messaged @constellation a couple of times in the past month, just to check in, but it doesn't look like she's opened them. She might have stepped away from the site, unfortunately. :(  If you like, I can devise a small interaction between Vee and Nathan. Your call! 


@FirePolaris Thanks for the clarification! I think we all want to see Xavier's post. What's lover boy gonna do? Is he going to make a bid? Is he going to bite his tongue? Will he, won't he? The suspense is just too much! Anyway, looking forward to his reaction to Maddie up on stage! 
 
LOL. Oh god, I completely fell asleep instead of writing out Xavier. He will be done! Tonight. Lol Hopefully. @Kodiak You make the best hype man! I should be leaving Janet's initial speeches to you. Speaking of which, you had some plans for @shygirl3. I wasn't sure what you wanted to do with Abigail, should I leave the introduction with Janet (for Abigail) to you just so I don't destroy any upcoming plans?


And I also haven't heard from @constellation in a while. :< I think it's safe to say that she has departed for now. Hopefully she'll come back but if not, lol, we will go on with the amount we have.
 
Sorry I've been MIA. I seem to have caught whatever cold was going around my campus and I was traveling home for thanksgiving today. I'm still very under the weather and don't have much energy so feel free to move on without me. I'll just have Abby catch up once I feel better or if she's the next victim. 
 
@FirePolaris Nah, you've been doing a grand job with Janet. Keep it up! I do have a plan for when Abby's name is announced, thanks for remembering! But it's totally cool if you do a regular introduction with Janet. I'll have Nathan swoop in afterwards. ;)

@Chamomile & @shygirl3 I hope I did your character justice. >.< LOL Janet is just fun to write out because she says the stupidest things. And I left the audience's reaction up to Abigail's or Nathan's interpretation since I wasn't too sure if you wanted them to be hollering at her or be a bit more quiet since they don't know her as well as the rest? So things are more vague than my previous introductions. And I hope you're feeling better, get better soon. I hate the flu, especially after learning microbiology. It's terrifying what influenza can do to you if it's not seasonal.


And I just realized that I'm also dominating the IC with my posts. LOL I'm sorry y'all. I swear, it'll be a lot less of me once Janet is out of the picture.


@Kingly I know you're busy lol so I conveniently have Xavier make up an excuse for the missing Hunter. But feel free to switch it up or whatever!

Firstly, Happy Thanksgiving! I'm thankful for having found RPN and you lovely folks who have made this site such a warm and welcoming place!


Secondly, I have a post in the works, but Thanksgiving dinner is fast approaching, as is major family time, and then the craziness of Black Friday weekend. So, my goal will be to get my post up tonight since the next time I'll be available won't be until Monday. But if I cant't post today, then I'll definitely post on Monday. I hope that isn't too much of a delay for all of you!


@shygirl3 If possible, I'd love to post before you. But if you're itching to write, then please feel free to post at will. I'll work in the details of my post around yours. :)  


Thirdly (and irrelevantly), I had to give up Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. It was getting silly. But, I just finished A Darker Shade of Magic which was excellent. I've already downloaded it's sequel, but I'm pacing myself since the final book in the series hasn't been released yet. In the meantime, I'm reading Tell Me Three Things, which I think all of you would like (it's a contemporary young adult romantic comedy). Any book updates from the rest of you?

Totally fine! I'm incredibly busy until Monday as well. I have so much assignments due and a lot of studying/catching up to get done.


Speaking of books, I literally just bought 7 books on bookoutlet (30% discount on books that are already discounted for black friday if no one has heard of it). I got Eleanor and Park, I'll Give You the Sun, and 5 other books LOL. I'm so excited to just sit down and read them over December break. And omg, Tell me Three Things look so much fun, I already have it on my cart as we speak. I'm probably just going to get it on amazon since they're doing a 10 dollars off 25 dollars deal for Holiday Books. Wooo!
 
@Kodiak sure you can post first if you like! I'm still a bit under the weather and haven't started a post yet. I was aiming to start tomorrow so feel free to get your post up first though, I'll wait for you :)  


happy thanksgiving everyone (though it's technically Friday for me already). I'd normally be out shopping and finding the great deals but since I'm still sick I decided to just do online shopping this year. For all of you who are shopping, be safe and find some good deals for me! xP
 
@FirePolaris Good tip! I need to check out this book outlet. Have you read Fangirl yet? I loved it. But Rainbow Rowell in general is a great author. You'll like Eleanor and Park a lot. :)  


Has anyone read Throne of Glass? That's next on my reading list. Maybe.


@shygirl3 You poor thing! I was chatting with my family all night so I never got around to finishing my post. I hope the extra few days will give you time to get better! Fortunately, no one really needs to go Black Friday shopping in person anymore. You won't miss any great deals from home. Sending you happy thoughts!
 
LOL I haven't read Fangirl yet but it looks delightful! I needed more books to add to my amazon cart so this is just swell ;D.  I feel like I'm hopping on the hype train when I bought Eleanor and Park but I heard such good things about it. I haven't read The Fault in Our Stars or have I watched the movie but I've been wanting to, I think just the sad aspect of it is holding me back. D: I have a love/hate relationship with sad novels. I feel like we're forming some kind of book club (which is awesome, I love novel recommendations). I wish I had more time before December to be reading books. I have not read that but just by reading the synopsis, it sounds pretty good! Lol let me know how it goes for you!


@shygirl3 Feel better and no rush for the both of you! It's time to spend days with fambam and friends. Drink lots of liquid. ^_^

The Booke Theif ( made me cry so hard but so powerful and the way is unlike anything I've ever read before). I highly recommend it. Movie is okay not sure I like everything but it i visually appealing.


@FirePolaris Fault in Our Stars, the novel is a beautiful read. The movie is just as good though. Cried so hard. So good. I like sad. 


Sad makes me happy. I'm weird and thrive off angst.


Lastly, Monster Calls is a beautiful book that has a movie coming out but I tell anyone tonread the book first. Specially for the visual pictures inside its breathtaking! 


Sorry, i will stop now. Also Happy Thanksgiving and to all. I am going to enjoy the Black Friday deals from my bedroom where its warm xD I will try and get a post up soon but I am not in a huge rush since no one has really talked to Aivree other then Maddy. xD

@FirePolaris The hype is justified. Rainbow Rowell writes well and her characters are smart. Attachments is great, too, if not a little strange. I mean, it's cute, just a slightly more unconventional love story. 


Oh gosh. The Failt in Our Stars made me cry pretty hard. I'm not a huge fan of John Green, though I did enjoy Paper Towns. There were at least a couple laugh-out-loud funny moments in that book. :P  


Another book that that was wonderful but made me cry: Me Before You. I haven't seen the movie yet, but I heard the adaptation is good.


Book Club. Let's do it.


@Sasil The Book Thief  is on my reading list! I've never heard of Monster Calls. What genre is it? Thanks for the recommendations, by the way!

The book 'Monster Calls' is mostly a fantasy book? Kinda of? It's about a boy who meets a monster when he goes to sleep. It's better if I don't spoil much of anything and you will like it that much more I think. Its an amazing read though. I hope you like it if you read it :D

I told myself not to go Black Friday shopping and then my sister reeled me in with soft wool cardigans. God dang it, such a sucker for cardigans that I can roll around in.

Not so random thought considering how I recently watched Fantastic Beasts and where to find them (I'm late I know), could you imagine our OCs being sorted in Hogwarts?
 
Awesome freaking awesome movie which still scared the crap out of me (I'm easily freaked out loool). But Xav will be in Gryffindor LOL and prob go nowhere near the Ravenclaws. Here's to my I'm still alive post and hope y'all having a great weekend. I'm going to be extremely busy these next two weeks so I might poof but I'll be back.


I'll also be gone tomorrow because I'm hitting up Disneyland! And praying it doesn't rain because it's been raining all weekend. D:

I haven't watched FBAWTFT yet but I really really want to!  maddie would def be sorted into hufflepuff.


Just a heads up, I'll be having tests everyday starting tomorrow for a week or two, so I might be a bit busy studying. I'll do my best to get replies where need be. And no, I don't think I'll have anything on Cyber Monday I had to look it up because I had no idea what it is. My mum isn't too fond of online shopping and I'm too young to do it myself! im like thirteen  ^_^

You know what? While the obvious house for Nathan would be Ravenclaw (or even Slytherin to a degree), he's actually more of a Grffindor at heart. Imagine Xavier and Nathan in the same house. I suppose it wouldn't be much different than their current situation. Hahaha! 


If Maddie is a Hufflepuff, then I'm in good company! (I'm a Hufflepuff, too!)


Guys, I just finished Tell Me Three Things and I gushed a little. It's such a sweet story! And it has given me an idea for a role play.
