I updated the table of characters on the Pirate Production Page to reflect where the newly accepted characters fall in the chain of command. Right now, the chain of command is based on how much I think Scarlet's going to like your character and not really anything else. It will undoubtedly change as the story progresses.

Higo is low because he wants to be the pirate king and Scarlet won't promote competition against herself. She'd praise his ambition but at the end of the day, she keeps him low so he'll learn the crown is hers.Good to see Higo so low! Can't wait to watch him slowly grow on everyone, haha.

Luckily for Higo's sake, he won't state his desire to be Pirate King directly in her face, since at the time of their meeting and even him 'joining' the crew, he'd still consider her a rival.
Though, over the span of the RP I hope he has a change of heart and gradually becomes a proper member of the crew, a realizes that he doesn't need the title of Pirate King to achieve is dream.
Butttt that's some far off future thoughts!
