Lol really random question. Which book would be considered Exalted's version of the DnD Players Handbook? You know, with the basic all around information?

If memory serves properly, both 1st and 2nd Ed had nice player supplements providing brief synopses of different exalt types and some other info. I believe 1st was hardback, while 2nd was a softback book. I don't think 3rd has released one yet, but someone please correct me if I'm wrong on that.

If you're looking for a book with the basic rules on combat, social combat, poisons, diseases, crafting, sorcery, and such, that would be the Core Book. Yes, it's character creation and Charms deal with Solars, but the main parts of it deal with the basic systems, and those are applicable for all Exalts.

. Things have been a bit rough - nothing fatal! - but I did entirely forget about the game and that was rude! I apologize for not giving some sort of notice I wouldn't be able to participate for a while. In a few weeks perhaps I might have some breathing room, then rest and see where things stand.
