I appreciate it but i mean I guess ive been pretty bogged down with the bad of this week that i almost forgot that some good news did come this week. It appears like the cancer has at least stopped progressing which is a good start.

And that is definitely something i need to focus on more than i have been its just so easy to let yourself focus on the bad.

Yeah it can be super easy to lose yourself in the bad - stop looking at the good parts.
That's something we're even trying to show IC, Felix for example getting overwhelmed and lost focusing just on the cascade of negative events and struggling to look past that.

It's awesome to hear you that some progress has already been made though!
I know it's probably still going to be a long multi-week road at least but stopping its spread is good first step.

I originally didn’t plan for Mrs. Richardson to have been a foster kid but as i was writing that last post i was just thinking why? Why does she work at the home and why has she for so long and i just decided that her having been a foster kid herself would be a good reason and give he a connection with the kids

It actually opened Felix's eyes a decent bit her saying that, lower her from simply this adult overseeing them to someone who didn't seem quite as much a stranger.

I see that well i am glad it helped the situation a bit. Figured I should flesh her out a little more as a character given that she is definitely becoming supporting cast basically.

I think it was a great extra detail - and it was good seeing her really take a more caring role for the kids. She is the closest thing these kids have to a parental figure right now.

And yeah Felix is feeling atleast a little better, he's not the same emotional trainwreck now - thankfully he's a very resilient kid. Able to bounce back from most things - even if like anybody he sometimes needs that little supportive push.

Yeahh I can see that. I imagine you're gonna want to cover a lot of Asher x Nathan in a single post plus possibly sending Asher downstairs so I get that.
