Okay let’s turn it down a bit. I’ll do it too

Having darkness in any RP is one of the most intriguing, interesting things that can occur. In character as in art, darkness makes lighting shine. I am thrilled that everyone's characters have some darkness in their past (for my part, Snout has been involved in the trade of illicit substances, actively buying, investigating and eventually using some. It's not the darkest thing in the world, but for his own overall good morals, it's certainly offsetting, and certainly something I'd love to explore). A character that is fantastic in combat but, as Verena said above, perhaps has terror associated with their first kill, or even, as with a synth/cyborg/android character, they're made that way but they still think and feel as they do it, all that's really interesting.

All for the darkness, don't get me wrong: 'tis just my little opinion that things were getting a little too close to the point of revelling in horrific acts.

I'm really glad you're all hearing me out and understanding my view. I'm determined to stay in this RP despite my uni work, and it's my first 'public' RP in I think at least 2 years, so I'm equally determined to make it a great one!
