oh sorry, i made him based off of the actual god, and i couldnt find any legends about him, and i wanted him to kinda be searching for legends on himself in another life, he was supposed to be a kinda young god too, ill see what i can do about that stuff then

Are you familiar with Noragami? Gods are born of wishes. Even if you're taking a real god, I need you to twist it to fit into the Noragami world and add your own spin to the god if there isn't much about them. For NPCs, a pic and a name is all that's needed, but player characters have a bit more requirements =P

Lol, so long as it's not real. Not because it's too powerful either. Rather, it's too lore-breaking for my tastes - a phantom wielding a regalia i mean <.< I allow creative lore creation, but only so long as it doesn't break what exists in Noragami. Naming has always been shown to be a god-exclusive ability (with the exception of father, who stole Izanami's brush) and phantoms eat spirits. If anything, they want spirits to become phantoms.
Remove naming from the abilities section, put it in the history section as a rumor she/someone else started, and Ny is approved.

Songs
The manga has also demonstrated that shinki may use songs as another ability. In Chapter 31, a group of children who are Ebisu's shinki use the song Kagome as a defensive method. Nora also uses a song to call ayakashi to attack Yukine, which he counters by improvising his own song to send them away.
Songs are loosely translated to spells as far as I could find. And knowing quirky I am sure most things would be acceptable as long as they are not to OP.

Hmm... I will have to think on that one. I haven’t completely narrowed down how many reincarnations she has gone through in my head yet. So she may not even care about this “son” but I don’t see why not.what do you think

Never explained in depth. They're poems/chants that regalias can learn/use to create certain supplementary effects. They can also be improvised on the spot (as seen by Yukine). Examples shown in manga include Nora summoning wolf spirits to attack Yukine and Yukine dispelling them, protection from fire, and protection from lightning. 'Kagome' is a song used by children spirits/regalias and songs don't seem to be name-related (at least in my mind anyway =p) so I let 'Towako' use them. For the sake of this rp, I'll let spirit/regalia players be creative with the songs their char knows/learns so long as it's not a world-ending chant.
Uroko learned a rain song for his job as Ryuujin's regalia.
