Personality:Leon is just a laid back guy. He's never really serious and is mostly just asleep or doing whatever he feels like. Leon has the simple motto of "Once everything is done, go take a nap for the rest of the day!". Despite his laid back demeanor, he's surprisingly caring about his friends and if they beg him enough he'll bend to his will. If his friend begs him to give 'em a horse ride, Leon will almost always comply and give them a ride. There are times where Leon gets mad, and during those times he may just shift into something small and hide off somewhere until all the steam blows off. However, Leon is known to hold a grudge depending on how bad the situation is.


History: At first, everything seemed fine for Leon. He had a nice life, a wonderful mom, and a dog at his side. Everything was perfect for Leon. That was until Leon's mom married a man who hated Leon's guts. Leon did everything to try and please his stepdad: making the honor roll, cleaning the entire house himself, and sometimes even doing all of the chores around the house. Eventually, Leon's mom got sick while he was around sixteen. Leon visited her everyday after taking care of everything but it only seemed like things were getting worse. Unfortunately, Leon's mom passed and he was left with only his jerk of a stepdad. Leon's step dad did nothing but torment Leon, telling him things that made him hate himself, making him think his moms random ailment was because of him. Eventually it got to the point where Leon didn't even look at his stepdad and would only go to his room. His stepfather was beginning to run low on cash and not only needed a way to get more, but also needed a way to cut down on expenses. That was when Leon's stepdad found the ad, the horrible ad. It had something to do with lab experiments and Leon's stepfather quickly offered Leon as a fit subject. Within a matter of days a group of scientists knocked down Leon's door and dragged him off to be experimented on. The horrible experiments, there was nothing that Leon could do. The experimentation was a success! Leon could shift between any animal he wanted. At first it was based off of emotions, but now Leon can easily shift at will. It was a horrible experience that Leon still has to live through.

Personality: Mneme is a shy Goth, a lone wolf, the type of girl you'd expect to stay cooped up in her room all day listening to heavy metal. She doesn't like the speak in front of people, and prefers to stay out of the way. Why get involved with other peoples drama when you have plenty of drama yourself? She can be aggressive at times - actually, a lot of the time! - but only to people she really doesn't like which, unfortunately, is just about everyone...


History: Mnene was born in Greece on the 7th October. Since she was born in Greece, she was given a Greek name, Mnene. Personality: Quiet, but by his own free will. He tends to take things too seriously, missing the joke entirely and jumping on the offense. History: Fifteen was supposed to be "the" year for Rin. That year, he came out to his parents and sister. His mom, being a devout Christian, immediately started disrespecting him and forced him to wear skirts and dresses. His father and twin sister respected him however, and after a few months everyone except his witch of a mom seemed to be on the same track... then the financial issues came. With his father and mother both being immigrants, they didn't have the luxury of finding a job easily. Racism was common in the city of Alabama, and oftentimes they struggled to make ends meet. Now, make no mistake: their father loved them, but their mother saw the opportunity to "help" the family and took it. Flyers had been everywhere recently, advertising a quick way to get money if you had children. That way? Well, we all know what happened, don't we? Long story short, they were sent off to a facility in New York for what was only supposed to be a few months, and when their parents asked for their children back the facility staff went and "took care of them." Rin doesn't know his parents are dead, but from the stories he's heard he's begun to suspect that such a thing might've happened to them. The boy continues to search for clues regarding what happened to them, but can't help feeling heartbroken every time he turns up with nothing. When their facility broke down, Rin grabbed his drugged up sister and ran! That happened only a month ago, so their still being hunted for urgently, but for now they seem to be safe.

Umm, when you say vampire, what does that entail? Because this story is modern and semi-realistic. Also, the project hasn't been around for long so he couldn't be older then let's say twenty-four. Also, I am perfectly okay with your idea of him being allowed to wander around as long as he checks back in for studying, but please remember that most of the characters in the story are on the run from the government, who either wants to kill them or recapture them for testing, so he wouldn't be the most liked or trusted character if he is cool with scientists like that.
