Ayama So I was taking into consideration your advice and I will adhere to it....partially. I will do a spiritwalker, but I have an appearance I really want to use as their FC. It was said that spiritwalkers are "made primary of energy that inhabits nature or even unnatural objects". As such because they're primordial beings and are ergo-matter in substance, I wanted to do this:

Well my first thought is that Oshtur introduced them when Valtorr was a child because she was worried about him- his general animosity towards others, the fact that he didn't really fit in-, so she thought the Auger might be able to give him some spiritual guidance and, even though it isn't like they became best friends or anything, I think through patience and understanding he would've eventually gotten Valtorr to at least trust and respect him, and when he was Chosen for the Pilgrimage, Emerelq would've been the one to give Valtorr the news.

Wow...that's really good. And it perfectly ties in with his backstory. And yeah, Valtorr would respect him, as with most of the Augers, they don't force him to do anything and they are usually careful in what they say, so Valtorr tolerates them. I could definitely see this happening.

The reason Oshtur would've reached out to him in particular would've been because, as a beast-kin, he would've been able to relate to Valtorr's feeling of being out of place on Ame, and so would have a better shot at establishing a connection with him.
