Of Brick and Stone (open)

Aaly hugged her knees to her chest as she gazed at the old fountain covered by vines and moss on an abandoned side of District 2. She felt a whole better by now but she still felt so under the weather. She had avoided to watch the execution and so she had just gone there to think. People usually didn't come there and she liked that. No body had had any news either from Relena or from Trent since the night of the day before and so a stressful tension had built up until it became really unbearable for Aaly to stay there.

"This just sucks" She complained as she closed her eyes.

Tydus gazed at everyone with a serene look on his face. True he had gotten his tongue cut out, but even if he hadn't he wouldn't have said a thing. When he felt the cold cylinder touch the back of his neck an smile escaped his lips. However, the smile was calm and void of regret, it was a smile so.. Honest, that those he wanted to understand him surely did. He would die that day but he was happy, he would die without remorse.

Obsidian watched the live feeds from her kitchen table, turning away before the rebels were executed. She didn't like to see anyone die. No matter who they were.

"Julian sure knows how to entertain," Queen Penelope sighed. The District 5 queen sat across from her daughter, her husband at the head of the table. All around them servants waited on the hand and foot.

"True, but in this case I don't disagree. He's showing his people that he will protect them." King Kannin said.

"What do you plan on doing with the Rebel District?" Obsidian asked. "Was the execution the last step?"

"On the contrary," Kannin said. "It's the first. District 2 needs to be eliminated. They are becoming too much of a burden."

A servant placed a fresh cup of juice in front of Obsidian. "What will happen next?" she asked.

"The members of the New Order are still discussing that matter. There will be a meeting at FlyBird today to choose the safest way of dealing with the rebels." Penelope said. "These types of things can get tricky, we don't want another war on our hands." Penelope said putting a piece of ham in her mouth.

"I see," Obsidian said.

"I have some good news dearest," Kannin said after a pause. "Since Julian and Lucinda are coming here for the meeting today, we thought that you and Jonathan could spend some time together. I know it's been hard on you not being able to see him this whole week."

Obsidian's face lit up. "Will I be able to leave the palace walls to see him?"

"Of course, the rebels are dead, I don't see any reason for you to still be cooped up in here."

"I'm going to go get dressed now!" Obsidian said leaving the table.

Shotgun roamed the halls, a sleepy look on his face. He had just woken up and from what he and from what he had gathered nothing had changed from last night. Relena wasn't in her usual spot, neither was Trent. So Shotgun had no clue if she had talked some sense into him. Shotgun passed the dining hall, then stopped. He turned back and leaned against the door frame. A few rebels were watching the District 1 feeds as they ate. Shotgun came in time to see his four friends be injected with the poison. Angry mumbles stirred up from the rebels as this happened. And when the crowds cheered the feeds were shut off. Shotgun pushed off from the frame work and continued walking. So that was that. He shoved his hands in his pocket and kept his head low as he walked, the mood in this place was really bringing him down. He wondered where Aaly had went off to.

"Enjoying the view?"

Aaly smiled when she heard the voice and she turned her head to her dear friend

"How're you feeling?"

"I guess I'm fine. It all depends on Trent for now" Relena sighed as she sat by her, leaning her back against the run down building Aaly was using as support.

"I'm sorry, Relena" Aaly finally let out, she had felt so guilty for not having been the one to told her until now

"It's okay, Aaly. I understand" Her smile was reassuring and sincerely understanding "I heard you met up with District 1 prince. How are you feeling about that?"

Aaly huffed as she rolled her eyes

"Disappointment. How come I was stupid enough to fall for such a spoiled brat? It's seriously depressing" She joked as she buried her face on her knees.

"I suppose so" Relena chuckled "But hey you've still got Nate to comfort you, don't you?" Relena grinned as she nudged Aaly's side softly.

Aaly snorted, not raising up her head from her knees.

"Yeah, right. My Prince Charming"

"Then... What about Shotgun?"

Aaly felt her posture stiffen when she pronounced his name. She had completely forgotten about it! She shifted a little before she raised her head.

"Shotgun is.. He is my dear friend" Aaly didn't turn to look at her when she said that

Something flashed on Relena's blue eyes

"Oh! Tell me all about it"

"Ah, leave me alone! Weren't we talking about Trent back there?" She complained as she avoided Relena's gaze

"Did he finally tell you?" Relena's smile widened as she tilted her head and met Aaly's confused gaze.

"What? Tell me what?" Aaly nibbled down on her lip when she realized what she was talking about "Wha- How do you know!?"

"My God Aaly, I think you're the only one that didn't know" Relena rolled her eyes with an amused smile on her face.

"Did you watch the feeds?" Crisis asked.

Her and Halo stood on the platform waiting for the train to arrive.

"Nope," Halo said simply.

"Why, they were really good."

Halo gave her a look. "Watching four people dies is 'really good'?" he asked.

Crisis rolled her eyes. "You know what I mean. They killed 27 people. They Almost killed us! I'm happy to see them go, the world is a better place without them."

Halo wasn't so sure about that. What Alabaster had said that night got him thinking. And Shotgun really did look as shocked as he did when the bombs went off. What if the rebels really didn't do it? Well then who did? Another rebel group maybe?

"We need a new plan," Halo said, then grinned. "Since your brilliant one seemed to fall short."

"Hey, it's not my fault the girl doesn't know how to answer a cell. But I'll think up something new. Something better," Crisis promised.

"How do we even know she's going to give us the microchip? I doubt she even wants to see us ever again."

"Then we'll just have to trade her for something. Give her what she wants for what we want."

"And if she doesn't want anything that we have?"

Crisis smiled. "Of course we have something that she wants. We have information."

Shotgun made his way outside to the back of the base where Lila was having target practice with a few of the other rebels.

"Hey, Lila," Shotgun said walking over to the small group.

Lila shot a disk clear out of the sky before turning. Shotgun smiled, the girl never missed.

"Have you see the feeds?" she asked in her monotone voice.

"Just the end of it," Shotgun said.

"I hope Trent didn't see it, it was pretty sad."

"Have you see him, Trent?" Shotgun asked.

Lila shoot her head.

"How about Aaly?"

Lila thought about this. "She walked off somewhere, I'm not sure where."

Shotgun sighed.

"You can spend a few minuets without seeing her you know," Lila said, then giggled. It was the only thing she did that showed off any emotion.

Shotgun rolled his eyes. He wish he had never told her about his feelings. But Lila was like an older sister to him, he told her everything.

"Why don't you join us?" Lila asked handing him her gun. "You can show these pansies how to really shoot. You're the only student of mine who ever got it right," she sighed.

"Hey," said a rebel. "We're pretty good too."

Shotgun grinned. "I guess a few shots can't hurt."

"So.. What did you tell him?"

"Nothing... Actually we've not really talked about that" Aaly took a little stone in her hand before throwing it "Maybe it's for the best"

Relena moved her head a little before she ran her fingers through her hair

"If you say so.."

"Yeah" She stood up as she dusted herself off "I guess I'll be going back. Are you going back with me?"

"I'll stay here a while longer. Message me if something happens" Relena waved at her with a smile before Aaly walked off.

Aaly blinked when Relena had told her the message me thing and she stuffed her hands on her pockets. She had left her cell back at her room.

Lila had sat in the shade and watched as the rest of them shot disk out of the sky. They were getting better, but they were no where near ready for a war. Which Lila feared that that was where this fight was heading.

Bang, bang, bang.

Crack, crack, crack.

Three disk fell out if the sky by Shotgun's hand. He grinned and boasted to the others. Lila frowned. She really wanted to know where Trent had gone off to. Maybe he didn't see it. but he was the only one who could lead them. Without them they would never be united. And if you were not united, you could easily be defeated.

"There it is" Aaly smiled as she found her cell, tossing it on top of her bed.

"What do we have in here, hmm?" The blue eyed guy picked up the cell as he dangled in front of him "Present from home?

"Get lost" Aaly rolled her eyes as she reached out for her cell.

"Oh don't get cranky. Ain't you happy to see me?" Nate gave out his usual cocky and dazzling smile as he backed away lightly, not allowing her to take her cell back.

"Don't you have anything better to do?"

"Not really, I've not seen Trent since early in the morning so I'm pretty bored myself" He twirled the cell lightly as he examined it "Where's your boyfriend? Maybe the three of us can have a little bit of fun. That is if our young Mistress is not afraid of getting just a little bit dirty"

"Did you see Trent. How was he?" She was worried enough of what would become of their war to really care for those idiotic words of him.

Nate smirked at her, liking the attention he received for some information she didn't posses.

"Tsk tsk tsk Aaliya this is a Rebel's business, it's not something a little girl from District 1 should be asking. But if you beg me to tell you I might consider it"

Aaly smiled at him

"Go f*** yourself" She said simply as she walked past him

"Woah whoah what a mouth" Nate followed her as she walked down the hall, it was actually true, he was truly bored. Her cell still on his hand as he stuffed the other one inside his pocket "Fine, I'll tell you. That is because I pity you of course. He seemed just fine, he was in a hurry though but he seemed to be planning something already"

"Stop following me" She replied simply though a smile bloomed on her face. Maybe they would not have to give up after all

King Julian took his seat. All around him at the large table in the conference room in FlyBird sat the leaders of the New World Order. Beside Julian was his queen Lucinda. Then sat King Kannin, and Queen Penelope. Across From them was King Michel of District 6. Also at the table were the Rennels and Noelle. The bombing had left a lot of loose ends that needed to be tied, and that was just what this meeting was intended to do.

“I guess I should be giving my congratulations to you on your new position in FlyBird,” Julian said starting the meeting off.

Noelle smiled and nodded her thanks. “I’m been waiting on controlling this company for a very long time now. I’m just happy that my father got out of the picture sooner the later. I guess Ii should be thanking you for that.”

“You should,” said Julian. “I just pleased that as the new president of FlyBird you don’t share the same views of for father, rest his soul.”

“My father cared too much of the thoughts of the people,” said Noelle. “He had all this power and wasted it, I say good riddance.”

“Speaking of the bombing,” Alice piped in. “I am not happy that my daughter got hurt in the chaos.”

“Nor am I,” said Penelope. “You said no harm would come to her, but she almost died.”

“If you kept your children in the places I told you to, that would not have happened,” said Lucinda irritated. “I told you where and when the bombs were to go off, you knew months in advance. Don’t blame us for your carelessness.”

“Carelessness?” repeated Penelope. “I assure you, I was very intensive of where Obsidian stood.”

“Enough,” said Julian stopping the bickering. “I do apologies for the injuries of your daughters. I am also sorry for the death of your wife.” he said to the District 6 king.”

Michel only shrugged. “I never cared for her.”

“There is a more pressing death on our hands,” said Alice intertwining her fingers and resting her chin on them.

“Ah yes,” William said. “Vergil and Isis. That was a daring last move.”

Kannin leaned back in his chair. “I agree. Taking the lives of the leaders of District 9 might not have been your best idea. Now on of the most powerful districts in the world is being led by a child of but 13. How do you think that will play out?”

“I understand your uneasiness of their deaths but Vergil and Isis needed to go. Might I remind you that they were planning on seceding their District from The Order? What do you think might happen when that happened? People would start to question the strength of the New World Order. They would see District 9 and wonder if they could live like that, nothing good could come of them living. As for Sahara being the new queen, I’m not so sure that that is a bad thing. With her being so young she will have to look to her advisors for a lot of her choices. That could work in our favor if we can convince those advisors to see our views.”

“And now the matter of the rebels,” Noelle said. “With my spy dead, it will be hard to know what they are cooking up next. They are sure to have something planned, especially since there leader have just died in front of the whole world. And to be blamed for a bombing that they didn’t do,” Noelle sucked her teeth three times. “They should be real mad about that.”

“Should we have pinded the bombing on xiii?” Michel asked. “And a public execution? You sure pull out all the stops Julian.”

“Who else would we pin it on?” Julian asked. “We needed to make sure that all suspicion was taken care of. Same with the execution. I doubt that even the rebel suspect it was us who planned the bombing.”

“By the way Noelle,” Lucinda said catching the blonde’s attention. “I not pleased that you failed to mention that Aaliya was working with xiii. I had to lean from Penelope here that that leader Tydus was alongside her as a servant. What was the use of having a spy if you miss important details like that?”

Noelle put on a sad face. “Did I forget to tell you Your Grace?” she asked. “My apologies.”

Lucinda narrowed her eyes. “Don’t get cute with me. That girl was around my son,” she hissed. “I should have killed her when I did away with her sanctimonious parents!”

“Those rebels could pose to be a problem,” William said. “Should we step in?”

“No,” said Julian. “Not yet. I don’t see them doing any harm at time. First we need to work on Districts 7 and 4. Though they are with The Order, they are not with us and that will pose a problem. After that, then we will deal with xiii.”

"You're so mean" Nate huffed as he flipped the cell open before closing it again, repeating it a couple of times

Aaly threw him a glare

"Seriously, Nate? Got nothing better to do?" She said in a rather annoyed tone of voice

"Not really" He shrugged "Trent did told me we had to keep it low for now. Better let District 1 believe they've got everything under control"

"What the hell is he thinking?" Aaly nibbled down on her bottom lip

"Don't know" He blinked when he noticed a missed call. Nate was not the type to ask for permission, so of course he dialed the number without asking her and raised the cell to his ear. He was not that paranoid as Aaly when it was about calling any unknown number, after all Relena had made sure that no outside tracking devise would work to lead anyone to the base. He waited as the cell rang.

Crisis' school bag rang the catchy toon of her new favorite song. The girl shifted through it and produced her cell. She checked the number and made a face. Who was that? Then she remembered and smiled.

"Look," Crisis said showing Halo the number.

Halo's eyes flicked to the cell and he grinned. "Guess you get a second chance to work out your plan."

"Guess I do," Crisis said answering the cell. "What? You couldn't have answered the first time?" she asked.

"Couldn't I? Oh my bad then" Nate said as he suppressed a laugh. Who the heck was that girl at the other side of the phone?

Aaly just rolled her eyes again as she believed he was still talking to her. She decided to ignore him then and she kept on walking, trying to do so a little faster so that she would leave him behind soon. Where was Shotgun anyway?

Crisis made a face and took the cell away from her ear to check the number. "Shotgun?" she asked. It was the only other male it could be. Halo gave her a confused look and mouthed what's happening? So Crisis Switched ears so that Halo could listen in as well without her having to put speaker on.

"No" Nate smirked as he heard the girl's lightly confused voice.

"Do you have that much fun talking to yourself?" Aaly let out in a sigh though it was not loud enough to reach the person he was, unknowingly to her, talking to over the phone.

Nate didn't answer and nor did Aaly expected him to answer back.

Shotgun had left Lila and the other rebel members a few minuets ago and was now walking through a hallway. He heard voices and as he came closer could make them out as Aaly and Nate. Shotgun turned the corner and almost bumped into Aaly.

"Hey," he said. "Feeling any better?"

Crisis paused, wondering if she should just hang up. "Put Aaly on, I don't have time for this," she said finally.

Aaly blinked when Shotgun suddenly appeared in front of her

"Have I not told you?" She hissed softly as she punched him lightly on the shoulder "Stop appearing in front of me like that" She then waved her hand a bit "I'm fine, well was fine until I found that idiot" She turned to glare at Nate but was taken aback when she saw him with her cell on his ear. What the heck?

Nate just put his finger on top of his lips as he turned the cell to her, putting the speaker on.

"Put Aaly on, I don't have time for this"

Aaly raised her eyebrow when she recognized Crisis' voice and she turned to Shotgun

"What the hell?" She mouthed to him

"Who Aaly?" Nate asked, giving a light shrug.

Shotgun looked from Aaly to Nate. What was going on?

Crisis huffed out a frustrated breath. "He's messing with me," Crisis said annoyed.

"Or maybe you got the wrong number," Halo shrugged.

"I don't get wrong numbers," Crisis said. Then turned her attention back to the person on the other end of the line. "Look. I don't know who you are, and honestly don't care. But you cant stop being cute and go get Aaly, tell her I want those microchips.

Nate's smirk grew bigger before he spoke again

"Oh, aren't you the cute one?"

He closed the phone, therefore hanging up before stuffing the cell on his pocket

"Hey! Give that back!" Aaly complained as she reached out for his pocket. She felt it coming way too late and so when she tilted her head to the side by reflex she felt the heavy fist brushing against her cheekbone. She backed lightly a dull pain alarmingly quickly growing on the place which had been brushed.

And that started it. Aaly glared at Nate and bended her knees, using one of her legs to shove Nate's feet. He tried to avoid it but fell to the ground, placing his hand on the ground as he pushed himself to her direction and placed a kick on her shoulder which she couldn't dodge, wincing when he felt his wrist twisting because of the effort.

Aaly made a face as well but she pushed herself forwards and landed on top of him, closing her hand into a fist and punching him in the chin with all the strength she could gather. She heard the pleasant crack noise of his chin and smiled before he shoved her to the side, rolling and keeping her below him, raising his fist to punch her. Aaly placed her hands in front of her face instinctively, feeling the familiar pain that was left when a hard thing hit you, even in the hands. That idiot Nate. He managed to have his fight at last.

Crisis scoffed when she head the line cut off. "What an ass," she said tossing the cell back in her bag.

"Guess we're back to square one," Halo said as the train came into view.

Both teens stood.

"This is harder then I thought it would be," the girl complained.

Halo grinned. "You thought getting microchips from rebels would be easy?"

Shotgun pulled Aaly away from Nate then slammed him against the hall, holding him by his shirt collar.

"Didn't your mother ever teach you not to hit a girl?" he asked. "But if it's a fight you're itching for, the how 'bout you fight someone your own size?"

Shotgun raised his fist and hit Nate on his right cheek. He was about to deliver another blow when he was stopped by a voice.

"Don't you three ever get tired of this?" it asked.

Shotgun turned his to see Lila standing there, hands on hips.

"We have enough trouble as it is without you three fighting your own," she continued.

Her voice was emotionless but Shotgun could tell that she was not pleased.

She stood there waiting for something. "Well let him go," she finally said.

Reluctantly, Shotgun obeyed.

"Now, if you are all done acting like children, there is a meeting in progress."

Nate dusted himself off, it sure hurt but he wouldn't let it show on his face. He spat blood to the ground and fixed his shirt. When he turned to Lila he shrugged and stuffed his hands on his pockets.

"Well done, buddy" Nate smirked at Shotgun's obedience and kicked him on the pit of his stomach with his right foot, turning to Lila and walking past her "You better hurry kids, you wouldn't want to be late" He waved his hand to them before disappearing when he turned in the corner.

"Jacka**" Aaly spat as she rubbed the shoulder which he had kicked, it felt dislocated, she would have to go to Derrick again "Are you okay?" She turned to Shotgun a frown on her face. She had seen Nate kicking him but didn't know exactly where.

Shotgun heaved over and grabbed his stomach. "Low blow," he muttered.

He straightened and nodded. "Yeah, I'm fine. Let's just go."

"You're better off not stooping to his level," Lila said.

"Yeah whatever," Shotgun said walking past her. In the beginning, he actually liked Nate, thought of his as kind of a friend. But now, all Shotgun wanted to do when he saw his was punch that smug face of his.

Aaly sighed as she raked her hands through her short hair softly. She knew Nate was really not that bad before, or at least she had heard that, then so, why did he hate her so much? She had come to hate him just as much but couldn't understand why was he such a troublemaker even among his other comrades. She had actually expected him to be at least a bit sad, Kira was his sister for God's sake! Wasn't he feeling a bit of grief because of her execution? Instead he was being such an a** like always.

She glanced back from her shoulder to Lila "What's the meeting about?"

"I'm not quite sure," Lila said. "Trent just ordered it, maybe he's finally ready with a plan." Lila rounded the corner after Shotgun. "But we should hurry, you know how he gets if people are late.

Lila entered the meeting room after Shotgun. She glanced around, everyone seemed to be there, good. Lila moved her way to the front of the crowd. She wanted to know exactly what was going on. Shotgun stayed at the back.

(Hope you don't mind the gm :P )

Aaly planned on going to the front as well where she spotted a red haired girl but restrained herself from doing so when she found the blue eyed guy being surrounded by a couple of his friends, of course he would be there, he was always keen on hearing what Trent had go to say after all. She sighed noiselessly and stood by Shotgun near the wall, leaning her body against it.

The dark haired man eyed everyone before nodding. He was actually looking a lot better now. He had shaved and by the look of it surely showered as the usual stubble showed on his face. Trent took a step forward before talking and all the small chatting ceased almost immediately, the now solely leader of xiii was still highly respected even when the rumors of his break down had spread he still gave of that authority aura.

“As we all know we have had a great loss this very morning and though the grief is surely consuming most of us we all know that for the sake of our fallen comrades we ought to keep moving forward so that their dream does not die with them” He stopped to look at some of the Rebels who had lost their family members for a moment between those Relena and Nate were obviously found. He glanced at Shotgun and Aaly as well before he cleared his throat “Though the entire world blames us from the bombing we have no idea who were the real responsible people of that matter and that leaves us on the edge. Most of the districts have turned against us and have set their hopes on King Julian’s hands and on FlyBird’s leaving us as the sole enemy who they want to see fall” Trent paused as he held his hands behind his back and started to walk slowly from side to side.

“We now face a problem here and I do not mean to hide it from you. Apart from the fact that we’ve gained ourselves much more enemies, the identity of those who bombed the castle still remain unknown for us. I’ve heard some rumors and I’ve got to admit that I’ve been finding myself wanting to believe them, those being the existence of another Rebel group, I’m afraid to tell you that we can’t allow ourselves to hope that nor believe in it. We don’t know who could it have been and for that matter we mustn’t trust anyone, even District 1 could’ve been the ones behind all of this drama” He stopped again and took a few steps forward, the ones at the front scooting back for him to reach the middle of the meeting room.

“We must be careful from now on, unfortunately we’ve lost a vital leader of this ‘revolution’ and even worse we’re now a world’s wide threat who most believe must be monitored and destroyed. We’ve got to move carefully if we want to succeed at the end. They believe we’ve already lost the war but we’re gonna show them who we really are and make them regret the fact that they have underestimated us” He looked around as determination and power shimmered on his dark eyes “I know some of you are really scared, they have planted the seed of doubt but we all got to rip it out. We all believe in our dream and we are all going to make it a reality. Do not fear my comrades, we are yet to lose this war and I know all of you know this by heart”

Trent stood straight, his heart beating wildly as he right there and right now accepted the burden which the had carried with his former brother now all alone: To be xiii’s only leader.

“I want you all help me to continue this dream and do not give up on this. For those we knew and now are gone, for the hope of gaining freedom once again, for the chance to avenge those we loved let this revolution follow its course and achieve its goal or let it fight and die trying it. For we will be the ones to start it even if we won’t be the ones to finish it. We will build the future we all wish to see with our own bare hands even if we have to go against the whole world itself” He raised his voice as he reached the end, his tone full of confidence and his gaze demonstrating courage “Those who would like to leave, so be it, I’ll not stop you. Those who will stand by me and are willing to give up their lives for the sake of this stay with me, we may face death soon or not, but I promise you one thing, your voice will be heard”

Aaly smiled as she pushed herself off the wall, that’s the leader she had been waiting for and that was going to be the one she would follow, even if it led her to her own death eventually.

(No worries ^^)

"No there's the fearless leader we all know and love," Shotgun said, a huge smile on his face. This wasn't over, they still had a war to finish. And he didn't like to loose. Shougun looked around, everyone looked like their spirits were just lifted. They had their hope back again. Even Lila was smiling. Shotgun was beginning to think that they could take on the world, and win!

Noelle sat at the desk of her new office. She had remembered coming in here when she was younger and her father had to work late. She remembered thinking how big and beautiful it was, and with such a view of the city. How lovely it was. And now it was all hers, all of it. Noelle smiled and leaned back in her chair. And soon, the world would be too.

"The president's chair fits you," Alice said from the window that took up the whole back wall.

Noelle smiled at her. "You think so?"

Just then the door to the president's office of FlyBird opened and in stepped Lux. William close behind.

"William has filled me in on what transpired in the meeting room," the Crowned Prince said as William closed the door behind him. "So my father wants to convince Districts 4 and 7 to join in the war against the rebels?"

Noelle pushed a button on her desk and the window turned black. "That's right," she said.

"That's the problem with him," Lux said shaking his head. "He wants the whole world to see him as a savor. He should know that it's better to be feared the loved."

"And that's what you want?" Alice asked. "For the world to fear you?"

"Not just fear me,"Lux said. "I want them to see me as a god. Someone who they would never think about going up against. My father is weak, under my rule there would have never been a rebel resistances."

"Well," Noelle cooed. "You can't become king unless both your mother and father are out of the picture.

Lux smiled sweetly. "I'm aware."

"And Jonathan?" William asked. "I guessing he wont be too happy to find out that his beloved father was behind the bombing, it could cause a boy to switch sides. And a District 1 prince on the side of the rebels will not favor us."

"You worry too much, I have my brother under control. Just make sure Your daughter is as well."

Alice narrowed her eyes. "And that means?"

"It means that I saw her at the raid," Noelle said.

"What?! She told me--" Alice took a moment to compose herself. "She lied to me. When were you going to tell me this?" she asked Noelle.

"I didn't want to get poor little Crisis in trouble." Noelle said innocently. "Her and that Japanese friend of hers. I'm sure a report like that would get him sent straight back to District 8."

Alice curled her hand into a fist. "So she was with Halo was she? I Should have ended that friendship long go. She's beginning to feel sympathetic to the lower districts. And I cannot have that."

"You know," Noelle said. "We can use that to our advantage. A high class girl switching sides to the rebels? Just like that Aaliya child. It would be nice to have another spy in among the rebels."

"Leave her out of this," William said. "Crisis isn't switching sides, so you don't have to worry about her. Just remember what you promised us for our hand in this. We get to rule our own district in this new world of yours."

"And so you shall," Lux promised.

Trent smiled at everyone present in the room as he walked back to the front, pressing a button on the wall. An hologram with names and faces appeared in front of them, at the very center of the place.

"Good. First, see this here? That's part of the information we managed to retrieve from the microchip. It's a list of names of those who are planning on leaving District 6 to come to us. We're gonna have them 'delivered' by today and tomorrow. I need all of you to.. Well make them feel welcomed, some of them have got skills that will come in handy in the future, others can simply be trained" He explained as he walked around the hologram. He had discussed things over with Derrick and Relena but with no one else, he was not planning on letting anyone else on knowing how and where they would arrive until they did so.

"We need all the help we can get and it will be pretty good more people joining our cause. Second, I know most of you are dying to get into District 1 and kick some asses, well I'm sorry to tell you that can't be right now. We're yet to be able to go there and as I said before things are needed to go smoothly this time" He stopped for a moment and stayed quiet. After waiting for a moment he spoke again.
