Honestly, I am having a character coming that if he really wanted too could do that. Uh, huh, I am very nice.
Haha, even in the face of death, the two can't help but bicker and have a battle of wits over the fact Light might be Kira. (Although actually since you wrote Light as 23 that's how old he was after the timeskip after a specific someone died (no spoilers for those interested in the series) So Light should be 17 or 18 then.

Btw just in case you guys don't know, Rick has some awareness of the 4th wall, he doesn't bring it up as much as people like Deadpool but pop culture tends to get poked fun at briefly by Rick. Carry on, post is coming up again soon.

Also, something else: what if the TARDIS is in Libes, but like in a few episodes, it cannot love from its current position. I really like the idea of them having gadgets/items not powers, just with the gadgets that don't work/ have limited power.

The point of removing the TARDIS entirely was to prevent characters from leaving the town. I'd rather not return it at the moment.

Access to the Tardis also provides the Doctor access to a lot of resources that can undermine the plot. No worries.

Question, considering we have genius scientist (or scientist-like) characters here like Rick and the Doctor, what's the policy on making gadgets with resources available? Is it totally banned? Or is it allowed to a reasonable limit? Because Rick is definitely the type of person to try to make something to give him an advantage of some sort, or just something in general.

If they can make it out of normal objects, I think it should be fine? If you try to leave the town, I'll just not let that happen as a GM mechanically.

Ok, yeah Rick is definitely known for making things out of normal objects (he technically made his spacecraft out of spare junk in the garage of Jerry and Beth, except for obviously some specialized parts) I will also make sure I do it reasonably and not for something too extravagant, or something that would be too OP (besides even with the fact Rick can create something grand out of little, he obviously doesn't have the resources to build a death ray or anything like that so don't worry) also considering it would probably be IC for him to either be planning or be actually building something to possibly try to get back to their own dimension, it's gonna be something he may be investing time into, but I am not going to have him succeed unless the time comes for it, or it's needed by something decreed by you. So if it looks like I don't understand that rule, I do, it's just trying to act more IC.

Ok so I am planning on dropping in Grand Admiral Thrawn but I can't figure out a good spot to put him to interact with others, anyone want to interact with Thrawn? And if so got any ideas as to how he can arrive? Because I don't want to just shoehorn him in somewhere too awkwardly.
