Fantasy No Mortals (Accepting new characters!)

Cat's gaze swapped from the window to the small ping on the control panel currently bring manned by her new untrustworthy friend. "Find a planet?" She grinned, unbuckling her belt and walking up next to Acantha, looking over her shoulder at the small dot

@Petroshka

Back on the home world of the Parn Nanautzin's virus had begun spreading wildly out of control. The Parn were able to do some damage, but since the virus was made from the energy of an immortal it had an infinite potential to mutate and evolve. In order to save itself the virus began creating creatures to defend itself, extensions of the virus whose sole purpose was to kill, and kill they did. Becoming increasingly overwhelmed by the virus and not wanting it to spread any further some of the Parn began to pray to Nanautzin once more. Other sent out more distress signals hoping another immortal would come to save them.

@Trust @Petroshka

Nanautzin himself looked around the planet with a since of disgust, or was it distaste? Either way he didn't feel up to joining in these festivities any more than the party goers would enjoy his presence. " Thank you, but I must decline. It's about time I returned to my home world and check on my people. They've been misbehaving for quite some time so I needed to punish them. " Nanautzin explained before dropping down low and leaving the planet with a single powerful leap. In mid air Nanautzin created another Viral transport and began to return to his home planet.

Huh...so that happened. As the virus man left, Loex shrugged. He never understood punishing his people. After all, who dares misbehave amongst a cult who openly torture in the middle of the streets. These fanatics served as a form of policing, not to mention he himself constantly showed himself. Only real issue would be someone outside his planet learning about him.

Why should this worry him? This would mean more subjects and power sources for him, souls if he decides to consume the flock. Yet, it might incur the wrath of mortals or Immortals. A war could wipe out his people, and his energy was one of the weakest types. Flesh alone against anything will most likely lead to ruin for himself.

"Seems like it" Acantha set a course for the pinging location. "Unusual though, there seems to be a sort of weak signal being broadcast into no particular direction." A lure? Distress becon?

A few minutes of flight later arrived in orbit of this new planet. "Lets see whats happening on the surface." A few holographic taps later a screen fills the cockpit. "Oh."

The holographs would show images of Nanautzin's virus spreading across the city and viral creatures slaughtering the people. It was evident that even with all the military power the Parn had they were slowly losing the battle against the virus. Even now people wail cursing others for incurring the wrath of Nanautzin while others simple fled for their lives. The leaders of the Parn are divided in what they think needs to be done. Some think they should appease Nanautzin, others say they should destroy the city by any means.

Nanautzin himself had silently returned to his ancient stone temple and watched the Parn struggle for survival through the eyes of the virus he created.

"Eww... What is that stuff? It looks disgusting!" Cat hissed at the screen as the weird virus monstrosities appeared. "Do we have to go down there..? What on earth is it! It could be infectious! Actually... Can immortals even become diseased?" She mumbled grumpily, getting the feeling that they were definitely going to go down there. "Maybe it was nothing, the beacon could have just been some random person messing around, we don't have to go down..." Fran continued, hooing to never see the planet up close.

@Petroshka @SleepyBuddha

Nanautzin could sense something near his planet. One he could definitely tell was an immortal but the other.... the other was strange. It felt different from what he had felt before. Walking out to the steps of his temple Nanautzin looked up at the sky searching for the exact location of the two near his planet. He didn't know the intentions of those two but he was highly curious about that stranger presence. Nanautzin figured if he stood out in the open like this they would find him easily enough.

Hmmm going down there would be a meaningless waste of time, we could use this as an opportunity to see what our new found friend can do. But it also means she can see what we can do. Or i could just, limit how much i use.

Acantha pressed the 'record' button on the console. "We're gonna go down there." She winked to cat. "We might become heroes and other immortals might catch wind of our name and seek us out."

The ship was now decending at a slow rate

"I don't think I'll be much in a fight... All I can really do is punch and kick with enhanced strength, killing so many people wasn't really worth it..." Cat sighed, wondering if she really had killed hundreds of people to enter her "immortal" state. "Is that a guy?" She asked, pointing out one of the windows at what appeared to be a man standing on some steps in front of a temple. "He doesn't look to friendly... Does this ship have lazers? Or cannons? Or maybe lazer cannons? Because if it does, you should shoot him, he looks dangerous" she asked a little crazily, slightly afraid about how calm he seemed despite the fleshy monsters being everywhere.

@Petroshka @SleepyBuddha

As the ship descended towards the city his virus infested Nanautzin calmly walked down The temple steps and towards the ship. The viral creatures didn't stray far the epicenter f the infection, the place where Nanautzin unleashed this horror upon the city. It was at this epicenter that the heart of the virus lay. Though the Parn had tried again and again they could never get close to the heart.

Nanautzin crossed his armed and stood to the side as the ship landed, " Welcome to my home world. I am Nanautzin, I see you got the distress signal my people were putting out. Do you aim to quell the threat?" He asked showing a hint of boredom at the outcome of events.

@Trust @Petroshka

Acantha stared at the man, he was definitely an immortal and judging by that aura he was a strong one. I'd abort. Call in back up! Lets see what he has in store first. Her eyes frowned. "This ship doesnt have anything as fancy as that. We do have something though.

Tapping on the console some more you hear mechanical whining. "You see that other console over there?" She pointed at the small almost hidden console near the exit/entrance. "Thats the machine gun turret controls." She looked at cat and winked

Through the loud speaker. "We're just sight seeing!"

'Sightseeing? Sure and I'm responsible for making sure no one got so much as a sniffle here.' Nanautzin thought to himself as he simply looked the ship over. He hadn't seen anything like it before but the craftsmanship seemed quite uniform as if this weren't one of a kind. "Then please by all means come out and take a closer look. I'll guarantee you won't be infected with so much as a cough." Nanautzin said with a broad smile. This ship and that strange energy bothered him greatly. He would have to get more information.

@Trust @Petroshka

"You want me, a girl you just met a few hours ago, to man a gun, and fire it at a man because he looks dangerous!?! If he's an immortal like me or you, he's probably immune to bullets or something! There's no way I'm getting on that!" Cat ranted, ignoring the weird man standing outside and stomping her feet a few times to emphasize her point. "How about... We just leave this place full of creepy infected monster thingies and go check out that other place you said, huh?" She asked grimly with a small flicker of hope

She has a point i wonder what kind of dancy moves he has. "You have a point, but first." Acantha put one figure on her lips "shh" she tapped a button on the console. "Dangerous-looking immortal at these coordinates. Advise extreme caution." She tapped it again and tapped another button and the distinct sound of a picture being taken snapped to life. "I suggest putting on your seatbelt." She smiled at cat.

The ship makes a whining sound and soon after, its engines burst to life now flying away from this seemingly doomed world.

"Oh?" Alex looked confused as he looked towards an area of space "Something interesting is happening in that direction" he frowned. There was a large amount of energy being exuded from that particular direction. This was a big indicator that another Immortal was doing something big.

He looked thoughtful. He did wonder what was going on, but he'd also made it a point to never actively mess with other Immortals, especially when he didn't know the circumstances. Normally, the only time he'd ever interfere with what another Immortal was doing was when he was spending time with Mortals and they were attacked.

"Hmm..." he scratched his head trying to decide what he wanted to do "Guess I'll check it out, if it is too troublesome, I can always leave" not many could stop him from running away if he wanted to. He pointed his Gravity Spheres in that particular direction and shot forward.

Eventually, he arrived near a planet that was swarming with some sort of lifeforms. He wasn't familiar with it though. That wasn't completely surprising. He didn't know many of the Immortals that existed now as he'd spent most of his time among Mortals. Three Spheres revolved around him, keeping him in the higher levels of the planet's stratosphere. Looking around, he spotted a ship "Oh, that is interesting, don't see many space vehicles here"

He wondered if that ship had a problem with the Immortal on this planet. Well...he'd just observe for the time being. He never really cared much about the affairs of Immortals, though he felt bad for the Mortals of the planet.

"Oh, it is flying away" he watched the ship for a second "Maybe nothing is going to happen" he shrugged and relaxed a bit, waiting to see what the Immortal did.

Nanautzin didn't like this one bit. A ship randomly lands on his home claims to be sight seeing and is now trying to leave? So many thoughts raced through Nanautzin's head and none of them were good. He concluded that the ship was a threat. Not only to him but potentially other immortals. Nanautzin pointed a hand towards the infested city and leeched the energy from the virus back into himself. This incident took precedence over punishing the Parn. As a result the virus quickly wilted and died off.

Nanautzin silently jumped from the ground and landed on top on the spacecraft, " You know it would be rude of me not to host you as you've come all this way. Please, stay for a while and let me explain what's going on." Nanautzin said with a hint of remorse that they had to see such an unfortunate event. This would be the last time he was going to be polite about their unexpected visit.

hes fast, hes fast. He is indeed, very fast. "ah shit." hopefully the grand fleet is sending some help. maybe i can shake him, or look like i am landing again. i can stall him with words but his abilities are unknown... most likely something like a bio weapon. this is a very interesting predicament.

The ship starts to slow down.

"What the hell!" Cat yelped, hopping back from the window as the strange man from earlier seemed to absorb whatever those monsters had been and jumped onto the ship. She also got a strange sensation coming from even further above. Now that she thought about it, she got a strange feeling from the man above and her white-haired friend as well. But most of all... She was getting a strange feeling from herself. She panicked and threw her hands up at the roof, two large, piercing beams of light rocketing through the roof of the ship and into the sky, all the while she was screaming bloody murder, having no clue as to what was going on.

@Petroshka @SleepyBuddha @Seraph Darkfire

Blinded and disoriented from the sudden attack Nanautzin jumped away from the ship and landed a little ways away from the ship with a thud. This was getting worse and worse by the minute. That light must have been a diversion or an attack! Now that he wasn't so preoccupied with the ship he actually noticed another visitor to his home just floating there watching. " You there! The one just floating there! Help me detain that ship I think they may be a threat!" He shouted still unable to see what was going on.

@Trust @Petroshka @Seraph Darkfire

the ship rocked violently due to atmospheric pressure rushing in, thankfully immortal's didnt need to breathe. "what the hell?!" Acantha struggled to keep the ship steady while attempting to accelerating trying to escape the planet. this could've gone better pretty lights! looking back at cat "cat! stop shooting! you'll take the ship down!"

"S-stop what?!" She managed to say, closing her hands and dropping them to her sides, causing the light to disappear once more. She felt a little funny as the pressure changed but it didn't feel too strange. She also noticed that the scary virus guy was now gone and she gave a slight sigh of relief. "What did I do? Because I really don't know, but the guy is gone now so that's good?" She said with a slight, grim smile. She usually didn't want to cause trouble, but it usually came to her, that's how it felt in her eyes anyway

"Light huh?" Alex mumbled as he avoided the beams of energy that shot out of the ship. He'd certainly picked a bad spot to observe. He was a little surprised that there was an Immortal that manipulated light energy. He looked towards the other Immortal called to him before scratching his head as he floated down to speak easier "I don't know...the Light from before aside, they haven't really done anything violent" he sighed "I really don't like getting involved until I know both side's stories" he hummed to himself "First of all, that previous Light might have been fighting from the inside, they certainly didn't do themselves any favors" he looked towards the holes in the ship.

"I do feel that weird energy though..." he looked thoughtful as three more Gravity Spheres appeared in front of him. With a wave of his hand, the three balls began to circle rapidly around the ship, the gravity field they gave off holding the ship in place "I want to talk to them, besides they should need time to repair their ship"

He was curious about this ship and where it had come from. He also wanted to get to know the Immortal who used Light Energy. Light didn't have Mass like other substances, as such, his Gravity reacted to it differently. Sure, he could bend and twist light by affecting the gravity in an area, but that was natural light. Light with a physical aspect was very rare to find, so he was curious.

Acantha gave a sigh of relief and looked at the roof. "You used your powers" she gave cat a relieved look. Turning around she looked at the speed monitor and was surprised that it was at zero. "Hold on, we're.. not moving." huh? amidst all the chaos she didn't notice the new energy flying toward them. "We have a new visitor." this day gets more interesting, spreading her strings outside the ship through the holes she covered the whole ship in her protective barrier in-case they tried to do anything.

Nanautzin recovered from the sudden blinding and rubbed his eyes only to get annoying blotches in his vision. "Wonderful..." he muttered. He practically couldn't see anything and it wasn't healing very rapidly which probably meant it was an immortals doing. Though since real damage seemed to have been done he wasn't too worried about it. He sensed the third party was doing something. Hopefully that meant he had stopped the ship.

@Trust @Petroshka @Seraph Darkfire

"Since when did I have powers..." Cat mumbled, holding her hand in front of her face and getting that same, familiar feeling she had but a moment before but slightly less intense. A light flickered out of her had, this time not destroying abything but lighting up the entire ship. It didn't hurt Cat's eyes to look at, despite her holding it right in front of her face. "Off... On.... Off.... On..." She mumbled, opening and closing her hand and flashing the entire ship. "I'm assuming you mean that other funny feeling? Also... You are strange, the others feel weird, but you feel different somehow" Cat speculated, still opening and closing her hand next to her, her green and blue eyes shining in the light of her hand. "Scary man and other person!" She called after a minute of considering what she was going to say. "I apologise! I am still fairly new to all this and have no idea what the hell is happening, please forgive me!"
