It's armored, and has tracks. It has bigass guns, and is slow as sin. It's a self-propelled armored anti-aircraft artillery gun.

He was facing in the direction the hostiles were coming from according to radar, how could he have not seen them?

The APV was parked so that its front faced the bay, and the door he stood at was on the right side because the bay was slightly right of the APV and it is close to the direction he came from. The enemy flyers came from the north, and were therefore coming from the opposite side of the vehicle.

Either way by the time their red marker lights could be seen in the darkness, they already started firing.

well look at that, I saw the pic before, but i never noticed the hinges. I assumed the door was a ramp on the back like military APVs you see these days, oops xD

It has both, but my explanation still stands. Unless a rear door term is specified, when someone states opening the door it is the side door. It opens up more quickly and is convenient for lesser tasks.

The APV moved forward and around the western edge, front, of the burning Meatfucker, taking an invisible northern path directly towards the main objective at the maximum speed the Behemoth could keep up with.

Hey guys, next time you want to raid an armory while the rest of us are running around looking for things or guarding the flank; Grab a pistol or two for everyone. It would be wise to make sure we all have a main weapon, a sidearm, and a melee weapon.

I advised a main weapon and a side arm for everyone during character creation, but certain players have ignored my wise advice. It is your prerogative though, as characters. If you wish to run around with nothing but a knife it is your choice but I do not guarantee survival.

I could not help noticing a decrease of activity in this RP. If you feel that the current situation does not provoke posting I encourage you to complain here in the OOC. I have posted again meanwhile.
