Jack: Oh thank god some cake... finally!


*Cake explodes as Jack takes a bite. Jack dies.*

"Nessad, catch!" *He manages to shout, just as an explosion shakes the team's campsite. Nessad tries to catch the cake, but in his clumsiness tumbles and it falls top down, into a conveniently placed pool of acid. The team gaze upon Nessad with fury, and shout at him for making Jack's sacrifice to be in vein. Then, Karnsk has a great idea and the team eats Nessad instead.*

I'm sure Nessad wasn't shooting at Alpha team's vehicle on purpose, but targets are chasing each other, overlapping, and it is not unreasonable to state that some of the bullets hit friendlies as well. Nothing's stopping you from reacting to this evil twist by the Storyteller to undermine your best intentions.

You did the only thing you could, which is incidentally probably the only thing you can do in the following situation.
 
i didnt realize we were waiting on me, i thought the behemoth was too far to really be of help since youre dangling off the cliff and what not, i'll try and get a post up later today
 
Yeah well, if you did not want to take action then you could've wrote a post about how your character assessed the situation and couldn't do anything. Otherwise I couldn't know whether you're planning to post something or not at all ;)
 
I will be gone and unavailable for playing until next Sunday. I suggest some of you to use this time to catch up on events and post. I will be really looking forward to that -_-

Now to address the matter in Nivirres itself. I am hoping to recapture your interest and see you posting actively again with my next post - just one of the upcoming stepping stones to force some decisive measures on each of you. Hopefully we can get this thing rolling again.
