Either someone makes her a translator, which is the boring option. Or the more fun one (for me at least) someone fights crystal, and (either intentionally or accidentally) makes her bleed, triggering her feral transformation that she doesn’t even know about, and when she wakes up after finally being stopped (most likely from shadows chaos control) her crystal heart has adapted the language barrier allowing her to speak and understand English
