I think it's up in the mountains, from what I can tell. However, Morg and Fed know more about it's location.

Well in my lore no Dunheim and the surrounding kilometres are mostly flat lands and plains. the city of Twilight is close to the Eldergloom forest, the largest and most dangerous forest in the entire continent of Landfall.
