Well, first things first I read through the character sheets(All of them, guilty habit.) And I came across someone who used the same Kekkai Genkai as my character. Naturally since she was here first she has the right to deem who gets to use said Kekkai Genkai. Her/His name is Bills352, is she/he at least active so I could converse or work something out?


Secondly, what's the current state of the Five Great nations and the Elemental Continent at whole?

@Gilzar so since im totally not swamped with homework or anything ive been thinking about making another genin, do you have a list of the other teams with only 2 genin that are in situations where adding another member would be easy? Would this even be a good time to add another?


@Gabriel Leko As a summary of the overview, currently the 5 Great are in a time of peace, but it's kind of strained. The 5th war ended a year ago, and i think in general the villagers resent each other... The Land of Lightning is blamed mostly for it, whether it's not is true is irrelevant. In order to promote better relations, genin are being sent to other villages to make up mixed squads, but this rp's focusing on the squads in Konoha.


The Land of Frost has been trying to become relevant, with some success. That isn't too relevant to the rp right now though, mostly just my OC


At the beginning of the rp the Kages were attacked and some killed by a mysterious group ~wiggles fingers~


Or did you already read the overview and is there something more specific you'd like to know?


Pine has been trying to talk to Bills, I'm not 100% sure what's going on with them so I'll let pie talk about that :3

Bills hasn't been around too much lately.


They had to disappear for a weekend and haven't reallyyyyyy come back, not really.


However, the only caps on Kekkei Genkai that we have right now is the sharingan, though even that isn't a super established thing right now.


So you're free to try to message them, but I'm 99.9% sure that our GM wouldn't mind if you had a character with the same Kekkei Genkai.


This is set over 150 years after whatever great war it was in the manga's final arc.


There was peace for the longest time, but eight years ago all the nations broke out into war again.


This ended about a year ago and they were about to sign an armistice just before all the Kages were assassinated by the Akatsuki...


But basically the war was kind of a draw, slightly in favor of the Land of Lightning (so they're a little egotistical right now), but the terms of the treaty have villages sending ninja to the Leaf Village for its central location to have these joint teams...


But that's just a rough overlook of things and you'll find a better explanation in the overview tab. uwu !
