*whines because she logged off and both of their posts could have been edited to whatever you three conclude on after you discussed it but now the problem isn't solve it's just gotten worse*

*Whines because that doesn't explain your autohit. Also, I would never dare to thwack anyone, so don't blame me please.*

ill get to that in a moment novice! but first im going to involve myself in stuff that´s going to be a huge pain because apparently i hate myself

but tenshi, i wasnt going to say anything before i read the rp and learned what you actually meant by ¨thwacking azalea¨

okay im just going to say right away that that is like really rude man.

its just an rp, being totally correct about all the details of how jutsu work don´t matter that much, because this is a for-fun thing

even if it did this isn´t a situation where it should matter that much

¨punishing her for not understanding how her own powers work?¨

thats not really something to be ¨punished¨ because it´s not a bad or wrong thing.

not doing any research on your own ocs powers would be kinda silly, but not knowing every specific detail isn´t a crime or even against the rules of this particular rp

and even if it was, it´s not your place to punish her

you could talk to her, but autohitting and k.o.ing Shai is too much

¨whines well i was gonna wait but then kinmaru¨

well then just let it go the one time, talk about it with her and just let her know that in the future you´d appreciate it if in the future she didn´t do that. just because for the first time others went along with it doesnt mean its set in stone and it has to work that way for the whole rest of the rp. then the problem will most likely be solved and no one gets angry at anyone.

im not really sure how to explain that autohitting and koing someone is rude, but it´s like killing off someones oc without discussing it with them first.

of course its not as extreme, but it´s the same type of deal

@NoviceOfRoleplay i dont remember the teams and locations off the top of my head, but this was the original post when teams were announced

https://www.rpnation.com/threads/naruto-brave-new-world.105175/page-8#post-2845585

theres a few new teams and i dont think all of those teams are at the same locations?

i have to go to a family thing now and will be gone most of the day, but im sure everyone else will help you out too

*Looks back at ghost's post* Ouch. Sorry, I just hate it when people godmode, which that was what it seemed like to me. *deletes post*

It's just not something I put up with, and somebody breaking the rules of their power also irritates me.

I mean also, I did the research Tenshi just to clarify, and it's completely possible that they could manipulate sand with water in it. It's not really a matter of skill level as it is moreso of how much chakra she could retain while using it, as it takes a lot of it to do so.

honestly, your post seemed like godmodding too...

my tone might have been a little harsh because i just didn´t wake up in a happy mood (family thing)

the best cure for godmodding i think is just talking. azalea probably made a mistake, and wasnt meaning to godmod

now i really have to go, bye bye!

The power gap between them is what makes him seem so powerful. He is powerful, but the power gap is insane. Thus, they really have no hope beating the clone and thus that is not the real test.

Ehm, there is a magic button called "delete" attached to every post and i have no problem with using it.
That would be nice, Waffle.

God moding, power playing, bunnying, metagaming, auto-hitting and the like are all on par with each other in the book of role playing sins, in my opinion.

I suggest we all put this discussion on hold until Azalea and/or Gilzar log on, because this is no longer a productive discussion.

But just it the term that you will also delete your magical one-hit-KO post. Then you can discuss whatever you have in your mind, because I will probably be already asleep by that time.

What we're talking about right now is just a test within a squad and there's no need for anyone to save the day.

There is a dome of ice surrounding them that will keep anyone else from entering.

Tenshi already deleted his post, so like I said, just wait before making any more comments on the matter.

READ THIS

It has come to my attention that a few topics things have gotten out of hand. Things that I had been meaning to address earlier but sadly procrastinated and now we have ended up with what looks like to me some minor conflicts. I'm not going to point fingers here, if it seems like I'm siding with someone than I apologize. But this must be stated.

First off, I'm going to address the issue of 'Auto-Hitting'. For those of you who don't know, auto-hitting is when you automatically hit a character in your post without giving the person who actually controls that character the chance to react, block, dodge, or take the hit. Sometimes it has it's uses as people can collaborate together and make interesting scenes, however the use of Auto-hitting in this case is not that. From what I've seen it's all heat of the moment, establish power techniques, which I get why it's done. That doesn't really make it 'fair' though, and I always preach fairness in combat even when there is significant power differences. When I say fair combat, I don't mean something like each person has an equal chance of killing one another, I mean combat that's fair, meaning that each character makes their strikes, and they allow the others to react, to an extent anyway...This means that you don't just say that you hit them and then follow up with some other technique. Like I said before, fair combat is using a technique or move, and then giving the person the choice of how their character reacts. Each character has their capabilities, and some can get out of certain situations while other can't. It all depends on the skill of the character.

This brings me my next point which may be confused with auto-hitting, it's called countering. Countering is similar to auto hitting except for that it's more fair. A counter is when the player dodges or blocks, they quickly come back with a quick punch or simple move. Most counters aren't game-changers, they just somewhat 'set the pace' or show off abilities. In my book I see countering as fair, though more for more serious counters it should be noted that the opponent is given the opportunity to react.

Auto-hitting to the extent that it's being used right now is not acceptable and will not be continued anymore. Auto-hits that are discussed and agreed upon are allowed. This will all make things seem to go much slower but it ensures fairness. As was previously stated, Role-Playing is meant to be fun, I'm glad we all take it seriously so it can be enjoyable, but it should not have to be frustrating. Not saying that I saw this as I didn't have time to read the whole spiel, but if there is there is EVER a disagreement between two role-players DO NOT ARGUE AND OR ANTAGONIZE THE OTHER PARTY. I've had to many roleplays that have been torn apart because of cruel words exchanged by individuals over the internet and I won't have it. If there is ever a disagreement simply state your sides and let the majority decide. Yes, all of this seems extremely passive and slow but once again I'm going to state that this is the way things can be done that don't lead to conflict.

Now we get into our third reason, chakra-element reactions. As a famous chemist once stated, for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Some chakra affiliations tend to react with each other. As I was (Trying) to read up it came to my attention that a sand-based move was countered with a water-base technique. Now my memory of sand based techniques fighting water is minuscule, however it led to disagreements. Reactions should be canon-based unless both affiliations are made up. If the reaction cannot be found, then I highly suggest going over to narutopedia and just asking them. They've been extremely great with answering questions in the past, I'm sure they are still able to these days.

If I offended anyone in this statement I do apologize. I try to not take sides in arguments and just present what should/needs to be done. So much can be misread by just simple text so I have no idea if what I read really was an argument or not. However, this all needed to be addressed sooner or later, so I might as well just write one long statement right now so we can put this all behind us.

Also NoviceOfRoleplay I'll try to get you incorporated in, I just need to think of a way. Just checking out which squads would best suite your character.

I'm going to say this now.

I apologize if I've done this and if I ever do this. I don't try to, but that doesn't mean I don't do it on accident. If I ever do so, please alert me and I will make sure to change my wording or whatever needs to be changed. Because I agree with everything Gilzar said.

Again sorry if I've done this, because I fear that I might've and that was never my intention.

Understood. That's practically the only reason I got involved in the situation. I looked over on Narutopedia and just tried to present the answer on it being possible.
