Taking a sip of black coffee, his legs crossed, a rather large man sat outside of a small American style cafe just watching as the people went by. His midnight blue suit and definitely imposing build made him stand out, yet nobody really paid him much attention. And why would they? The villain Bloodwing made sure that neither his name nor face made it out of America thanks to some well placed bribes and less than empty threats, so here, he would be relatively unbothered. At least, until he was ready to make a reemergence. He felt like his daughter should at least be able to pass the entrance exam unbothered. Who would have thought she would do that just to spite him. Ah, oh well childern always had their rebellious phases, Scarlett would come crawling back to him sooner or later. Preferably the latter woth a few nudges here and there.

Woth a sigh, the man stood, smoothing out his jacket and pants, before leaving some cash on the table. He may be a villain, but he could pay for a three dollar coffee. Anyway, he stepped out of the awning shade, squinting a bit before turning, beginning his morning walk. He had only been in Japan for a few days now, but he was already comfortable with his new life. Japan was such a charming country, and even though most of the hero's and villains both were absolute jokes, Max was at least, somewhat impressed. Not enough to save these pitiful people when he finally got tired of holding back, but maybe some of them would get lucky...oh, who was he kidding, nobody would be spared.

Stopping at a store woth some outside display racks, she began looking through the jackets. "Hmmm..." He picked up a dusty pink faux leather jacket, obviously much to small for him, but just the right side for Scarlett. Max however was pulled out of his scheming when he heard the manager chuckle.

"Wife or daughter?" He asked, nodding towards the jacket in the larger man's hand. Max kinda chuckled, looking at the size once more to make sure it would fit.

"Daughter. She's a little mad at me, but she's participating in the U.A entrance exam today, so I felt like I should do a little something for her," He explained. The manager nodded.

"Teenagers are a handful aren't they? Especially girls. I never will understand 'em," He said, "The jacket is 30, but I'll let it go for 20 since your girl is off trying to be a hero." Max nodded, handing the jacket to the man who took it into the store as Max got his cash ready. The manager came out with the jacket folded into a dark red department store bag, exchanging the bag for the cash, giving Max a small wave as he walked off.

Kira watched as Tobias demonstrated his Quirk and looked at Ryan "That's a pretty cool Quirk that he has there, huh?" he asked Ryan with a big smile on his face, then he saw Scarlett demonstrate her Quirk. "Woah, did she have to cut herself?" he asked Ryan and himself

Toka, as soon as all of the students were in the bus, went to the monitoring room with the other teachers "Hey" he said to them as he walked inside the room "What do you think about this group?" he asked Yamato and Yukiko "I wonder which ones'll make it." he said as he pulled out their records looking at their Quirks
“Yeah, that quirk is pretty impressive.” He replied to Kira’s first question, Making sure not to sound or act like a show off in front of others. He blinked as he watched Scarlett demonstrate her quirk, responding to kira’s Second question soon after. “I mean...If that’s part of her quirk, I’m not gonna put much input in it.”

Toka remembered his time applying for U.A. He had gotten first in the exam. His Quirk was powerful enough, but not good enough to become #1 Hero. He remembered how he was an outcast in his school because of his history. He hated how people always criticized him and said how he would never be a hero. Now he is one of the greatest heroes.

As he read the records he heard Yamato's question. He looked up from the papers "I'm watching A primarily, they look promising" he told the other two teachers "And, for students I think could probably make it, I would say Kira and Tobias" he told them with a small smile

"Pfft. That's a bit discriminatory. Any kind of Quirk can be used for either good or evil. It's pretty much a matter of time before you see, hypothetically, someone who can heal and cure anybody from illness, disease or injury by only touching them. And yet, they choose to side with the villains and only help 'em while leaving the innocent to die instead." After giving his answer, Tobias didn't really know what else to talk about in order to continue this conversation. After a few seconds of scratching his head, he decides to speak up. "Oh well, in any case, good luck with the exams. I'm sure you'll pull it off."

"Yeah. It's even worse in America, but I don't really know how much it's changed since I was back last," She said a bit sheepishly, "But I defeinatly agree with you. I've seen a few people go down the villain path even through they were good people just because of what was drilled into their heads." She fell silent after this comment, taking a moment to kinda let the air settle, before she looked back at Tobias when he spoke again. "Oh thank you, I'm sure you will too!" Scarlett gave him a bright, warmhearted, genuine smile. You know that kinda smile that you dont often see but when you do it kinda lights up the room. Or in this case, bus. Scarlett didn't often let people see this kind of smile, but Tobias has been so nice, it really made her feel better. Even if he was just saying a couple things that to most people would be a typical conversation, it's was just...wrll, a little hard to explain, but it made Scarlett happy and that's all that mattered.

Yumiko Kurogane - Shadow Khan - Villain
A mote of shadow darts between buildings and people. It moves with a purpose. A goal that it must reach. To a normal person the mote of shadow would seem like a trick of the eye. A flicker of light that produced something for but a brief moment. But to Shadow Khan, the world is nothing but grays and pockets of darkness where shadows rest. Her entire being leaps from one pocket to the next without pause. Like steps along a path she strides along each shadow. Person to person then leaping into a dark alleyway. Her movement shifts and she is being pulled along as if tied to a weight. She let's the force take control. This force is Shadow Dancer helping her scale the walls of the building. Her goal is near. The shadowy mote exits the alleyway only to dive back into a crowd where it continues to slither and dart between shadows. She once more into an alleyway. A neon sign points the way down into an cafe. The sign reads Chat Noire Cafe, the Black Cat Cafe. She slips underneath the door. No customers save for a couple of bodies standing around. Shadow Khan recognized them. One of which she was not happy to see.

Shadow Khan began to emerge from her dark mote. The pool of shadows formed her head first and slowly her figure rose up from the ground. Shadow Dancer still enveloped her trying to shield her for what happened next. "Koko! You look amazing! I missed you so much! Are ready for the mission?" A voice shrilled into her ear before being embraced by the man. His name was Genji Rohashi, but in the villain world he goes by Raiden. A flamboyant man who has taken it upon himself to cling to Shadow Khan at every opportunity. Aside from his eccentric nature she had to acknowledge the fact that he has proven himself useful in the past. He quickly removed himself from her, much to her relief, and Shadow Dancer slowly returned to Shadow Khan's shadow. She couldn't move for a time as the distance from UA to here was far enough away that it would take at least 2 minutes for her to recover. The other body, a female, stood at the other side of the bar. She wore simple clothes with an apron over them that had the logo of the business on it. Her hair tied up in a pony tail much like Shadow Khan's. She was contact. An affiliate whom her "employer" used to relay jobs. "Good you're both here. The mission specs are on the counter. Looks like you both get to go on a recruiting mission." Another villain to join their little coalition? Shadow Khan didn't like doing these kinds of missions. Perhaps Raiden would do the talking in her stead? "This one is a real handful though. 20 year track record and recently went to MSP before breaking out. Looks like it wasn't as secure as they thought. Word from one of our contacts is that he just made his way from overseas and is setting up shop here."

A real villain. Not one of those wannabes this time. At least Shadow Khan could gather that much from what their contact was saying. She picked up the file and began to read it over. "What are the parameters for this recruitment?" She asked before folding and pocketing the document. "Chum the waters and if you think he's worth it reel'em in. Though I doubt you'll have any difficulties with him he's still a pro. So be on your guard. He's on the run so offer him sanctuary at one of our hideouts before you go off and try to ice him got it? Good now get going. I gotta open up soon and I can't have you two being here ruining business." She waved them away without a second thought. Shadow Khan simply nodded before Shadow Dancer embraced her once more. "Keep up." Is all she said to Raiden before sinking once more into the pool of shadow. The pool darted underneath the door and scaled the side of the building to the roof. She quickly emerged once more atop the building and began to gaze out into the city. "Shadow Dancer" Without another word, her shadow left her and dove into the crowds once more.

Genji smiled and listened carefully to the mission request. "Hmm seems easy enough. Hehe and by the look on your face I can tell you would like me to speak to the guy. Heh you know I'll do anything for you." Genji chuckled and then they went off on their mission. as they walked out of the building he looked at Yumiko's body up and down, she was pretty damn sexy and he was definitely sure that he would risk his life for her. "Heh, of course, my Shadow Queen." He responded to her telling him to keep up, their abilities were somewhat similar so he wouldn't have a hard time doing what she asked. As she formed into a shadow and began moving quickly onto the roof of a building. He simply formed into electricity and created sparks as he traveled through powerlines to end up next to Yumiko once again. "So do you have a plan on where to find him exactly? You are the one with better searching capabilities Koko." He pointed out.

After Pressure had finished his speech, Inori made her way towards buss A and picked a seat as close to the entrance as she could. Once she sat down, she took a moment to inspect the other candidates in order to gauge the competition. Not that she was worried, she was more than sure that she'd be able to pass this exam. Partly because of her gadgets but mostly it was thanks to her vigilante activities. Unlike most kids her age, she had actual first-hand experience with fighting bad guys. Granted, all she'd done so far was catch a purse snatcher but it was more than most kids her age had done.

Confidently, she leaned back in her seat and smiled. She was finally going to prove just what she was capable of.

Geo after being slightly late from sleeping in too long found himself listening to Pressure's speech, he was a pretty impressive hero and Geo hoped he could be on his level with just the Quirk he had, it wasn't really that impressive in his opinion that he could transfer any weapon into his hand and learn it but the impressive thing was him deciding to take his skill to a new level by learning Quirkless abilities to train himself and defeat villains. UA seemed to understand his capabilities by inviting him here to fight alongside some students with impressive abilities. Anyway, now that the speech was over he was assigned to go to Bus A and he got on to notice that most seats were taken, he decided to sit by someone random, little did he know that when he sat next to her they had actually met before. But where...did they meet? He sat there and stared at her, he knew it was quite weird to just do so without saying a word and it may have bothered her enough to say something. Before she could speak a word, however, he ended up cutting off her words. "...Inori? You probably don't remember me...heh we met in middle school, I'm Geo...anyway it's umm nice to see you...you look cuter than ever." He gave a small smile before looking forward again and leaving an awkward air around them. He wasn't sure what else to tell her. He definitely couldn't tell her how he knew more than she thought about her all because he had a crush and couldn't find a way to speak to her without accidentally being caught from somewhat stalking. He even saw her become a vigilante but maybe it wasn't right to let her know he knew.

Yukiko Kurogane - Pro Hero Nightblade - Teacher
Unseen by her due to her antics, Yukiko was blinded by the disembodied voice that her heard. She looked around and noticed that Toka Kirayami was with them. "I must have gotten so into my act that I didn't notice him. I hope I didn't hurt his feelings. that wouldn't bode well to start the year off." She thought to herself before entering the monitoring room. Yukiko found a seat somewhere and looked back up at the monitors. Seems while she was away the other teachers had arrived and the cameras had been calibrated. Each sector was to be monitored by a different set of teachers. For Yukiko she would be monitoring Group A this year. Though overall she would be evaluating every group, her priority would be on Group A. As she stared into the monitors she is reminded of her entrance exams. She was one of the lucky ones who got accepted into the hero course. The practical exam was very similar to what the first years were about to do. They would be fighting faux villains in a mock battle set in an urban environment. It was standard procedure since most heroes would be working within urban settings like cities or small towns. The practical exam had two major criteria for evaluation. Combat Points which are the cumulative points attained from defeating the faux villains and Rescue Points which are points awarded to students who aided another student or students when they were in danger. Yukiko got by on a combination of the two thanks to her quirk. The written exam was simple enough. Almost anyone who studied during their years in middle school could ace it.

But this year would be a little different. Students from all over the world would be given a chance this time around so who knows what quirks she'd get to witness this year. She overheard Toka's question which brought her back from her trip down memory lane. "What do you think about this group? I wonder which ones'll make it?" A good question. One in which Yukiko had on her mind as well. "Only time will tell on who's gonna make it or not. All these kids are hoping to get into the hero course after all. But we know that that isn't an easy t hing to do." Yukiko's voice was somber. She knew that the test wasn't exactly set up in a way that would allow all of the students to shine. But she also knew that if the students were smart and thought about what it meant to be a hero that even those that didn't have flashy quirks could get into the hero course. "I'm interested in a couple of students at the moment, but let's see how they handle our simple mock battle first." She pulled out her own copy of the applicants and she had marked a few students in particular.

"Anyways what are you both scheduled to watch?" Yamato asked them. "I'm gonna be watching Group A." Yukiko grinned and returned her gaze back to the monitors. "I will also be observing Group A. I hope the applicants I've got my eyes on are in that group. What about you two? Any applicants catch your fancy? I mean we've got students from all over the world after all."

Yamato was glad that both Tako and Yukiko are coincidentally also watching Area A. They're already putting up their bets on who the passing students of the students particularly assigned in Area A. Tako has already said some names. Looking over the ones categorized as "Area A Participants", he scans them over one by one. There were more than forty.

"You know, you could easily say their Quirks too; it's not like we know these students by heart, yet..." Yamato remarked.

"Anyway, I'll just mumble off whatever I find here. I'll have a look on this Kira and Vince, too..." Yamato trails off, and the small, round lights on his face that signifies eyes go back and forth across the documents, giving whatever he has to say about each and every student that catches his eye. He repeatedly mumbles along, almost endlessly, only audible enough and understandable for those who care to listen.

"Well, I've found the Kira you're looking for. I can already see the usefulness of this one, although he requires some creativity to try and pass this test; probably through the faux villains close to an enclosed space, swapping, and keeping them stuck there. Immobilization in this matter does count and will score points. However, physically speaking, all he can do is swap with the fax villains to keep himself from being rammed by them. A unique, inspiring student nonetheless..."[/accordion]

"Scarlett, a young woman able to manipulate her own blood. I like the fact that states here she can solidify it, so I think if she's skilled (and I expect her to be), she can cause some serious damage on those faux villains. Despite their looks, the faux villains have time and time again been destroyed easily, not that I know this myself. However, aside from this, she should be careful; trying to score a lot of points also means detrimental health issues, according to what overusing her quirk states here. On a related note... blood manipulation... I'm not exactly a fan of such, er, morbid abilities, but still, she can still aim to become an aspiring hero if she wants to."

"... um, sorry if that sounded insensitive. Please don't quote me on that; I'll be rooting for this one too."

FireMaiden FireMaiden

"This one, Tobias, can absorb air, visually similar to that of a vacuum. I like it; I'm a man familiar with air, if I do say so myself, and this kid has quite the Quirk. It can look easy to underestimate him, but if he can manage to create strong enough blows to smash those faux villains to the palls, then he has a pretty great chance of pulling this off. Still, I'm not sure if this one has some drawbacks, but we can see for ourselves once he demonstrates his abilities. I wonder if this Quirk also allows above-average mobility, since it states here how he can release his stored up gas from every pore on his body. Something similar to a super jump, or just simply a large blast of a side step manuever, so as to dodge the faux villains."

DuckMannnn DuckMannnn

"Inori... huh? That can't be right..."

"...oh, it states here she's Quirkless... oh! Some above-average physical abilities and a genius inventor to boot. This one's definitely a student I'll be rooting for. Currently the confirmed gadgets we have for now are these Tear-Gas Pellets and Vibro-Smashers. While an excellent incapacitating tool in the field against villains, the Tear-Gas Pellets won't work on the faux villains, given that they're machinery. The Vibro-Smashers, on the other hand, are an excellent invention to handle the faux villains. I don't underestimate on the capabilities of defeating them. This one is definitely one of the more unique students."

All For One All For One

{slide=Ryan}"Ryan; a simple combustion ability can never go wrong. I won't go as far as say simple, though. Imagine the applications and creative usability of such a Quirk. He'll just have to ignite the faux villains, and easily defeat them. Hmm, any flammable object... probably lead the faux villains to somewhere flammable? Last I checked the faux villains aren't exactly the best fireplace fuel. He can probably do so on the sensitive circuitry, but I don't want to assume anything about his Quirk. If not, he will have to be creative. Nonetheless, I bet he can pull something off for him to work."

Sir Fungus Sir Fungus

Yamato continues to read through the whole document, passing through so many names, however he can't seem to find the "Vince" Tako mentioned, unless he missed it among the many names. Yamato still seems like he'll continue to ramble on...

"Alright safe and sound" Arthur said climbing down from a tree with a cat nestled in the crook of his arm. As he handed the cat to an excited and relieved little girl she squealed in delight and hugged him "Thank you mister!". "You're welcome, I'm just happy to help." For the past two weeks this was the highlight of Arthur's "Vigilante" career he was either helping old ladies across the street or helping people solve basic problems, pretty much community service if you think about it. But that didn't bother Arthur, all he cared about was that he was helping people and was pretty relieved that from where he's been working that no one has been in actual danger. As he "patrolled" Arthur adjusted the duffle bag strapped to his back that contains his combat gear "So far this stuff feels like an impulse buy but at least you'll have if you need it." As Arthur moved along the streets he kept getting waves or nods of acknowledgement, even though he hasn't actually done anything heroic it seems that he's established a good reputation in his local area. "Alright Arty" he thought to himself "Troubles not gonna come knocking on your door, you've gotta go knocking on it's". After a quick internet search he found local areas that have a higher than average crime rate and decided to start patrolling there once it started to get dark. To be prepared Arthur goes ahead and switches into his combat gear. The armor padding and militaristic style make Arthur look like an actual hero, or villain depending on the light. As he makes his way towards his new patrol route he say to himself "I hope no-one asks to see my license".

Yumiko Kurogane - Shadow Khan - Villain
Shadow Dancer flitted about the city hunting for its target. The day was still early so crowds were plentiful the deeper into the city it went. Rushing under the foot of passersby as it traveled from point to point. Atop the building Shadow Khan stood still waiting patiently for results. Her partner on the mission, Raiden, didn't take any time following her. At least he was good at following directions. Her plan was simple. She would divide her attention and search for this "recruit" using Shadow Dancer as a forward scout. Then to maximize their resources, she and Raiden would travel and search for them in a different location. Should Shadow Dancer find the target first she would switch places with her and meet with them. it was simply a matter of time. But Shadow Khan wanted this mission dealt with swiftly.

"So do you have a plan on where to find him exactly? You are the one with better searching capabilities Koko." She hated when he said her name. Especially since he didn't even bother with her actual name. Instead he used a pet name. "Koko" as if they were close. Perhaps to him they were. They've done many missions together in the past. But those missions weren't recruitment missions. The boss's recruiters must have been too busy to bother sending out. Or it could be that the boss chose them because if things got out of hand they had the skill set to deal with it. It mattered little to Shadow Khan. All that mattered was the mission.

"Code names." She said before extending her arm out towards him. More so Raiden's shadow. Within moments a chain made of shadows shot out from underneath Raiden. It coiled itself around Shadow Khan's outstretched arm and then down and around her waist. The chain ended in a grappling hook that she caught with ease. She waved her hand over the chain on her waist to create a counter weight at the other end. A simple tool to allow her to scale buildings since Shadow Dancer was gone. "The target is an American man in Japan. He'll stand out." She breaks out into a sprint before leaping off of the roof. Hurling the grappling hook at a nearby guardrail on another building she braces herself. The hook latches onto the railing and she begins to swing around the building before landing on another rooftop. She breaks the grappling hook and reforms it at the end of the chain still held in her hand. Without stopping she heads out towards the next roof. The hunt was on.

Shadow Dancer continued its search in another part of town. As it zoomed past a nearby shop it paused inside a shadow of a tree. It turned and saw the mark. He was looking to buy a jacket that is far too small for his large build. She overheard their conversation for just a moment. "Daughter. She's a little mad at me, but she's participating in the U.A entrance exam today, so I felt like I should do a little something for her." Shadow Dancer searched around for an alleyway that it could use to begin negotiation. There was one nearby. It wasn't exactly dark, but it afforded privacy. It slithered into the space between buildings before taking shape. Shadow Dancer couldn't exactly talk yet. It was something that Shadow Khan has been working on for some time to allow it to speak on her behalf. Barring words, Shadow Dancer had to resort to action. As the man was about to pass by, Shadow Dancer stood in his way. She then simply gestured him to enter into the alley. Whether or not he would understand this was up for debate. But as Shadow Dancer stood there awaiting his response, Shadow Khan had seen everything and was making her way to Shadow Dancer's location with Raiden. If it was going to get confrontational she would want to reduce the distance of her shadow teleport as much as possible so her recovery time would be reduced.

Toka glanced at Yamato and Yukiko "I'm gonna start the exam" he told the others and put his mouth up to the mic "Okay, guys" he said calmly into the mic. "As soon as I say 3, the doors will open." he told the various students "First let me go over the rule, no attacking other students, ok" he told them calmly "Alright, 1,2,3" he said and now the students would all now rush into the zone, hoping to win.

Kira smirked as soon as the doors open, immediately he started grabbing rocks and throwing them forward, suddenly circuitry was piling up and robots were crashing down. "Yeah!" he shouted as more robots fell down. He continues doing this until he had no more rocks, he started switching with objects around the zone

Yamato Yanase

While he wasn't paying attention, Tako proceeded to begin the practical exam, walking over to the microphone and turning it on. Before Yamato could say they should probably not rush things, or that Tako should have probably said some more things given what he was already doing, he already started the countdown. Once he was done, the kids shown on the various screens swarm and push past each other.

Well, that was quick.

The dozens of monitors still shows empty streets, but predictably be flooded with students within just a minute; the front entrance of Area A has students running, skipping, flying, vaulting, and other maneuvers so as to get ahead of the herd. Amazingly enough, half a dozen are already on top of the buildings, spying over a high area to easily spot the faux villains. The one and two points are the offenders many first meet, whilst the three points are deeper within Area A, so as to induce exploration. After about half a minute or so, a building has already collapsed. There is definitely still a lot of time, though. At least, if fifty nine minutes left were. Area A was large, but an average person can probably go from end to end within four to five minutes, so they should be able to find the many faux villains.

The dangerous zero point faux villain is still not out in the open, covered and secured so that the students won't accidentally meet it. According to protocol, this particular faux villain should be activated much later, once the students have been deprived of their energy and strength.

One particular monitor also tracks certain individual's score. While the Villain Points are discussed about and are said to be the main scoring system in this test, another secret mechanic called the Rescue Points also award people who help and rescue their fellow participants from danger. The Rescue Points are meant to be hidden so as to make the participants think that they should only look out for themselves. This helps the teachers score each and every student by their individual prowess and not by the help or helping of others.

As of now, the top ten participant spots shuffle wildly, swapping student's places almost immediately as they gain it. It's still early and there are still a lot of faux villains, so it's anyone's game.

Yukiko Kurogane - Pro Hero Nightblade - Teacher
The conversation was definitely intriguing with talk of students that each teacher was looking forward to watching. She overheard one name in particular that she had marked in her papers. Scarlett Tempest. Quirk: Blood Manipulation. To most people her quirk would come off as being malicious. It was put in the same vain as Mind Control. Only villains would have such quirks. But to Yukiko, she knew from experience that even morbid and bizarre quirks are neither good nor evil. They simply are an extension of the person no more than their arms and legs. It's how the person uses the quirk is what's important. "I wouldn't worry about Miss Tempest, Yamato. Her quirk reminds me of the hero from the past. Vlad King. He too had blood manipulation as his quirk and he was a very respected hero and teacher here at UA. I'm sure she'll give us a good show and even surprise some of us. Besides her name is perfect as is for a hero name." Yukiko stood up from her seat. Her hand motioning as she spoke. "The Sanguine Beauty: Scarlett Tempest! Pro Hero! Has a nice ring to it no?" She looked around and a few of her colleagues applauded her for her showmanship. She bow gently waving her thanks before making her way to the mic with a giggle. "I'm expecting great things from her and many other students."

Before she could tell the students anything however it seemed that Toka took it upon himself to finally begin the practical exam. The large gates opened up revealing their stage. The urban mock battle arena. For Group A they were assigned Battlefield Gamma. Each group was assigned a different battlefield associated with each bus. This made it easier for the staff to view their respective groups simultaneously. Each zone was built the same so there was no advantage or disadvantage regarding terrain between zones. "Just a reminder students your goal in this practical exam is to earn as many points as possible during the mock battle exams the faux villains. Each type of villain is assigned a point value that corresponds to their difficulty with tougher villains assigned the most points. If you're ever unsure of how many points each villain is worth don't worry! They've all been labeled with a number. So feel free to let loose." Yukiko's voice once more shifted to a playful one. "Oh and do be careful of the faux villain marked with 0 on it. The little guy isn't worth any points, but he's the toughest one of the lot. My advice is to simply avoid him if possible. You have 1 hour to show us all what you've got. My last bit of advice for you applicants is to remember what it means to be a hero. So good luck out there and be Plus Ultra!" With that, Yukiko turned back to sit back down in her seat and begin observing the progress of the students in Group A. Off to the left is a single monitor assigned to Group A that tracks each individual's Combat Score. The number would rise automatically as students defeated faux villains.

What Yukiko was more interested in wasn't their combat points, but rather their Rescue Points. Most of the time students would be much too occupied with racking up as many points as possible since they were only told to do that. But with the 0-point faux villain that is unleashed as the number of faux villains declines, that's where Yukiko's advice will come in handy. She was very curious if any of the students even heard her. And if they did if they understood the hidden meaning behind her advice. Only time will tell as the students began to flood the area. Within seconds their quirks were on full display. A myriad of colors, explosions, and bodies flew into action as robots fell one by one. Each student was trying to make as much of a showing as possible while also racking up combat points. All the while Yukiko was simply enjoying the spectacle with a trained eye. Scanning the screens to see which ones had potential and which ones didn't.

So far Arthur's new patrol route has definitely put him a step in the right direction, having made is way through more dangerous parts of town and red light districts exposed Arthur to the kind of danger he was looking for but also showed him things he was not entirely comfortable with "Wow, I didn't even know there were places like this so close to where I lived". Taking the backstreets and alleys he has managed to mostly go unnoticed while traveling in his full kit. With the new location brought new ways to help people: Instead of helping old ladies cross the streets he was now pulling drunks out of traffic. The next couple of hours Arthur found himself doing more community service, but the community is wasted "This is just more of the same, but now I gotta wash my suit". Arthur was about to call it for the night when he heard a commotion in a nearby alley, peering around the corner to investigate he spots a trio of men cornering someone smaller than them. These guys look like your run of the mill thugs but Arthur didn't care about them he was focusing on their victim, he couldn't make much out but he did see the distinct colors and design of a male school uniform, light reflects off of one of the thugs' hands and Arthur recognizes it as a knife. "Alright Arty, this is what you came here for now remember: stay calm and be CONFIDANT". As Arthur rounds the corner he switches on his microphone so he can be heard through his helmet "Al-Alright you sc-scum, back off the k-kid" his attempt of intimidation clearly failing causes a few laughs and a "Are you serious?" but this does give the kid a chance to slip away "Now look what you did" the lead thug replied angrily and gave Arthur a once-over. "Fancy looking suit, looks like we can get something out of him eh boys?" this gets a laugh out of his friends and Arthur finally processes whats about to happen. His years spent training on army bases and with his brothers kicks in as his brain gives a rundown of the situation "Alley is too confined to use Quirk,Three hostiles, 1 Knife, No other obvious weapons, and No Quirks shown yet: Hit-'em hard and Hit-'em fast".Before the thugs had finished laughing Arthur rushed the one wielding the knife sending a quick jab to his throat as the leader's eyes widened, his oxygen supply being quickly cut of Arthur delivered a right hook to his chin knocking him out. "One down, two to go". One of the thugs tried to punch Arthur but he quickly stopped the arm and rammed his helmet into the nose of that thug, Arthur felt a sickening crunch and a spray of liquid hit his visor. He could see that the thug went down but as he tried to clean his visor the last remaining thug grabbed Arthur from behind trying to lock him down, Arthur saw that the thugs' arms were starting to change color and his suit was getting hot he knew he needed to finish this quick. Using his exceptional leg and back muscles Arthur slammed the thug into the nearby wall forcing him to let go, the moment Arthur was free he took a step back and delivered a round-house kick to the thugs jaw knocking him out. After the threat had been neutralized Arthur took off his helmet panting "Hu-huh... That was intense!... Alright Arty you got what you asked for, but you still got work to do". Arthur put his helmet back on, arranged the thugs in a row, and started patrolling the backstreets again.

In almost no time, the busses had arrived at the testing sights, and the students all rushed out, what to get started. Scarlett however had come down with a small sneezing fit, though an was unsure why. Her mother use to say that if your sneezed someone was talking about you...but she was probably just sneezing because of the the change in scenery. Reguardless of why, she had been given little chance to prepare herself, other than tying her shoes with a double knot so they wouldn't come untied.

When the doors opened, she was quickly left behind by the many students using their quirks to get a head start, but with a quick good luck wave to the kids from her bus, she quickly followed behind the large mass of students already flooding the streets of the mock city.

When she entered, she ran down the main street for a minute, before turning off down a side street. Most of the kids would be going for the robots in the larger areas, hoping for bigger numbers, but if you focused on destroying more with small numbers, the ones that people typically ignored, then your points would rack up a lot faster. Anyway, it was what she planned on doing, for a whole at least, and maybe grabbing some rescue points as well before focusing on the bigger villains. At least, that's what she thought she would do.

Coming to a vault as a nearby wall was demolished, she coughed as the dust settled. A large robot with a number five painted onto it's chest came into veiw, and a student she didn't remember from the A bus yelped out in pain as he tried to get up. His leg was pinned, and as he was obviously unable to move an in immediate damger, Scarlett quickly drew her knife, cutting her forearm. Immdeiatly her eyes turned red, her veins began to glow, and long harden shard of blood was sent through the robots arm, pinning it to the opposite wall. It's attention turned to her as she calmly took a few steps forward, easing her arm. A flat disc of hardened blood would fly straight for its head, cutting it in half. The robot was offline in seconds, it's body slumping to the ground in a heap of unable salvage.

The pinned student was stunned, and maybe a little angry with the stunt she pulled, but was greatful when she began helping pull the concrete off his leg. After making sure he was still able to walk, he thanked her, albeit reluctantly, before they both went off on their own. And unknown amount of rescue points, plus the five villain pints she had just gotten was a great way to start off the exam.

8 points (5 villain, 3 rescue)

Just a little note, Okuni hasn't yet manifested the tangible energy projection side of his quirk yet. I'm planning to have it manifest during the exam, but I'll have to take advantage of a good, fitting moment.

Okuni was quiet during the bus ride, in fact, he quickly slipped into a light sleep, quietly dozing on one of the furthest back seats. It wasn't a surprise, he was about to face something big, and even five more minutes of sleep could change how prepared he was by a mile. As he shut his eyes, and his breathing slowed, his mind wandered from the idle chatter of the other students to his plan. He'd have to be smart. He didn't have a way to destroy these things head on. They were robots, they didn't have minds to take advantage of. All he could do was...

The bus ground to a halt, and Okuni awoke with a start, blinking in the light as he went to glance out the window. It looked like they had arrived. With a groan, stretching his limbs, the silver-haired boy got to his feet, quickly making his way out of the bus, careful to avoid any accidental collisions with other eager students. He couldn't help but shut his eyes and sigh, however, as his eyes fell on the massive crowd worming their way inside. He couldn't fly, he couldn't stick to walls, he couldn't walk through solid surfaces, he was, for all intents and purposes, doomed in a situation like this. With a slightly heavy heart, he accepted he'd be one of the last in, waiting for a few minutes for the other students to disperse, before making his way inside, and past the steaming piles of scrap metal left over from already eliminated faux-villains.

There were four Okuni could see, still alive, that weren't accosted by any other students. all single pointers. If he could even take down one, he might get somewhere. He grimaced. "Think, come on, think, the teachers must have left something in the environment to take advantage of... or a weakness." His eyes continued to dart around as more robots fell, slowly sneaking away from the group to the slightly more secluded areas of the city, where there were less students to compete with. He couldn't find anything, anything at all. It was all so clean. It was a city, of course, but there was only rubble and buildings, nothing useful. Was that the point of this whole exam, to weed about aspiring heroes that don't have flashy, destructive quirks? What a joke.

Arthur sits on a riverbed watching the newly risen sun reflect off of the water contemplating everything he did last night. After his incident with the trio of thugs nothing much happened, a purse snatcher or two, some drunk people needing help home, that dude who puked on Arthurs pants. "Well it wasn't as glamorous as I thought it would be but I can for sure say that I helped people tonight" Arthur watches the fish move about in the river before glancing at his watch. "OH CRAP! Work starts in an hour!" He quickly changes into his work clothes that he kept in his duffle bag and starts running towards his office.

Pressure
After his speech Pressure walked off stage as the auditorium began clearing out. He had to go do something before heading to the monitoring room to watch the examinees in the exam. He was excited to see what the student were capable of and what they could do. After finishing up we he had to do at U.A., he realized the buses had already left so he flew to the exam area and to the entrance of the monitoring room. "Sorry I'm late. I was rounding up all the gluten in the world and launching it into space where it can't not hurt us ever again."

Tomoki
Realizing that the Entrance Exam had started and everyone else had started he immediately dashed into the faux city. The cement blurred below him as he felt a surge of adrenaline. The steady thump of his footsteps echoed in his ears as he approached a 3 point bot. Leaping up to it's head he let out a shout before crushing it's head and leading swiftly on the ground. "1 down... Plenty more to go." He said before running towards a 2 pointer.

3 points

Toka looked at Pressure and laughed at his comment about the gluten and looked at the screen again, watching the students "So, Pressure, who do you think looks the most promising?" he asked him with, still looking at the screen. "When do you guys think we should release the faux villains?" he asked the other heroes

Kira took down a 5, then a 3. "Yeah!" he shouted. He started gathering rubble and using it to switch with circuitry "Haha! Yes!" he shouted as he grabbed the rubble. He took down a 3, then a 4. "This is great!" he shouted. He kept on taking down robots, one after the other. He was doing pretty great

Max was...surpised to see something beckoning him to a nearby alley. He stared, his brows furrowed as he began to debate whether or not to follow it. The obvious answer was a straight up, dead serious, no. It was the logical answer, I meam, why the hell would you follow some woman? No, it looked weird. Whatever it was, Maxwell was going to all past it when he realized something. Taking a step forward, he peered into the alleyway. Nothing. Looking back at Shadow Dancer, he let off a low chuckle. "I guess your master is somewhere nearby?" He said, before stepping into the alleyway.

It was empty, except for him of course. And as he was out of the veiw of the public, he removed his sunglasses, his eyes glowing red. Blood pierced his hands, the veins in his cheeks, neck, and hands were all glowing as a sharp, blade like wing of blood rapidly took form. Nobody could see him, and to make sure of it, he casually walked into the alley's continuation, a little empty bumpout that was nestled between two three buildings, completely out of public veiw. He wanted this to be a private meeting after all. And so, he began to wait.

Yamato Yanase

There were those students he talked about earlier doing their best at the exam. He temporarily nicknamed them easy-to-remember hero names like Swap Man, Flame Boy, Gust Dude, and Scarlett Tempest (which Yukiko ingeniously thought of, or just actually mentioned, to which Yamato happily nods to), those kind of names, so as to easily remember who they were and what they do. This time, the top ten participant scoreboard is slowing down, with each place keeping a student for about half a minute, before moving only one place up or down. The Villain Points racked up fast, while there were little to no Rescue Points for the majority given that this particular score was never known to the participants. Some students he can identify here and there, few having a handful of points, fewer still who have no points. He spots one silver-haired participant struggling in the test, and the scoreboard indicates little to no points. With a bit of cross referencing with the student in the monitor and with his records, he believes it's--

"Goryō Okuni... Quirk: Mind Over Matter...

... gosh, this is a tough one, for him. I'm not exactly an expert of such Quirks, and I admit I don't still know the applications of said quirk, even with what was given and described here. I doubt it has something to do with, er, what's the word, telekeneesis? This one will be difficult for 'em..."

Tako seems to be intent upon releasing the faux villains as he says this, and at the same time, the number one hero Pressure enters the monitoring room, in the flesh. He's also tasked with watching the students. He didn't understand what Pressure said as he entered. An analogy perhaps, or literal? Either way, many a time including now that Yamato is surprised he gets to be counted close among the likes of the number one hero Pressure himself! At any case, though...

"Hmm, it's best to release the 0-point faux villain much later on, but it shouldn't take long now. Release it too early, many of the participants will have a difficult time in rounding up scores due to a dangerous, yet unavoidable faux villain tailing them since the start of the test. As of now, there are still a lot of faux villains for them to score with. Too late, and it won't perform the imposing danger it was meant to show. They'll feel like all they have to do as the test ends is to round up the remaining faux villains instead of feeling the danger that is fighting actual villains. Along with many other reasons, it's best not to release it yet." Yamato explains to Tako.

While most of his peers traveled together in a group, Tobias preferred to wander alone in the backstreets, wanting to test the potential of his Quirk and get the points only for himself. When he entered an alleyway, he spotted an unsuspecting 2-pointer who was roaming around the exit. "Hey, motherf*****!", Tobias yells at the faux villain. Alarmed, it turns around only to see him, with a big grin, showing his middle-finger at the robot. Triggered, the Venator charges straight at Tobias, who also sprints straight back at it. When there are only a few meters left seperating both of them, Tobias suddenly dashes in front of him by bursting a bit of air via his feet, then performs a dropkick at the machine, while his unexpected movement threw off its plan, hitting its head. The impact, accompanied with the triggered explosion of air, sends the bot flying to the main street. The Venator crashes on a wall before falling down on the ground with a loud thump. Most of its body is shattered and dented, while its head is no longer attached on the body. It had a hole bigger than the legacy left behind by All Might, exaggeratingly. "Scored 2 points...", he mumbled to himself.

When he left the alley to inspect the defeated, he noticed 4 other bots from a distance, this time Victories, which are 1-pointers, also roaming around in the main streets. A silver-haired guy can also be seen not too far from them. Tobias's intuition is telling him that guy's Quirk isn't suitable for this kind of situation. He felt that he should lessen the pressure on the boy, so he decided to get the attention of some of the faux villains. "Hey, yo! Wanna get blown to death?" He yelled loudly. 3 of the nearest Victories immediately turned their eyes at him before charging straight at Tobias from 3 different directions.

Tobias: 3 points

Elisabeth was not looking forward for today. Perhaps it was the sick-in the stomach butterfly feeling or the lack of breakfast, but she felt like she would be sick.
Elisabeth had practically ran all the way to UA and by the time she had arrived, she had almost missed her bus - and when she got on her bus, she realised she had taken bus B instead of bus A. Elisabeth was well down the over thinking lane and almost in tears if it hadn't been for the nice driver, who upon hearing her dilemma (of which she told standing up by the drivers window as there was no room in the bus for her and the class B students judged her) he had offered to drop of the B students and take her a little further to the A area. Elisabeth had gushed a thank you and was now standing deathly quiet, wondering why she just hadn't gone into film directing.
When she had arrived at area A, the exam was already beginning much to her absolute horror. Not even given a chance to, make friends... Without a chance to ready herself, Elisabeth raced into the area, glancing back at the driver and waving goodbye. To her surprise, the driver was watching her like she was a little bird about to fly the nest. Elisabeth tic-marked, she just about hated being looked at like that. Like she was some cute kid. Still, there were more important things.
Elisabeths plan was to go without using her horns for as long as she could, that way she wouldn't recieve such a painful head ache - though she would get muscle ache if she used her super strength too much in one area. Hence why she planned to first use unusual places to fight and then when she needed it, swap to the more common parts, such as fists, elbows, legs, feet.
Elisabeth ran into her first faux villain after a while of running around in search for an area that lacked students and therefore challengers. Immediately, she butt bumped the robot so that it went flying. Maybe not the most cool attack, but it would spare her more needed body parts from the splitting pain. The faux villain fell from the air with a crack and thud. Elisabeth smiled, before moving on.
3 points in the bag. And she could see plenty more points wondering around.
"Yes!" Elisabeth fist punched the air, her face cracking into a smile, before wincing.
Her butt was starting to hurt. Great. There wasn't an easy way to escape the pain, was there? She assumed it was hurting way more and faster than it should because she hadn't practiced her quirk in that area. Screw it, butt pain was definitely more painful than any other muscle pain. Plan B it was then.
Fight with all you've got.
