Fandom Mount & Blade: Warband - RP (Mod world implemented)

Alright. Prepare for tomorrow 'ya hoofing blokes, there'll be a lot of stuff coming up tomorrow on the hosted projects page. From the histories of each existing faction and the important NPCs who's essential to the storyline.

Hail Hytlegaard.

Even when rome was dealing with raids they were mostly done by large armies and wre pinned down in a castle/fort/town/city they had to defend a mercenary group is much tougher to deal with since they dont have any allegiances and could simply move into the next contract with a new bidder

lmfao! Hail Hydra it sounds like. :P

That will make it feel more lifelike I suppose.

Though it would somewhat slow down the rp.

Hey @Galahad can we have a basic character outline so we can make the structure of the people we will RP as and add in the rest of the info once we see the lore

@ArisenMoon yes exactly. But depending on the story we'll have timeskips.

@Samurai Jay

Name:

Age:

Gender:

Allegiance: (the major kingdoms)

Part of: (knighthood orders, guilds, clubs)

Occupation: (mercenary? Blacksmith? Soldier?)

Country of origin: (any of the maps)

Skills:

Equipment:

Backstory:

Guilds mainly comprised on a single guild master, accompanied by the guild squire. Depending on the type of guilds, the structure may vary.

Mercenaries however acts as a fighting force and mainly have the same structure of command as most armies do in the time. Depending on their performance on the battlefield, the payment will either increase or decrease depending on the overall skills of the mercenary displayed during a battle.

I apologize, I meant the creation of a group, like a character sheet.

I don't think you can create guilds of your own. But mercenary group? Yes.

To create one you cannot serve a major faction, you must be independent. Gaining recruits can be done in taverns (like the games) either through payment or simply talking if you could get them to join you without paying.

The promise of loot and glory is often enough for the younger people

Perfect answer! Thank you Sir Knight!

Sheesh. You guys might have to wait a few more days before the RP's ready. In the meantime, talk here.
