To clarify bobby can absorb it, which brings up the second reason it cannot be allowed. If bobby were to absorb a single void attack he would become more powerful than almost anyone. (The gravitational vibrations generated by a black hole or void are so immense that he would be beyond omega in only one attack.)

For consistency sake, you should stick with third person perspective rather than jumping between third and first person.
