P Peaceswore Nyeh, I think he should have some way of knowing that she's there (she's omega after all), because I feel that the chance is way way way too high (she's on the south end of Long Island and he's in Central Park), and she doesn't really have a reason to go to Miami, know what I'm sayin?

I don't think they would meet then. My character isn't actively looking for anyone atm, and currently has no reason to be. If they aren't running into each other on pure coincidence, then Kibto wont meet here there and then.

On the other hand, after I make my second character (who honestly would be better suited for the situation at hand) he could run into/help out. After you make a post for your character, I could work my post around her location/situation for my new character
