That was from an episode where the female character of the day has a crush on blue but blue isn't interested and it ends with the woman getting over her crush on blue just to start crushing on pink and the gif is pink rejecting the woman in a flirty way. Pink now is now in a bit of relationship with the team's 6th ranger sliver who is male.
