Yeah, I felt a lot had happened and since I was playing catch up I tried not to slow the RP down by describing something that wasn't all that important. Just look at this OOC thread, I turn my back for a few hours and I'm two pages behind. :p

I can understand that lol, but how you travel between scenes is pretty important actually. Especially in writing where your words guide us in what we see in our minds for each scene. The loss of travel between scenes means there's a loss of time unexplained. It's like an awkward skip in a movie where you miss some important dialogue and then don't understand why the characters are leaving the house suddenly.
I wasn't the only RPer rather confused by your post. It only takes a sentence or two to explain traveling between scenes.
Anyways, I'm not trying to come across as overly stern or w/e. Just wanted to offer a friendly critique, especially since I got confused by your post as a result.

OMG guysguysguysguys! One of my beekeeping idols just contacted me!! Dude runs this blog that I read page for page when I first started researching bees. Guy is amazing because he thinks like both a scientist and a beekeeper, definitely a mentality we need, as there's a big disconnect between the two that needs to go. Anyway, his blog really helped me get things into perspective when I was starting out. I've got a lot of respect for him.
I just just submitted my first article for publishing and they made a preprint to put online (so my stuff's not even technically published yet) and he read it! And thought it was good enough to personally tell me.
