Realistic or Modern Love, Live, Life

"....what?" I was taken aback by what Ashtin just told me. I mean, yeah we were all pretty busy and college was crazy, but the times I did see her she seemed fine. Distant, but fine. Now...she told me this? Wait...'she kept this from me?' I thought. Before I jumped to anything I had to ask.

"Why Ashtin??" @X3 Infernal Infinity

Lindsey

She was glad to hear that at least someone didn't think she was a complete idiot. Lindsey snuggled into Taisuke and continued to watch TV. It was comforting having a friend with her and knowing that Tai was their for her was really comforting. Even if they all lashed out at her for being stupid, she felt like she could count on Tai to back her up if needed. She didn't like splitting up into sides, but she didn't want to be on defense all on her own. Besides she was almost certain that she wasn't the only one with secrets.

"My fucking parents..."

She had moved from messing around in her hair and instead was playing with one of the many rings in her ear. Her fingers slid the silvery hoop around almost absently. Tilting her head back she took a long pull off her cigarette before dropping both hand to her lap. She exhaled slowly the silver cloud. Bri was probably pissed at her for not saying anything about it. But Ash hadn't wanted to think of those months much less speak about them. She sighed softly. The few times she'd been out were times when her aunt had come to take her out for a few short hours.

"Didn't really have any say in the matter either Bri..."

He knew the cocky side of Tai, he was always cocky, but he held a love for the pack, like him. Hurt them and you hurt me. He knew he had anger against that person.. James never was a normal teenager, he never spoke to his friends with the truth. His father is was a ''mafia'' member. James took those steps, he went to sell drugs. He still did, until some months ago, when they put his family at the risk. He has killed countless people, be it for business. He simply didn't know what to when Lindsey arrived. Bri got mad at James for bringing the topic, who knows what will happen when the person came. He could try and defend her, or let her rot in the truth. His head was a tangled web right now.

Ash was messing in her hair and playing with her hoops. She was nervous, I seen all the key signs. I let out a short, but exasperated breath. "But...why didn't you tell my Ashtin?" I take my hands and begin to rub her shoulders "And you have to be more specific, don't shut me out Ash...why exactly were you forced to go?" I stood gazing into her eyes, my gray-blue eyes searching for her answer.

James checked his phone, it was 5 pm. The hour he had been ''waiting'' for. The hour that will probably change the pack on forward, the one will probably end up at the beating of the idiot boyfriend of Lindsey. ((that means we've been eating breakfast for 6 hours lol xD if it's already 5))

Taisuke just sat there smiling keeping his arm around Lindsey he didn't know what to do or say so he just sat there watching TV with Lindsey he wanted to protect her and if that meant leaving the group which he hoped it wouldn't he would since if everyone ganged up on Lindsey one little mistake could mean the same for him and what type of friends would they be.

((I was thinking the same thing that time skip was at a bad time.))

Blake was awake before his alarm could tell him to do so. 6am on the dot. He rubbed the sleep from his eyes and stretched his body out, his toned muscles rippling under his tanned skin as he did so. His green eyes mapped the room out as he stood; a few boxes still stacked unpacked in the corner and a couple more littered his path to his en-suite.

As he showered he thought up his plan for the day. Get mother her morning pills and breakfast, do some work in the garden and then maybe get a feel for the area. Blake and his mother moved into the area after living in a squalid apartment. Blake managed to get enough money together to move himself and his mother out of the damp, cockroach infested apartment building. Although this new house was a definite upgrade there was certainly a lot of work that needed to be put in.

After Blake dried himself off he threw on a pair of jeans and boots and headed into the kitchen. His mother had once again fallen asleep on the couch, last night he had draped a blanket over her, and this morning she had barely moved. At around 8am he prepared her toast with coffee and gently awoke her. Her soft smile that showed gratitude meant that no words needed to pass through them. He dispensed her medication, grabbed his mug of coffee, and stepped outside into the bright warmth of the day.

Blake lent his shoulder on the porch post and gazed across the yard. It had been some time since this garden had seen some attention and he couldn't help but raise an eyebrow at the work needed. As Blake sipped his coffee he couldn't help but notice two young women sitting on a porch next door, they looked deep in conversation however and Blake thought that, unless they made the first move, he would save the introductions until later.

Nick and James relation isn't really for a conversation..

I'll just go afk until you guys use me in any conversation :P

"Weil ich den Kampf verloren..."

Ash chuckled darkly tossing her bang from her eyes and taking another hit of her cigarette. She turned her head aside after a moment to avoid blowing the smoke directly into Aubria's face. After a moment she sighed and decided that she would have to open up to her best friend, at least partially. So she told her about the end of senior year. About how her parents had made her move back in with them. About how her dad and mom had constantly berated her for her choices, talked bad about her friends, kept her from her music. How after a while she had gotten fed up, had gotten so tired of fighting the constant anger that she had snapped and went berserk, throwing knives and dishes and books, pretty much any and everything she could get her hands on and doing as much damage as she could. Two of the knives had hit her dad. So her parents had given her one choice. She either check in to the psych ward or she went to jail. She had chose the former and spent six months of her life in a living hell of therapy and drugs. For the second time.

| xD I think we're gonna hit the official time skip shortly so if you and Tai are gonna get any more bunned up I suggest ya do it soon yea... THE MEETING TIME APPROACHETH...!|

"Oh......" I just stood there, looking at Ash. I knew things were bad between her and her parents but not like this. I see why padre looked at Ash like he did, her dad probably told him all kinds of things.

"Ashtin look at me, don't EVER. EVER withdain any information like that from me. You can tell me anything girl...." I look at her with a face showing she doesn't have to close me off. It was a big shock to me. My Ash? In a ward? Didn't seem right at all, it sort of threw me off a bit, but yet again I could care less. We all go through shit. I still loved her, and the only reason I was upset was because I couldn't go through it with her.

I hug Ash tight as I can

"Your German is terrible still... Danke Bri... But seriously we have to work on that German..."

Ash laughed slipping down from the railing and ruffling Aubria's hair. If only she had known the girl the first time she went in. She would have had something to look forward to. It just strengthened her resolve for what needed to be done today. Hooking arms with Bri she put her cigarette out and headed back inside with her bestfriend in tow. She kept dragging her until they made it to the living room where she flopped onto the couch, grabbing the remote. Turning it on she decided to hit the Netflix route, picking out her most favorite show ever. Her phone showed that it was nearly one o'clock. A few more hours before everyone was supposed to get here. There was only one thing she could do to think of passing the time.

"Oi you lames in the dining room...bring the bacon and get your butts in here... Let's watch Ridiculousness..."

The heat of the day was started to rise and Blake could feel himself heating up, glad that he did not bother to put a shirt on. He placed his now empty mug on the porch and stepped onto the lawn, picking his way through the tall grass, thorns and nettles to reach the shed that contained the mower. The previous owners said they would leave one for them, but from the looks of this mower it is doubtful even they used it more than twice. Despite the cobwebs and lack of gas, it seemed to be in pretty good form.

Blake dragged the mower from it's dwelling, small beads of sweat already forming on his forehead and collarbones. He disappeared briefly and returned with a container of gas. Careful as he did so, he poured the fuel into the mower, dumped the canister to one side and started pulling on the start-up rope. The mower made some awful noises as it choked to life and the motor soon turned over and started.

By the time he had the yard in any sort of presentable condition, sweat was rolling over his toned body. He dumped himself down on the porch and checked the time.

"Well I be damned.." He could not help but mutter as he realised the time was hitting mid-afternoon. He went through the back door to check on his mother. He smiled when he saw her knitting away. She was having more good days than bad days recently and Blake knew that soon everything will be better.

After a small chat with her he grabbed a cold beer from the fridge, parked his bottom on the back porch, and congratulated himself with the progress of the yard.

James heard the words of Ash, he got up and ran to the couch and threw himself onto it. He sat down and just stared at her moving around with Netflix.

((They're just friends...I think xP ))

Lindsey

Lindsey continued watching cartoons rather quietly. She wasn't in the mood to criticize the lack of a reasonable plot or the lack or decent lines. It's seemed like hours had passed, before Lindsey stood up and headed to the kitchen to grab a glass of water. She was waiting for the clock to strike 5 and get the meeting over with. Anxiety was bubbling under her and she didn't like it. When she was finished with her glass of water Lindsey returned to the living room and took her seat on the couch frowning that the stupid cartoon with the blue bird looking thing still wasn't finished.
