Lindsey smiled with her eyes closed, "Ice cream sounds pleasant! Still remember what I like to order? " Lindsey opened her eyes and turned to face Taisuke who was driving. She felt like such a little girl at the moment, but she didn't know if that was a good thing or a bad thing. Lindsey closed her eyes again and began to image what Ash could possibly have in store for them. She pictured a dark room with a single light shinning down on a chair. A person from the group would be sitting down and Ash, dressed as a hot police officer, would be interrogating. Asking questions until they confessed all of their secrets. The thought of being questioned scared Lindsey, but picturing Ash in a police outfit was rather appealing, not that she was into her...anymore.

Ash clucked to herself as her phone vibrated in her pocket. She huffed pulling it out to check the text seeing it was from Lin. Well it looked like her and Tai were on the way. Ash sighed sitting up and hitting the pause button on the remote. She cast a glance at James who seemed to be off in his own world with a Coke in hand. Shaking her head she went into the kitchen and made herself a mixed drink of Coke and vodka. Glancing out the window she spotted Aubria talking to a guy next door...and he was freaking hot. Her eyes narrowed as she went out the back door and walked up to Bri, tossing her arm around her shoulder. Leaning in so only she can hear her she whispered the word sploosh before turning to smile at the new guy.


"Guten Tag! Nice to meet you... I'm Ashtin..."

I had never blushed so hard at Ash's entrance. She was something else. I look up at Blake. "This is my sister...well might as well say my sister Ashtin" I cover my internal naggings with a nice smile. I knew I'd hear about this later on.

"Nice to meet you, Aubria!" Blake smiled and relaxed his pose. He met her handshake and he felt how soft her hands were compared to his farm hands.


"Your accent.. Wow." He said as he met her eyes with his. He suddenly remembered his place and cleared his throat. "We're from Texas, but suddenly my accent is not that impressive. If that is not rude to say so, I mean. Where are you from?"


Do not make a mule out of yourself, Blake. She is most likely taken. Besides, look at the state of you. You should probably start scrubbing yourself up abit more. Okay Blake.. do not fuck this up.





The sudden interruption through him off guard slightly. Two hot young women. Next door. Maybe it was not so bad here after all.

Tiasuke began to think he couldn't remember what she order so he was just going to attempt to wing it. "Hmm Chocolate chip or something Chocolatey by any chance." It was a one in god knows how many chance but he took it remembering her liking chocolate may have helped this they were already close to their normal ice cream shop. He parked up nearby since they was no space in the car park.

I felt his big, firm hands against mine, impressed by his grip. My hands were so delicate and tiny I can see why he swallowed them with his. "Well Blake I'm originally from Lincoln, Illinois but my parents moved here when I was 15. And nahh, my accent isn't much of anything... just a latina plus british twist. Common right?" I laugh at the terrible attempt at a joke. I look over to Ash.

Ash tried to fight a giggle as Bri blushed. She was going to get a whole earful later for not giving her the alert on the very attractive and practically shirtless southerner next door. But at the moment she simply smiled at the male who had introduced himself as Blake. She tilted her head before snorting at Aubria's terrible joke.


"Most people around here have an accent... You'll get used to it after a while... Es ist ein Vergnügen, Sie zu treffen Niedlichkeit... I'm half German by the way so if I start speaking German and you get confused ask and I'll switch back to straight English yea..."

"Close! Very close actually. Chocolate Ice cream with chocolate chips and hot fudge" Lindsey's mouth began to water at the thought of her triple chocolate ice cream. It was a load of sugar, but she could worry about diabetes at a late time. Right now she just wanted to get a spoon full of ice cream in her mouth and taste the deliciousness of chocolate.

"We don't have time to eat inside sadly." Taisuke said as he got out of the car. "You want to come with me or are you just going to stay inside." Taisuke asked running around to the passenger car door waiting for an answer.

"And risk you eating my ice cream? Not a chance. Lindsey sat up and climbed out of the car with a chuckle and a smile on her face. She headed towards the ice cream shop and stared at all the tubs of ice cream as if she had no idea what she wanted. Every time Lindsey had wanted to try a new flavor she ended up talking herself out of it and getting the same old. She wondered if the person behind the counter was still the same guy that had been there before, but sadly he had been replaced by someone else.

Lindsey waited for Taisuke to order because she was still mentally debating on trying something new or going with the same even though she knew what the end results would be.

Taisuke laughed and followed Lindsey inside. Taisuke walked up to the guy behind the counter which sadly wasn't there old friend from before maybe he left or got promoted Taisuke would never know. "One scoop of plain vanilla please and what ever the Missy wants." Taisuke said pulling out his wallet and putting some money in front of the guy he then pointed to Lindsey to show which "Missy" he was talking about.

Lindsey approached the guy with a worried look on her face, "I want to try the coconut one...no the rocky mountain... no no no coconut...no rocky mountain...no coconut....Mountain...ugh I'll just have chocolate, with chocolate chips and fudge." Lindsey felt defeated by the ice cream choices. Having so much ice cream in one place wasn't healthy. Lindsey grabbed her cone with a frown of defeat, but it quickly turned into a smile once she started eating her ice cream.

I look at Ash laughing at my joke, and then I look to Blake standing over us. I could tell he was nervous, I look between him and Ash as a brief moment of silence followed...

Taisuke nodded his head laughing as he took his cone. "Keep the change." He said before turning to face Lindsey . "You was planning to pick that one from the start wasn't you." Taisuke said as he exited the shop and began heading to his car with a wide smile on his face. "This is just like high school." He muttered as he started to eat his ice cream.

"Was not! She said in a childish tone, but knowing that it was probably true. Lindsey trailed behind him smiling like a little girl. "No if it was just like high school I would have done this..." Lindsey skipped next to him and, before he could stop her, she pushed his hand up slightly making him dirty his nose with his ice cream. Lindsey laughed and ran to the car so he wouldn't catch her.

Taisuke moved his hand back and just laughed should have seen that coming he said wiping his nose with his arm before quickly making his way back to the car. He leaned against the drives seat door with a smile on his face turning to face Lindsey. "Cute real cute." He said still eating his ice cream.

"Thank you! It's a gift." Lindsey resumed her position of leaning back and kicking her feet up. She ate her ice cream in silence for the rest of the drive to Aubri's house trying to focus solely on the chocolate goodness in front of her and not on the drama that was about to happen.

"Ah but silly me... I came out here to tell you that Tai and Lin were on there way..."


Ash shrugged taking another long drink from her cup before running a hand through her hair. Blake seemed to be either really shy or at a genuine loss for words. Still Ash had no idea when the two missing pack members would finally show and then they could get this unofficial meeting thing out of the way. The sooner the better in her mind, since she intended to get very pleasantly plastered afterwards.

Taisuke finishes his ice cream and begins to drive to Aubri's house and makes it there fast. He parks up in the same spot he did the night before and turns to face Lindsey. "You ready?" He asked knowing the others could be "out for blood" in a sense.

"Ahh, okay cool. I guess...we head inside yeah?" I say to Ash. I had almost forgotten about the little intervention. I swiftly turn back to Blake "Well Blake I have to get going we have this thing in my house a lot of friends are coming over and.....yeah, so uhm it was a pleasure meeting you! Welcome to the neighborhood and I guess I will talk to you later!"


I slowly walk backwards to the front door as Ash follows. "Freaking sploosh indeed...." I whisper to Ash. I enter my home again to see the men still chilling in the same spots. @Arrow @X3 Infernal Infinity @EclipseRising @Keiser @Timv9

" As ready as I'll ever be." Lindsey finished her ice cream and got out from the car noticing Aubri and Ash were outside with a guy she'd never met. Aubri was making her way inside being followed by Ash. Right at that moment Lindsey really wished for a drink, just to make the events of the afternoon go by a little easier, but all would turn out well...hopefully.

Ash giggled softly shaking her head as they walked back into the house. She shook her head, topping off her drink before heading back in to the living room. On the way she spotted Tai's car parked outside, which meant he and Lindsey were finally here. She consulted the screen of her phone for a moment before shoving it back in her pocket. Grabbing the plate of bacon she went back into the living room and settled herself on a cushion on the floor, sitting Indian style as always. She flicked her hair back over her shoulder with one hand.


"Oi...seems like everyone's here then..."

Taisuke turned off the ignition and got out of the car, walked around to the other side of the car and tapped Lindsey on the shoulder as a sign of support. He then noticed Aubri making her way inside being followed by Ash. Taisuke then began to heading towards the house looking back at Lindsey every so often he knocked on the front door and waited for someone to answer.
