He grunts and slowly gets up from the couch. He grabs his plate, holding his last pancake and walks to the table. He sits down and starts eating slowly again.

Taisuke finished cleaning the dishes and just left them to dry on the drainboard before heading towards the spare room and knocking on the door when he got there. "You decent?" Taisuke asked waiting by the door.

 

[Arael]

Austin grabbed his plate, slowly moved over to the table, sits down and starts eating "so whats this meeting about? " he asked trying to start conversation and get an answer to his own question.

 

[X3 Infernal Infinity]

Ash chuckles softly making herself a plate as she hears Aubria go back into the living room and, being her summarily bossy self, order everyone in to the dining room for a family breakfast. Looking at the plates stacked with pancakes, eggs, and bacon she realized that she may have once again cooked a bit to much. She shrugged grabbing the extra food, balancing plates on her arm like she did whenever she was at work and things got to busy and carried them into the dining room, sliding them on to the table, before fetching her own plate. Sitting it on the table she pulled the scrunchy from her hair, letting it fall back around her shoulders. Setting her phone down beside her plate she perched lazily in her seat.


"Alright fools eat til you pop or something... I think I over cooked again and this is going to be the nicest you all might see me today... And Austin you and everyone else will find out when everyone is here... Don't ruin the cheerfulness too early or you'll regret it..."

 

[Keiser]

James was quite full with those pancakes. He never ate much, his stomach was really tiny, so he never had a time where there was too little food or something similar, but, some words made him frown in confusion ''you and everyone else will find out when everyone is here... Don't ruin the cheerfulness too early or you'll regret it..." He thinks a bit about it. ''Uh... what does that mean Ash? Are we gonna do something special?''

I finally had time to make me a plate and sit down with the rest of the crew. Ash brought the food in the dining room and I stacked my plate. It was so much extra because I hadn't made my food yet. I sit beside Austin and I respond to the convo

Lindsey

Lindsey snapped out of her self pity trance when Tai knocked on the door. She placed the phone behind her and pretended to have been fixing the bed all along. "Yeah!" She yelled back at Tai through the closed door just as she was spreading the sheets evenly on the bed. She picked up the pillow, began to fluff them, and place them neatly on the bed.

He got mad, since they didn't answer his question. He started chewing a bit harder, when these words, that had him thinking, came out of his mouth. ''I don't know guys, if i'm over exagerating what Lindsey do, but, she had an abusive boyfriend, for years. She knew he was, and she still abandoned the kids who were with her all her life for him? Do you guys think she had a reason? You simply can't be that ''blinded'' by love.''

"James! I said no! We'll talk about this LATER." I definitely understood where James was coming from. No way you leave the pack for someone who did that to you, THEN do it behind our backs!? Nuh uh....BUT I understood Lin. Love makes you crazy, makes you emotional. I wasn't mad because she did it, but because she did it behind our backs, to a man that beat her.

Taisuke opened the door and walked in. "My shirt looks nice on you so you can keep it." Taisuke said smiling looking at Lindsey. "Right anyway i'm going to get a shower now if you need anything just get it no need to ask you should be able to guess where everything is that okay with you."

 

[Keiser]

He stops chewing and looks at Bri. ''You didn't have to scream at me Bri. You know i have a spot for when people scream at me.''


He sighs. He HATED when people screamed at him, and Bri knew it very well. ''What did you guys do in the time we weren't together?''

Austin patted bri on her back she was getting all worked up over nothing "calm down sheila don't get all excited now" he said quietly as he turned and faced her.

Lindsey

Lindsey blushed at Tai's compliment. She liked the shirt even if it was a bit loose on her. "That's fine...Thanks again Tai for everything." Lindsey walked around the room for a bit and the settled on going to the living room and watching cartoons. She wasn't really a fan of them, but she needed something funny to liven her mood. Lindsey sat on the couch with her legs close to her chest while Tai going ready. Although the cartoons were the last thing on her mind. Lindsey kept thinking about Philip. She wondered what she had done to him to make him so mad. Not just yesterday, but before. She didn't even remember when was the first time he raised her voice at him. Had she done something to stop him back then and things wouldn't have gotten out of hand. Lindsey then remembered her arm. She lifted the sleeves on the shirt and let out a sigh in relief, there were no bruises from where he had grabbed her last night, not even the faint yellowish tint that appeared before the bruise. She was glad there was no sign of yesterday on her. Lindsey took a deep breath and tried to concentrate on Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck.

"I'm sorry James..." I plead to him as AJ pats & rubs my back, I look at AJ and I smile at him. "Well I finished my freshman year on the dean's list and obviously you know how swimming went....made some new friends...thought I'd see old ones" I say side eyeing Austin, but not wanting to start anything.

Ash cut her pancakes, forcing her expression to remain placid, forcing herself to keep calm. She cut a chunk out of her chocolate chip pancakes, lifted it to her mouth, chewed, and swallowed. She didn't want to think about Lindsey, or Philip, or any of the other pack related craziness until later, until everyone was here. For now she just wanted to enjoy being around her friends. At the question of what they had all been up to while they were apart, Ash froze. She knew the others had been in college for the past six months. She however had been completely unreachable, like she had almost literally disappeared. The few times she did see any of them were rare and so short lived she never got a chance to talk. Realizing she wasn't hungry she pushed her plate away. Standing she ran upstairs to Bri's room to grab her violin and her smokes. Tossing herself on the couch she grabbed her violin and slipped it in to place beneath her chin. Closing her eyes she breathed, letting her fingers do there work along the strings.

Austin smiled at her comment "well then I guess you should be excited" he said as he finished eating his arm still wrapped around her as he looked over at Ash who started playing her violin he knew she played but he never got the chance to hear her.

James just ate, since all Austin was doing was kissing Bri's toes. So he paid no attention to him. He was too busy thinking about what he would say or what would happen with Lindsey, even tough she again, came and left without saying goodbye or anything. She only left with Tai. He felt hate and something against her, he still wasn't sure.

"Ash...?" I looked at my bestie run upstairs and come back down and start playing the violin in the living room. I wanted to get up and ask her what was up but something told me to just sit and listen. I devour my pancakes, eggs, and bacon like a goblin as I listen to the serene music from Ashtin. It calmed me, made me think of the Pack days when we were all loving and airtight. I embrace AJ's touch a bit while I eat and listen to the beautiful playing.

Ash was glad for the chance to be alone in the living room. She didn't want anyone seeing her, or talking to her at the moment. She just wanted to play her violin for a moment. It had become a habit lately, running to her music when she felt like exploding instead. Her fingers worked the strings, playing the sonata by ear and by memory, a skill that had made her instructors both praise and berate her. For six months though her violin was the only company she had and by now she new ever string by heart, she knew how to get it to make the sound she wanted and create the feeling she desired. When she was done the piece she drew the bow across the strings on last time. Rubbing the back of her hand across her eyes she was surprised a bit to feel that her face was damp. Shaking a cigarette out of the pack and in to her palm she breezed through the living room and out on the back porch, lighting her cigarette as she went, keeping her gaze down to keep anyone from noticing that the area under her eyes and her nose were pink. She hated crying.

Taisuke smiled and walked out of the room and into his own room then into his room's bathroom. He took his clothing off and switched on the shower stepping into it. He got washed and washed his hair before quickly getting out. He got one of his towels and dried himself off and got changed into a white red bull shirt with a pair of jeans and a watch. He then headed into the living room and saw Lindsey watching cartoons. "I didn't know you still watch cartoons." He said sarcastically as he jumped over the couch and sat next to Lindsey.

I applause at the performance by Ash. "Yayyyy!!!!" I then see her dart out to my back porch with a cig in her hand. I knew what that meant. I raise form the chair and begin to walk outside to join her. "I'll be back guys."


Outside I see Ash looking discontent and unsettled. I approach her and raise her face to look at me. "You talk..." @X3 Infernal Infinity

Nick sat at the table not saying much. He was thinking about what aubria had said to him. He decided he should just not worry about it right now and just enjoy the time with his friends. Nick sat there eating his breakfast.

Lindsey

"Neither did I. I can't really believe kids watch this. There's so many sexual innuendos in theses shows they should be rated R. Lindsey had gone from watching Looney Tunes to some weird show that was on Cartoon Network. She had sworn to herself over and over that if she ever had children she wouldn't let them watch any of this garbage. Lindsey shifted her weight and leaned her against Tai's shoulder. "Tai...what I did last night...Was it really that bad?"

Ash sighed, as she glanced at Bri. She knew she couldn't just blow her off, she was way to persistent for that to ever work. Instead she just moved to sit on the porch railing. Lighting the cigarette she took a long drag running her hand through her hair. She didn't really know how to start. It wasn't something she had considered talking about with anyone. She hadn't even wanted to talk about it with her aunt when she had first come home. She just wanted to get back to her life as it had once been. It had worked at home and at the tea shop. Things hadn't changed there. But with the pack. Everything was so different, so much worse, that she couldn't deny the past six months. Exhaling the soft cloud of silver smoke she ran her hand through her hair once again.


"I spent the last six months in the psych ward..."

Taisuke sighed he knew he thought differently from the rest of the group but he was going to say it anyway. "In my opinion no it wasn't bad you loved him even if he treated you like rubbish, even if you left you're friends for him you still loved him and love makes people do stupid things so you can't be at fault that's what I think anyway the others may not." Taisuke said as he put a comforting smile on his face and put his arm around her to try and comfort her.
