So much of the nostalgia people have for them is misplaced imo lol. They didn't get along and they had a pretty bad dynamic. Kakashi was an irresponsible teacher. So much wrong with it. Despite how entertaining it was to watch them fall apart like a daytime soap

i hate that the anime and mangatry to play it off like they've been friends the whole time or they were destined or whatever despite the fact these two have squabbled the whole time. Kakashi only invested in Sasuke which greatly hindered Naruto and Sakura
I liked manga Danzo better. Anime Danzo was just reaching for the worst person of all time award

Naruto and Sakura only got to be good friends after Sasuke left. (And they had a lot more chemistry than any other combo in that trio.) And Sasuke even got along with Taka/Hebi better than he ever did with team 7. I wanted to see him interact with Juugo more in particular
Same with Naruto. His clan was wiped out by Konoha. His mother's clan was wiped out by the village he and she swore to protect
I'm sayin'! Sasuke overall was just bringing him down, because they themselves were bring him down. Team Taka helped him when he couldn't go through it alone, and really, they only joice him out of obligation, but the fact they were willing to go so far as to die for him despite him basically dragging them into the situation in the first place, i could tell Sasuke appreciated them even though he never verbally said he did
For the most part, he looked out for them. Except when he almost killed Karin lol. He's my favorite character but that doesn't mean he's not a stupid bitch,,,

Right. Technically, his hatred should be towards his uncle but ofcourse, he can't touch him, so Hinata was technically the default because Amegakure wanted her the whole time

Was wild matching Sasuke up with a character like Killer B, but Killer B is mad skilled at distraction and making his opponents underestimate him, and Sasuke fully fell for it and got stung lol. Taka rocked up in their new Akatsuki gear and literally limped away lmao
