I haven't gone into it yet, but a little spoiler for Mika's story, he's always admired Skyla's willingness to get constantly stronger. That's mainly what he's talking about when said 'Skyla's amazing'.

I'll get more in depth to it later but yeah, Mika let his feelings slip out a bit, obviously lol

I may make internal Mika a bigger part of his character if I feel it flows well with his story xD
