I'm a little confused. I thought there was gonna be the dragon interaction with Kaius and Rayya that just ended, and then the next day there was gonna be the much bigger dragon attack where their side and Finch's side we're gonna get involved. That's why we were coordinating them.

That the point, it's an invasion. Not all invasions are supposed to be broadcast or known about.
I understand that it'd be that way for the characters, since most have no idea who the Death Knight is, didn't know it'd be for us as well though. I get what you're saying though.
That was with the dragon attack that was supposed to happen though. I don't think we ever planned anything for the invasion
Around page 136-138 I mention both the attacks as probe attacks and the fact there will only be one dragon attacking cause the dragon who revived the dragon that attacked left.
I remember you talking about probe attacks and an invasion later, but what I'm saying is there was never a set time for that to happen, at least I don't remember there being one. It was just kind of up in the air as a thing that was gonna happen eventually, but we didn't know when. But with the dragon attacks we said Kaius and Rayya would have their little interaction, and then the next day when everyone rested up, there would be a much larger dragon attack on Ironshire. Again, that's why we were trying to coordinate Kaius and Rayya's side to Finch, Joker, and Serana's side, so they could all be involved in that battle. That one was the actual set one, but the invasion never got actually set. But I guess that falls in line with you springing it on us at any moment so we're just as surprised as our characters.

It's no problem. I, too, remembered that there was going to be a part where Lloyd and Aiko join up with the Finch/Joker/Serana group, then there'd be the attack. But for me, replacing that with the invasion doesn't really make it impossible for the event to happen. I could instead of Lloyd evacuate people during the invasion.I'm sorry

Well yeah, nothing's stopping that. They can just seek out the smith in the chaos of the attack.
I remember that Lloyd was going to take civilians in the slums to hide out at the blacksmith while the attack was happening, possibly making it like a safe house while everything's going down. And then Finch would be impressed at the work he was doing and kind of adopt him as his apprentice.
