It was intentionally not meant to pop out much, though I do think the lightning scar bit makes it a bit obvious that that's not just some throwaway line added for detail lol

Oh yeah, they don't. Honestly, I think I might have Finch just think Joker's name is actually Joker. Kind of goes with the fact that Finch is named after a bird, and he sprouts feathers all over his body. He's used to the irony so he'd just think Joker's parents named him that after they found out he was a jokester.
