Just a subtle way to show their difference regarding Emmerly. Sebastian has always referred to the Cabrera's using 'it' to show that he doesn't even think of them as people. While Albert actually thinks of Emmerly as a person and a child, and questions the morality surrounding the whole thing.

Do you think she'd be able to tell the power level from the Cabrera's monster form? Or just what form they're in currently?

It's possible. It would be an unfamiliar scent, so she'd need a few moments to gather more scent on it but, given time, I think she could.

Her nose isn't as developed as Kumii's would be. Kumii most definitely would be able to get the beast's power level within a few seconds.
