Kevin nodded. Salad and uncooked ramen equals good combo. He didn't exactly have a salad he could eat his ramen with currently, so it was kinda unimportant at the moment, but maybe bringing some salad or lettuce or something green would be better than a thing of hot water anyways.
He blinked when Rufus kissed him, and though it took him a second to process he was being kissed, he did eventually lean into it, keeping it quick and chaste. "Nah, I'm fine," he said afterwards, deciding that he'd just let the drinking comment go. Kevin wasn't really in the mood for most people, and explaining something was where he'd put the line for now.
He'd figure it out when he didn't drink anything at the party that night anyways.
Speaking of party, as Rufus ran his hand through his hair after yet another kiss- so much attention, how did anyone ever get used to this?- he made sure to add, "Don't forget to talk to Jessi," before the other left.
By now it seemed most people had left the cafeteria, which he guessed made sense when he looked up at the clock. Class was starting soonish and he wasn't hungry enough for ramen, cooked or uncooked, anyways, he might as well start on his way to class.
He grabbed his bag and left the not-so-crowded-anymore cafeteria leisurely, observing the different things the few people in the halls were doing as he went towards his class, which was mostly talking, something that was pretty boring when it wasn't something worthy of being whispered so that you couldn't hear it anyways.
Then someone flew down the hall and Kevin was pretty sure he caught a breeze as they went past. He wondered what would cause someone to run like that when they weren't late to class. He thought about it as he continued on his way to class, coming up with several reasons of varying likeliness and sense.
The same thing as before
