Not really. you should be able to handle these things pretty effectively with your power set. In addition there may be some help nearby if your able to find the Small town about 72 Miles east. In the opposite direction of the league but no matter, MM likely doesnt even know where they are so he wouldnt be too far.
Plus if we are being honest thats not a flight you couldnt make. 87,000 miles is like 1/3rd the distance to the moon. Which does speak to how big this place is. Just the 87,000 miles between you and The three leaguers is about eight times the width of the earth... Roughly 3 1/2 times its diameter.

Well i actually had a theory about that.
What if instead of draining a kryptonians power kryptonite in this world generated a radition that actually ignored the powers altogether and effected them normally. For example kryptonite wouldnt turn supemans powers off but a battlesuit laced with kryptonite couldnt be broken by him and would beat him to a pulp. It's almost like a magic source in this world as the energy it generates can do the same thing so a kryptonite laser wouldnt just weaken superman, it would actually do some pretty hefty damage to him. This explains you having powers but still having lasting damaging effects.
Also another thing to consider, your character would be stronger than Kara by a good margin and able to match and eventually surpass clark. You see the Zod's were soldiers, and El's scientists. Since kryptonians were fans of both the cast system and Genetic manipulation it stands to reason that the soldiers would be physically superior, wheras the scientists would be intellectually superior.

I'll allow the Dream based powers on the condition that one can only summon one at a time, the summons must be set no making up new beings each time so you'll need a list, and lastly there must be some drawback to the ability, like it needs to be draining or otherwise set up so she cant just spam "kryptonian" tier foes at people.

Hmm... ... ... An effective draining mechanic... How about every time she does it consecutively a day, the shorter the time span they show up. Like normally it's for ten minutes, then next time (one day) it's five, then 2 and 1/2 , then 1.75 , then if it's done any more it will only be for 1 second.
Would you recommend two other limitations if those aren't enough ?

- I wasn't planning on her spamming it... And I believed based on the Origin I mentioned how only "1" entity shows up from her dreams... But okay, it is only one, and no she can't spam it. It's only 1 per every dream... And for the most part I felt that it is balanced also by the fact that she's pretty much immobile, and most smart enemies who learn about it won't just let her do it in the middle of fighting.

Also sorry if it came off as accusational i wasnt trying to say you would Spam the powers usage, that that the capacity shouldnt be there for it.
As for the being immobile. Thays optional. I personalky think it would be cool if the one who dreams it up could still run around and do things.
Last question are you opposed to making the charactee a teen titan? I have a sub-plot to play out with them and the Red Queen

Like seeing her ride into battle on the Unicorn and or teamups with the dreams (once she's battle trained at least) , or maybe some coaching from the sidelines.
While your suggestion for her joining the Teen Titans is phenomenal... My main question is how would she be introduced into the Teen Titans in the first place ? She takes pills specifically to make sure her powers don't work and that she can't "daydream"... And even if I introduce Raven the only way she'd know is if both were placed in a situation where the powers were needed.

Perhaps the provider of the pills suggested it when it reached a point where the dosage has to keep going up to work. Initially she was being monitored by the league but with the league scrambled like they are, they sent you to the titans for training and further monitoring
