One thing i worry about with your martian. The fusion power. That needs some heavy restrictions like it needs to be mutual between the fusing parties AND your martian needs to be the catalyst.

Messing with supes mind may be hard, and also very dangerous. He is already having identity issues and Kinda developing a god complex on account of his growing power.

Also blood magic ManyFaces thats your own blood right? Utilizing anothers body is not allowed.

If you've ever watched Full Metal Alchemist he's essentially making Chimeras. I'd say to be fair he'd need to be at almost touching distance to merge the bodies together. I say bodies because no living thing is going to stay still long enough to be fused. If he ever did it with something alive it'd need to be marked down with his own blood first and only primitive or animal level intelligence.
I'd also say he can only do the magic with his own blood or through special sacrificial dagger through killing, I'd add the dagger to his tech. The blood magic works only through sacrifice so it seems fair at least to me. I'd also say while not adept at healing in the slightest he could clot others wounds or reset bones if asked.

Tundra beasts are no joke in this world.
Standing in at about 13ft tall amd possessing about a third the strength of Superman, augmented by thermal "vision", a powerful healing factor, Extreme durability, and a hive mind...did i mention they are pack hunters who usually form groups of between 8 & 20. They are also pretty smart, able to use stealth, coordination, and basic fighting techniques such as fake outs, and playing dead. Their sense of smell can track targets from dozens of miles away. A danger for any superpowered alien
