That's a very very good question. I'm not quite sure what universes are still active, someone as bizarre as Pepsi-man would probably have an interesting experience in Gravity Falls.
Yet i'm probably going to drop him off in the most popular spot which looks to be the Ultraverse. He'd blend in 'somewhat' because of his superhero/mutant status. There's quite a few universes

You were talking about invading an arc previously, and I thought it would be a good arc unto itself.
