Hiya, everyone! I'm here courtesy of a certain someone (you know who you aaaare), and this roleplay looks incredibly interesting. I'm a sucker for panfandom. 
I'd love to make a character for this, and if y'all could nudge me in the right direction of the best way to jump in, that would be wonderful!
A question: how would a ghost character fare in the RP? I don't wish to make anything too overpowered, and there would probably have to be some way to make it possible for her to "die," but a character I've really had a muse for is Mima.
If it's too much of a problem to implement, I'd be happy to choose from my dozens of other characters.~ Either way, thank you in advance, and I hope we can get roleplaying soon!

Hello, hello! Glad to see you guys dropped by! Do either of you have Discord, by any chance? It's actually fine if you don't—it just acts like an extended OOC chat. It might be a lot easier to fill you guys in on the details there.

Haha, funny you should ask about what's OP and what not. This might be an uncommon concept, but character power accuracy is actually something we're striving to keep in this rp. I'm actually trying to make Gensokyo and the Otherworlds of the Touhouverse relevant in the grand scheme of the rp (and I consider myself to be pretty good at knowing the canon power levels of a lot of Touhou characters). There's a planned Touhou arc in the future, but nothing's set in stone for it yet. Mima is completely fine if Yuyuko, Minamitsu, and other incorporeal characters are also going to play a part in the future. Heck, I'm playing Rumia in one of the arcs at the moment, and the Scarlet Devil Mansion cast was originally going to act as the antagonist for an arc that unfortunately got scrapped. TL;DR more Touhou is welcome.
Mainline SMT is also planned to be used in the future, but none of us are knowledgeable enough about the franchise to actually portray it correctly. Your OC looks good already, so I'm sure he'll be accepted in no time. If you can play canon's on top of that, then that's just a bonus!

On another note, nice to hear Meems won't be an issue then. I hope the Touhou arc ends up happening. If you need any help with filling characters for that foreseeable future, I have a lot of experience playing... well, pretty much all the relevant ones. And PC-98. I'm weird; I love PC-98. But I'd be happy to help if you need it.
I'm going to work on Mima's sheet tonight, and hopefully it'll be up by tomorrow.

Awesome. Good to hear! I'll probably actually be working with you while making your CS to make sure everything works great (I guess I've been assigned as head manager of Gensokyo for this rp, lol). By the way, you should have just gotten a request on Discord from someone with a Sakuya pfp.
